古いマンションがリフォームされ宿泊施設になっています。お風呂のドアのパッキンにサビ？カビ？がついていたり、建物自体が古いことが伺えます。ただ家電はどれも新品です。洗濯機があるのはとても助かりました。

宿泊費の割に充実している設備はありがたかった。普通に宿泊だけなら特に問題無いし。便利な立地だった。優良なサービスの提供だと思う。鍵の開け方のメールを確認忘れた時も丁寧に対応して頂けた。何故評価が高く無い理由はただ印象の問題。チェックイン時のスペースが蒸し暑かったのと、誰かが放尿した跡とにおいがあって気分が悪くなった。誰か知らんが最悪や。

附近有7-11便利店，房間乾淨，
只有床有點低，要小心床腳，我撞到3次要小心

換洗毛巾，每天上網登記，需要的備品，就可以有新的毛巾跟追加的備品可以用，蠻貼心的

浴室可掛的毛巾+浴巾，換洗的衣服，新舊沒地方放，真的有點不太理想，只能拿椅子放在浴室外面
要用在搬回來，所以會一直搬來搬去的
其他地方都很好👍

The hotel was in a good location it was a 18 to 20 min walk to canal area and to tour pick up zones. There were two nice grocery stores near by and several kobinis. The check in process was a learning curve using keypads.

일단 위치가 너무 좋았습니다 동네는 조용하지만 번화가와 가깝고 건물 이용도 매우 편리했습니다. 방도 넓고 쾌적하여서 다음에 오사카 올때도 이용하고 싶어요

I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again in the future. The management staff was prompt and courteous but the overall experience was not good. The check in time was a strict 4pm, which is much later than other hotels and we were not allowed to check in even 15 minutes early. Additionally, check out time is 10am which is very inconvenient. We had to pay for an extra 2 hours to leave at 12pm instead. We could have easily stayed at a hotel and checked out at 12pm with no fee. Also, the bathroom was small, was cheap and run down. It felt like an old trailer adding to a terrible experience overall. The beds, pillows and kitchenette were fine.

무인으로 체크인이 진행되기에 직원과의 접점은 없었습니다. 체크인시간보다 조금이라도 빨리 간다면 들어갈 수 없기때문에 다소 불편함이 있었습니다만

The light in the room needs to be improved to make the room less dreary specially during winter. The dark room is depressing. Location is good, just a few minutes from Nagahoribashi station. We liked the complete amenities. It would be better if they can add a drying line inside the bathroom. The free luggage storage is also a big plus considering they have no onsite reception.

객실도 깨끗하고. 주위에 편의점이 2곳이나 있고..
10분정도 걸으면 도톤보리.신사이바시가 있고..좋았어요.
다만 겨울이라 조금 숙소안이 추웠지만 한국의 온돌과 다른 방식이니 그럴수있다 생각해요.
온수도 수건도 전기도 어메니티도 다 좋았고 방들간의 솜도 적어서 좋았어요

1. 入住所謂的酒店並非酒店，而係改建嘅民宿。
2. 自助登記入住的方式並不完善，check in的人在家工作，如有任何要求或問題都需要自己上網頁request，回覆訊息後可能已經是幾小時後的事情了。
4. 對於超過一個家庭的旅客非常不友好，安排的住房相隔幾層樓的距離
5. 消耗品如廁紙或抽紙用光，需要網上申請，手續十分繁複，所以直接使用自己的包裝紙巾就算了

總結：地方很大，但設備、工作人員及住宿非常不滿意

Room size is big, good for travel with friends and family. Interior is a little dated. Only have washer no dryer so there is that issue, but there is coin laundry close by in 5 minutes where it does drying.
Location is not too bad, close to main area of Osaka.

Room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Room was clean and loved the separate kitchen area and the small touches like having a washing machine, and vacuum cleaner.
Great location to everything with subways within a short distance and convenience stores nearby.

Hotel LEGALIE Osaka was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were huge and everything was amazing. We stayed for 10 days. We will definitely be back. Check n was a breeze, so easy.

The space was lovely and we had a great time, awesome city views and bedding was very comfortable.

Room did not have enough lighting at night, so it gave uncomfortable vibes (first impression was prison like).

Nobody came to empty the trash from the room, so over the course of four nights with five people, we had upwards of four full trash bags sitting in our room.

Be warned that this hotel does not offer housekeeping at all, but you can scan a QR code if you want additional items (toilet paper, towels, etc) which will be left in a plastic bag on your door handle.

The room lighting was not good and needs more light fixtures. Needs an overall door to close the bathroom area instead of using a divider. The fansin the toilet room and the shower room were not working. Essentially everything did not meet expectations or off.

The laundry service is nearby the hotel just 6 minutes walking.
Nearby the hotel, they have Lawson and 7/11 convenient stores. If you need luggage transport, you can use Yamato Transport, highly recommended for your purchase and expect.

Appart hotel dont l’espace de vie est bien organisé, tout ce que l’on peut attendre est présent, cependant l’équipement n’est pas récent.
De plus, la lumière du pallier reste allumée en permanence, ce qui illumine la pièce malgré les rideaux.
Enfin, un Check-in tardif (16:00) par caméra vers un « call center » en fait un accueil extrêmement impersonnel.

A good place to stay in Osaka. The best things about this room was the bed (very comfortable) and the washing machine (with soap provided). The kitchen and washroom look better in the pictures, they are dated and require a refresh. I would recommend that more cleaning rags or paper towels be provided, as there was only one disposable towel for cleaning the kitchen and drying the dishes.
