お値段がとても安かったので選びました。

日本人には通じる話が海外のスタッフさんだと全く通じないことがありますがこちらのスタッフさんはカタコトの日本語ではありましたがとても心地の良い応対をして下さいました。
徒歩5分以内の範囲に飲み屋さんが沢山あって雰囲気もよくとても楽しく過ごせました。

宿泊したお部屋はシャワーのみだったのと洗面所、御手洗、脱衣所が一緒になっている仕様で日本人から見ると少し異様に見えましたが全体的には綺麗で良かったです。

また大阪旅行の際には利用させていただきます！

前のアゴーラプレイス難波の際にも定宿としておりました。なんばウォーク、道頓堀など使える施設が多く便利です。
ホテル内は、周りの喧騒がどこに行ったのというくらい静かで快適！

We never leave bad reviews (we just choose not to leave the reviews if we are not happy) but this hotel made our experience miserable in Osaka. We stayed three nights and paid $1,400 +a due to the April premium.

We requested housekeeping (magnet system on the door) and no one arrived in the morning. We noticed the room was not cleaned nor clean towels arrived after returning from the exhausting tour. We left every day at 8am and returned 9pm or 10pm!

Housekeeping was not provided for the entire three days (noted they do not provide housekeeping everyday anyway) and it was covered in dust. Reception was rude when we requested the new towels, at least, as if they were accusing us of not reqeusting it earlier. It was not the language barrier. It was their body language with facial expressions. They said someone was in the room and they could not enter (hello? We left at 8am every day).

Overall, good location if you want to stay in Dotonbori but we would've loved to stay elsewhere for the same cost or even paying fore more hundreds. It's a very old facility with molded walls and dirty shower booth. Bed is tiny with flat pillows. We had crappy sleep for three nights and never fully recovered from the fatigue.

Sorry, but travellers should do their research and find elsewhere. We travelled four different cities and four different hotels in Japan. This was the worst experience. We should've known better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, they were always available, attentive, and genuinely helpful with any questions or requests I had.

위치 좋고 직원분들 친절하고 영어 잘 통해요! 저녁에 소음이 좀 있지만 신경쓰이는 정돈 아니고 드라이기가 정말 약해서 가져올 수 있음 가져오는게 좋아요! 물은 제공 안해서 아래 편의점에서 사먹었어요. 수건은 교체태그 붙여두니 문앞에 걸어주셨어요. 칫솔도 함께 주십니다. 체크인/아웃 때 짐보관 가능해서 여행중에 편리하게 이용했습니다. 다음에 오사카에 가면 또 묵고 싶어요.

The staff were incredibly friendly! The bathroom was a little dusty, and the bathroom vent also smelled like cigarettes. None of us smoke, so we assumed the smell must be coming from another room. The room was small but suited our needs. It was very close to major attractions and the coin op laundry was very helpful

Excellent friendly staff and clean rooms, breakfast add on was good as well. Downtown noise was a bit much during the evening (to be expected for convenience of being in the main district) so bones was learning, “mimisen arimaska?”

La mejor ubicación y mejor acierto de todos los hoteles que me quede en mi viaje por 5 ciudades en Japón, acierto total, y aunque en Japón prácticamente cualquier staff será de puntuación de 5 estrellas, el staff de este hotel dio la milla extra cuando mi esposa dejó su pasaporte en la habitación y ya nosotros estábamos en otra ciudad. Volvería a quedarme aquí al 100 por ciento

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, tan buena que la verdad sube mucho la valoración de este hotel, después de viajar 5 ciudades de Japón y quedarme en 6 hoteles, este es el hotel que pienso de primero como un gran acierto, volvería a quedarme acá siempre que regrese a Osaka

Excellent location. So easy to get in to trains and walk to Dontonbori. Breakfast was nice, especially since we had to start the day early heading off to Universal Studios, it made life a lot easier. I would book this place again. I highly recommend.

The property claims to have a lounge and sauna and hot tub. None of these exist. Room was small and bed extremely uncomfortable.

Quarto não era preparadonpara 3 camas de solteiro, então tivemos que juntá-las para as três ficarem com cabeceira.
O banheiro molhava todo, a primeira pessoa que foi tomar banho molhou o tapete.
Se escutava muito barulho da rua.

Staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and nice overall. Only downside was the bed and blankets weren’t very comfortable. There’s a vending machine and laundry on the 11th floor, a FamilyMart right next door, and the train station entrance is right outside. It’s also right in the middle of the Shinsaibashi-suji strip, so the location is perfect.

도톤보리랑 가깝고 욕실이랑 화장실이랑 분리되어있어 좋았습니다 욕조없어서 좋았어요 화장실이 나무문이고 사선으로 뚫려있는 방식이라 방음은 안된다는점! 더블침대는 퀸사이즈 정도 되는거같아요 푹신하고 침대 좋았어요! 냉장고에 냉동칸은 없었어요 직원분들 다 친절하시고 마지막날 시간이 애매해서 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 문의드렸는데 가능하다고해서 오후 3시까지 짐보관하다가 쇼핑하고 기차타러 갔습니다 다음에도 방문하면 아마넥으로 할거같아요 ㅎㅎ

There’s a laundry service with a fee on the 11th floor with water dispenser. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Difficult to operate remotes as it’s in Japanese. The doors of the loo are disgusting.

The hotel is literally inside Dotonbori, so the location is great and you can do everything nearby. The room is Japanese-style: not very big, but comfortable. My only concern is the bathroom, specifically the shower area. It really needs some bleach — it looks old and dirty, completely different from the rest of the room. The staff was really nice, very kind and helpful.

The description for the room states that there is a washer dryer in the room. That is not correct. There is a laundry ROOM on the 11th floor with 3 washers and 3 dryers. I specifically chose this hotel for a washer/dryer in the room. Also there is a microwave in the laundry room. It seemed a lot of people used the microwave to heat up their food. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There is an electric kettle in the room that was useful to make coffee.

My feedback about housekeeping is mixed. It's great that you can get a fresh set of towels every day, but they are the thinnest towels you can imagine. Towels are left on the door but not exchanged. Room clean is every other day. That was clearly stated at check in. However, it's the minimal of cleaning. I happened to drop something under the bed and used a flashlight to see. There was a thick layer of dust underneath.

The hotel's location is amazing. There are shops and restaurants across the street. There's a Family Mart next door.

Staff was understanding about our wanting the room to be cool. They kept adjusting the temperature for us. That's mostly because the remote in the room didn't do anything.

地點好,在鬧區. 樓下有全家.步行三分鐘就到地下街/地鐵的出入口.這次訂了兩間房,一間的走道比較窄,對開的28"行李箱無法全開,前掀式可以.另一間就沒這問題.浴廁分離很方便.櫃台接待人員很親切,可以行李寄放,整體還是很推薦入住.

Es una excelente opción si es tu primera vez en Osaka como fue mi caso, con una ubicación muy buena, además de la cercanía del tren y poder moverme a diferentes puntos desde ahí! El personal es súper amable y el hotel limpio y con buenas amenidades. Cuenta con una lavandería aunque pequeña pero muy funcional
