大阪駅からほぼ地下街でホテル近くまで行けるので、猛暑の中でも問題なかったです。朝食はチェックイン時に選べるのもよかった。朝はたくさん食べられないので、量も適切でした。ユニットバスの床が少し汚れてた？古さを感じたのだけが少しマイナスでした。全体的には、次も利用したいと思いました。

とてもキレイで、コスパの良いホテルでした。8階ロビーからの、ガラス越しの大きいゴジラは圧巻です。

ＧＷに宿泊しましたが、歌舞伎町ど真ん中なのに、22階なので、夜もとても静かでした。また、窓が大きくて横に広く夜景もキレイでした。バスタブあり、洗面、トイレ別。傘も人数分ありました。

駅も近くて　また、泊まりたいホテルです。

数年振りの利用だが、サービスは良かった。　チェックイン時に渡されたカードキーの片方が別フロアの物だったのは御愛嬌だが、再度フロントに赴くと即座に確認・交換されたので問題はない。
開業から時間が経ったので、設備のヤレ等はあるが、メンテナンスが行き届いており気持ち良かった。
また機会があれば利用できたらと思う。

Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is located in Shinjuku, which is very convenient for shopping. It’s also not too far from Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get to other parts of Tokyo. There are many restaurants downstairs, and they stay open late. The room is not very big, but it’s quite good by Tokyo standards.

Godzilla is their attraction. Near to lots of resto and the famous Don Quixote..Its funny but we always get lost going back to our hotel and the people does not seem to know our hotel.Its a big city- too crowded.

Tokyo is a busy city. when we asked the hotel for a taxi to go to a train station none is avail. there is no bottled water avail except you go to a drink station to get and the carafe they provide is too small. Housekeeping is excellent.Godzilla is their attraction.

The rooms are very small but we had super comfortable sleeps. We fit 2 full sized suitcases (one we used and kept out on the table/couch), one we put at foot of bed to fill with purchases. We also bad 2 carry on bags (put at foot of bed) and 2 backpacks - also put on mini couch. We were surprised at how comfortable the stay was with minimal space. The bathroom is huge and shower was great - excellent pressure - big! The tub is really big and the water stays super hot 🔥 Check in and out were SO fast and hotel stored luggage for us as flight didn't leave for a while. When you don't get the room cleaned, they leave fresh towels in a bag on the door handle. Location could not be better. Everyone makes at least 2 stops a day at the 7-11 on the bottom floor. Loved it here and would 100% stay again. The area is not sketchy - just a few drunk teenagers. No touts bothered my husband or I. He is 6 foot 2 and also had a comfortable stay. Very convenient. Very nice place. Thank you!

Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again.

Not worth the money spent.. they advertise it as if they have a true Godzilla theme but they really don’t. You can’t get near the Godzilla head since it’s not permitted to go on the deck and they have no English channels or streaming services available to even watch a Godzilla movie.. I would not recommend given there are so many other options around

This is a lovely centrally located property. Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend

Staff was extremly healpful and friendly. Some spoke english well, some spoke phrases. I was sad that the Gozilla lookout was closed but i understand why. Better coin washers and dryers would be great. Spent 3 hours trying dry the same load of 6 cotton Shirts.

Clean rooms with amazing views if you can get high floor. Would definitely recommend asking for room facing away from shinjuku train station as the noise is quite loud, even on high floor (stayed on 28). Soak-in tub and beds are great!

We did not pay for the breakfast. The hotel is modern, has a hip feel to it and the location is unbeatable. Amenities we used: coin laundry, luggage transfer service (not part of the hotel).
I wish there were better small things that would make our stay (with 2 little kids) more memorable: bottle of water, some kid activity welcome gift/snack, honestly a coloring sheet would do it, but there wasn't anything like that. It would be a nice touch.
Everything else was fine, clean, small room, amazing views... Just that one little thing that makes you go...awww that's nice!

Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere.

The shared areas are lovely, giving the impression that it is a nice establishment. However the rooms themselves are not to the same standard. For the most part the rooms are fine but they are dated. The bed is very hard and the pillows are horrible. Bathroom is nice.

I was told that the would insist on making up the room up every 3 days minimum. However when I booked in a time all they did was take out the trash.

None of this was a big issue. Overall the stay was pleasant, the staff was nice and helpful.

I would probably not stay in this part of Tokyo again though, and definitely not if I had kids with me.

The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub.
Only bbc news English Channel.
There is a Macas and a English pub nearby for cheap eats.

The hotel was great. I had a room on the 13th floor where I had a great view but there was a very loud noise that looped at night. Loud enough that ear plugs didn’t work. It looped every evening for the entire stay and while not the fault of the hotel I would have liked to be notified there was external noise in my booking

Wonderful modern hotel with wonderful amenities. Although the rooms are typically small, we got used to adjusting to economical use of space. You can upgrade to a bigger room. Easy access to great restaurant for great breakfast buffet. Lively neighborhood. Easy walk to Shinjuku GoyenNational Harden for spectacular cherry blossoms.
