大阪駅からほぼ地下街でホテル近くまで行けるので、猛暑の中でも問題なかったです。朝食はチェックイン時に選べるのもよかった。朝はたくさん食べられないので、量も適切でした。ユニットバスの床が少し汚れてた？古さを感じたのだけが少しマイナスでした。全体的には、次も利用したいと思いました。

とてもキレイで、コスパの良いホテルでした。8階ロビーからの、ガラス越しの大きいゴジラは圧巻です。

ＧＷに宿泊しましたが、歌舞伎町ど真ん中なのに、22階なので、夜もとても静かでした。また、窓が大きくて横に広く夜景もキレイでした。バスタブあり、洗面、トイレ別。傘も人数分ありました。

駅も近くて　また、泊まりたいホテルです。

29階の3人部屋に2泊しました。希望通りの部屋
(エキストラベット無し、独立したバスルームトイレ)でした。大変満足しています。
ただ、ゴジラテラスに入れなかったことは残念です。

数年振りの利用だが、サービスは良かった。　チェックイン時に渡されたカードキーの片方が別フロアの物だったのは御愛嬌だが、再度フロントに赴くと即座に確認・交換されたので問題はない。
開業から時間が経ったので、設備のヤレ等はあるが、メンテナンスが行き届いており気持ち良かった。
また機会があれば利用できたらと思う。

ゴジラヘッドが目印です

東京マラソンに参加するため宿泊しました。
当日のスタート位置までの案内や、朝食の案内なども快く対応してくださいました。

最上階のお部屋だったからか街の喧騒も聞こえず静かでした。またバスも洗い場と湯舟が別でゆったり使えました。
少し隣の部屋の方が乱暴だったのかクローゼットを閉める音などがありましたが、気になるほどではなかったです。

ランドリーを使いたかったのですが、部屋の中の案内ではわからなかったのでその点は残念でした（面倒くさくて諦めてしまったのもありますが）

次回、夫婦で上京することがあればまた利用したいです。

Hôtel très bien placé au cœur des attractions ,personnels polis a l’écoutent. Attention au décollage horaire on ne peut pas prendre la chambre avant 14h00 ce qui met un point noir surtout si au moment de finaliser la réservation il accepte de revoir l’horaire mais arrivé nada l’horaire c'est l’horaire 14 heure d avion et 8h00 de décalage c'est dur
Question pourquoi une boisson si on est en couple

The hotel is located in a very interesting area of Shinjuku. However, it is very centrally situated for moving around the city. After over coming the initial shock of the surrounding it ended up being quite good.

This is a phenomenal, first time to Tokyo, stay that everyone should have! It is in the heart of Shinjuku with all the entertainment, restaurants, bars, hustle and bustle energy that gives you the true Tokyo experience! Their breakfast buffet is excellent. Their customer service is phenomenal. They have laundry. We had a city view that was spectacular. The Godzilla head that lies on the eighth floor, where the reception is, makes for a fun vibe! This hotel caters to tourist, which is nice for a first time stay. I was so impressed that I rebooked this hotel on the tail end of my trip after going to Kyoto. For sure I will book here again. It is centrally located and walking distance to a major train station. When booking be aware that some of the rooms are under 200 ft.² so for a solo traveler that’s fine especially if you’re not planning on being there long. The second time around I chose a room that was over 300 feet which was much more spacious and worth the extra money!

I highly recommend the Hotel!!!

But it is in a bad area after dark. people will constantly try to coerce you into going places especially if you are solo. After 10pm you couldn’t go 100ft from the hotel without someone trying to coerce you. It wasn’t that it was unsafe they don’t try to hard it’s just annoying but I stayed 20 nights so it probably wouldn’t bother anyone staying short stays.

I recommend when you see them before they get to you lock eyes with them and then shake head no lightly. Do not stop walking. This worked for me 90% of the time after the first week. Sometimes they will just give you a fist bump to let you know your good. I will say do not follow them to their bars.

Then early every morning the streets are just littered with trash and people laying passed out everywhere.

