喫煙の客室しか空いてなかったのですがタバコの臭いもなく良かったです。清掃でタオルは交換できたので良かったのですがせめてゴミもしてもらいたかったです。スタッフの対応はよかったです。ありがとうございました。

駅近くで便利な点が良かった。
三泊しましたが、バスタオルなどの効果も適宜行われていて、コインランドリーなども使用でき良かったです。
お部屋の清掃がイマイチでした。
ユニットバスなど気になりました。
喫煙から禁煙に変更してもらいましたが、臭いが気になりました。

丁寧でしたが、チェックアウトの際、「チェックアウトお願いします」と声をかけたら男性スタッフが無言で鍵を受け取っただけでした。ありがとうございました、の声が欲しかったわけではないのですが、少しモヤモヤしたものが残りました。

Check-in was fast and easy.

The breakfast menu was small but good and healthy. Drink selection was limited but was not bad.

The room was small but clean and tidy. Walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next door were very noisy till late at night.

Easy walking distance to the Nishi-Kasai station and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby (sadly most shops close by 10pm).

ホテルから出る時や帰った時海外の方にだけ挨拶がありました。その都度挨拶が欲しい訳では無いけど気になってしまいました。部屋や設備は良かったです。

各種設備の老朽化が目立つ

アメニティなどもスタッフさんの対応も良かったのですが、お風呂を使った際に浸かろうと思ってお湯を貯めていたら、トイレの床にまで水が漏れ、置いていたタオルも服も乾燥する羽目になりました。水が漏れるということは部屋の点検されてないということですかね。壊れてるのであったならば修理などしてください。こっちは100円支払う必要もなかったのに、水漏れが原因で服を乾燥する羽目になりました。2度と予約しません。残念です。

家族3人でデラックスツインを利用しました！ベットも2つで十分でしたがソファーベットも用意していただきましたし、広さも十分でした！朝食もしっかり食べれましたしチェックアウトも11時でしたので時間に追われることはなかったです！部屋の外の音が結構聞こえたのが少し気になりましたが総合的にみてかなりお得だと思いますのでまた利用したいと思いました！

everything is great, staffs are friendly and dutiful, only issue is the bathroom sink is a little old and the bathroom has a weird odor i can't get rid of even before I start using it.

Staff were great. Amenities always available. New towels daily. Good room size compared to other options for the price. Room interior could be improved and upgraded, but all things considered, good option.

Big room fully equipped with amenities including drinking water purifier. There are washing machine with detergent, microwave and icemaker at the common area.
I really like their semi-buffet breakfast with both all you can eat regular menu and limited special menu.

Room was basic. Not enough power outlets to charge phones etc. Room was clean but bathroom difficult to negotiate with a rather large step to get in and out. As a westerner breakfast was poor. Could gave done with more selection, maybe egg station and some cold cuts like cheese and ham......

The room was clean, the staff was amazingly friendly and helped us when we checked in with the itinerary and amenities. They explained to us the cleaning and towel instructions and we got the breakfast so they explained that as well. They helped us with Yamato luggage service for our suitcases. The bfast was fantastic with a different variety every day. The area was quiet and nice with the Tozai station only being a 5 minute walk which was super convenient. There was also a seven-11 and family mart less than 2 min walk. The rooms are a bit tight and the carpet is stained but overall great hotel!

The staff is amazing, especially the wonderful group that made and prepared breakfast every morning. It is close by a train station that makes gettong around alot easier, especially if you know japans rail system. Would recommend any time.

The hotel was older. The front desk weren’t as nice and friendly except for Chen and Zhou (tall young guy glasses).

One of the guy at the front desk even declined to give us a clear bag, even though we told him we are willing to pay just cos we have a week worth of laundry.

Chen helped us with out luggages and Zhou (the tall young guy with glasses) lend us the scale, plus change my 1000Y into 100Y for laundry. He also sneak me a clear bag that the other older guy did not give.

Breakfast was not bad.

The Kitchen and Housekeeping staff are superb. They were lovely, I think they should work at the front desk instead of some snobbish people at the front.

There was only 2 Outlets in the room that I could find. One of them was too loose to use. Had to unplug tv from the extension cord, to charge my phone, my watch and the rest of my elec.devices, it took turns for the outlet.

No coffee maker in the lobby, instead you can get instant coffee and make it yourself, which you have to buy water cos they do not provide water as well.

The bed was ok, the pillows were flat I had to fold it to put my head up a bit. The closet smelled like it hasn’t been opened for a century.

I had to pay 1000Y difference cos I had made a double booking, so I asked if we could just keep the room, they said but I need to pay.

We were on the 3rd floor, the people above us were noisy and loud.

Spent a fortune drying clothes, the dryers suck.

It wasn’t as bad, but definitely no good.

Room was tiny, as i expected it to be. The beds were ok. Almost worn down. Washroom was dusty. I paid 1000 yen to have the front desk make us stay in the same room instead of moving us again elsewhere cos I had made 2 different reservation.

Front desk weren’t as warm and friendly as our previous hotels. My partner had asked for a clear garbage bag just cos we had tons of clothes to wash, we were willing to pay, but front desk staff said NO and did not give her a bag ar all, they wanted us to use those tiny eco bags which will only fit 1 shirt and maybe 3 pieces undergarments.

The food wasn’t the best. There was a limit of 2 plate for the main dishes. 4 plates for side dishes and the rest was unlimited (bread, soup, rice). Which were explained prior to us having breakfast by the staff.

The good sides were, they kept our bags for free for a day. They let us borrow the weighing scale and when we asked the housekeepers for towels they responded quickly and with a smile.

The lady who checked us in and a young boy with glasses i think his name was zhao on the front desk are the nice ones. The rest were a bit snobbish.

The area was nice and quiet, close to everything.

En mi reservación tenía contemplado a mi hija de 13 años y al llegar me hicieron un monto extra de 2000¥ por día por que al parecer en mostrador solo cuenta como niño de 6 años para abajo.

En tema del desayuno en mi reservación decía incluido y no lo respetaron.
Tenía que pagar nuevamente por ello.

客房整潔但有點舊，位置很好在繁榮街道的後面，方便得來又安靜。附近有多間超市，比較像民生的區域，不像遊客區，價錢比較平。唯一不好是出發之前給酒店發的訊息只回覆過一兩次，其他便沒有回覆 ，對於準備行程的話便很差了。
