大阪駅からほぼ地下街でホテル近くまで行けるので、猛暑の中でも問題なかったです。朝食はチェックイン時に選べるのもよかった。朝はたくさん食べられないので、量も適切でした。ユニットバスの床が少し汚れてた？古さを感じたのだけが少しマイナスでした。全体的には、次も利用したいと思いました。

とてもキレイで、コスパの良いホテルでした。8階ロビーからの、ガラス越しの大きいゴジラは圧巻です。

ＧＷに宿泊しましたが、歌舞伎町ど真ん中なのに、22階なので、夜もとても静かでした。また、窓が大きくて横に広く夜景もキレイでした。バスタブあり、洗面、トイレ別。傘も人数分ありました。

駅も近くて　また、泊まりたいホテルです。

29階の3人部屋に2泊しました。希望通りの部屋
(エキストラベット無し、独立したバスルームトイレ)でした。大変満足しています。
ただ、ゴジラテラスに入れなかったことは残念です。

数年振りの利用だが、サービスは良かった。　チェックイン時に渡されたカードキーの片方が別フロアの物だったのは御愛嬌だが、再度フロントに赴くと即座に確認・交換されたので問題はない。
開業から時間が経ったので、設備のヤレ等はあるが、メンテナンスが行き届いており気持ち良かった。
また機会があれば利用できたらと思う。

It was a cool experience. I wouldn't stay here for more than a couple of days. I wish the patio was open to see Godzilla. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It was always very busy. Always a lot of people waiting for the elevators. Laundry room was convenient to have but always full. Had to wait for people to get their laundry. A lot of drunks and literally people, i think homeless people? would be sitting in lawn chairs drinking day and night right outside the hotel. Walking past the giant sign would hurt because of the high frequency sound that they emit to prevent loitering. the 7eleven was always packed. We had two kids with us, so not the best place to walk around at night. lines of those girls trying to promote cafes and such were lined up on both sides of the street. I thought Japan had strict smoking laws, but there were people openly smoking and throwing cigarettes in the area. It wasn't bad bad, but just not a great place for families or very clean compared to the rest of tokyo. Trash everywhere by morning time. I wish the rooms had more Godzilla. All the Godzilla rooms book up quick.

Great location for entertainment and dining. a bit noisy at night with busy bar streets and traffic.
Room space, like most Japanese hotels, is not on the big side with little storage space but the layout is compact with a very authentic bathroom and good water pressure. Room cleanng service is not provided daily ( have to request) but towels are new with bin disposed. Coffee and tea won't be replenished automatically but when asked, promptly delivered. We also appreciate the laundry room, clean and nicely maintained.

Great hotel in great location. PLUS Godzilla - I mean really! Smallish but very comfortable room - everything you need in the room - hair dyer, slippers, pajamas, fancy toilet haha-and more. SUPER PLUS benefit - a 7/11 right downstairs. Shinjuku is a lively area - so expect some rough edges but THAT'S A REAL CITY! Stay here!

Hotel muito confortável, quarto amplo (para o padrão japonês) e banheiro excelente. Ótimo atendimento. Bem localizado no que se refere à proximidade de uma grande estação com acesso à praticamente todas as linhas, porém a área tem uma vida noturna (e diurna) intensa com muita gente bebendo e fumando na rua, o que traz um certo desconforto e MUITA SUJEIRA (única região suja que presenciei em Tóquio).

Staff of hotel were great and helpful to give us advices about the hotel stay. Communication is good as they all speak english. The room is clean and well maintained. They replenish bottles of waters once we completed. The location is great for visitors especially if you arrive at late night. Plenty of places to eat. On the first floor, the hotel connects to 7/11 store. U don't need to get out to get things from the store. there are several nice restaurants with reasonable prices. A short walk to Shinjuku station from B13 exit. Very convenient.

I love the rooms, it’s so quiet there. You don’t hear other people. The only thing was they didn’t have the service for shipping luggages at that time coz of Black Friday. They should have told us upon checking in that there’s delays so we could have planned accordingly.

Room was a good size. Godzilla room had some Godzilla touch such as pillow and tissue dispenser. Godzilla floor was cool. There are some pictures from old Godzilla movies throughout the Godzilla floor. Security is pretty good. You can only go up to your own floor using your own card. Breakfast was at the Sizzler’s restaurant below. Good options of Japanese vs Western. Location is a hit and miss. It’s a hit if you want to be in the middle of Kabuchiko/Shinjuku and the train station. It’s a miss if you want to be near all those people at night and see the mess in the morning. However it gets cleaned every morning. Noise isn’t bad but being at the top floor does help. I would recommend staying here once just for the experience. FYI, Godzilla balcony is still closed so closest you can get is thru the window on the lobby level.

Room was booked for me by my husband as I was visiting friends over Christmas in Japan. He opted for the VIP room with lounge access. We didn’t stay in the hotel much and was out at night so only used the lounge briefly. I had a glass of champagne and read a book. Excellent location.

A very good hotel for a short stay, perhaps not so great for more than two or three days. The hotel is located right in the red light district of Shinjuku. Rooms are clean and reasonably spacious for Tokyo. Staff were very helpful in organizing dinner reservations and sending on suitcases to the next hotel.

Great location. Close to shopping and public transportation. We stayed because of the Godzilla theme which I loved. Beds and pillows could be softer but found that theme throughout Japan. I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was great spot! The staff are friendly and it was helpful that they spoke English. The hotel is very close to the train stations, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is small (like most hotels in Tokyo) but definitely fine for 2 adults. This hotel is in the red light district so be aware of that but it never caused any issues for us. Definitely would come back!

Hotel was in a great location and we were on a high floor with great views. Our bathroom situation took up the whole entrance- room with a toilet, another room with a tub and shower across the hall and then sink in the hallway open to room. I didn’t love the setup and there’s no room in the room for luggage. But I think this is typical of Japanese rooms. The Godzilla head viewing deck was also closed which was a disappointment. Otherwise hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Perfect location to go walking for dinner and drinks, to go shopping waking to the station and you stay with Godzilla. Big hotel with laundry room. The cafe in the lobby is very good try the late with Godzilla drawing.

Excellent stay, the bathroom was fabulous with a very enjoyable bath- loved the toilet too. The room is tiny but functional. It was well equipped for a few nights in Tokyo. The view was great and the hotel is extremely central with everything on your doorstep.

The staff and hotel for what it is…is clean and nice. As a fan of Godzilla I was very excited but disappointed, it’s a Godzilla hotel that doesn’t allow access to the hotel terrace AS A PAYING GUEST! Unless you get lucky and book in advance to get the suite or any of the rooms w Godzilla view it’s not worth the price….

We were lucky to get a nice person at the hotel reception on our second in person request to have an early check in. They mentioned that if we became hotel members at no cost then we could check in at 11am. An email request a day before had received a negative response which funnily came through rafter we were already in the room.

Good: 5 mins walk from Shinjuku South Station. Check in: feel welcome, helpful and patient to answer my queries. Room: clean and neat.