Please note the hotel is great the issues are around the hotel you are 100% safe in the hotel tower and the tower is super clean. Super nice rooms, great staff will go above and beyond to help you. Super highly recommend the hotel!!!

Best thing about this hotel is the location; is is the heart of Shinjuku with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores all around it. Transportation options are also excellent with a subway and a train station within walking distance. The hotel itself is good, but the standard rooms are small as is the case with most Japanese hotel rooms but it is very clean.

Pros: Good location, in the heart of the Kabukicho neighborhood of Shinjuku, near the transit and a lot of restaurants and stores.
Bathroom is nice and spacious.
Staff was very nice.

Cons: small room, with little storage space.
Can't access the Godzilla head terrace.
The area is a bit dirtier than your typical Tokyo neighborhood.
The bed wasnt comfortable to sleep on and the pillows were worse.
Overall the room felt limited.

This was the pinnacle of hotel rooms for my kids who adore Godzilla. We stayed on the 30th floor which has a number of stills from the making of the movies. The rooms are decorated wonderfully. It is a smaller room (as you'd expect in the middle of Shinjuku). The staff were quite helpful and they call your attention to Godzilla-related things happening elsewhere.

I like hotel it self visit point because Godzilla. Hotel middle of the best night life. Staff is really nice and helpful.
We stay 2 person and thats max. Expedia said for 3 person room. But room was so tiny its not possible. Even there is no closet to put my luggage hang clots. There is just one little drawer. All our stuff around in tiny room. There is no iron for wrinkle clots.

Hotel was nice, smallish room but overall fine. Hotel staff was incredible and view was amazing, right in the center of Shinjuku. At night there was plenty of stuff to do but not a very peaceful area at night.

This hotel was a gem deep in the heart of Japan’s red light district. The hotel was so nice and clean. The Godzilla theming was so fun. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable.

It is in the red light district in Tokyo. It actually felt safe and we never had a problem. But we got some looks with our 12 year old. lol.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s so fun.

While conveniently located near the busy shopping area, the hotel is surrounded by somewhat dirty streets. Our room was very small compared to others I have stayed at on previous Tokyo trips. But if you're only there for a bed to sleep on, this is fine. I can't say it's on top of my list for hotels though. But it is convenient when it comes to subway/public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

Fun Godzilla Hotel

This hotel was fun! Centrally located in Shinjuku close to several train lines, it had good transportation and internet acess. The beds were firm but comfortable. It was maybe too eco-friendly as AC only runs with a key in the room, so it was HOT coming back from a day out... not what you want to come back to after a full day of walking around Tokyo. The hotel restaurant had one of the best lattes I've ever had! The quirk of staying in the Godzilla hotel was a fun unique experience, but we left wondering if we could have had a more luxurious stay elsewhere for the same price...

Front desk welcome us with u can’t stay u book for 4 we will charge your daughter she is 17. Then someone said it’s ok. This place is great location but very tough area of Japan. Pros u are nearby and in the center. You will get any help from receptionist or front desk they will direct you to find your own path and resolve your issue. Price wise it’s expensive , but the view from our room is amazing. I will think twice about coming back here.

We had a wonderful stay. We purchased a lot of great Godzilla products at the gift shop. The staff gifted a lot of souvenirs to my kids, which they loved. It would be even better if the Godzilla viewing deck could be reopened.

We got the small bedroom but it was adequate for 2 people who are outside the whole day.
The access to take pictures of the Godzilla head is still closed. Apparently, it has been closed for more than 2 years now.

Bra hotell och läge.

Det är prisvärt och rummen är relativt rent. Det som var tråkigt med städningen var att det fanns damm i rummet som aldrig blev torkat under hela vår vistelse trots att vi la ut lappen om att rummet behövde städas samt att rummen är lyhört. Dock är hotellet bra placerat för ett bra pris samt att dom städar väldigt snabbt.

Excellent air conditioning.
Poor customer service, no responses from message, no room refill including tooth paste and tea bag. Requested for room on higher floor turn out provided the lowest floor with poor views.
Not worth the money.
