  10/10!! Perfect for families or groups and close to Shibuya Station. Considering that most hotel rooms are small, this room is impressively spacious. And we had room to spread out our luggages too. The designs of the room and furniture are beautiful and modern. Absolute must if you have a family and want to be in Shibuya but out of the Shibuya chaos. There are a plethora of restaurants right next to it and convenient store around the corner. Host was also quick to respond on the Hotels.com app. Keep in mind though there is a steep hill going up to the room if you are walking from the station or Mark City. So expect to carry your luggage up the hill but it’s only for less than 5 minutes and gives you a nice workout. I would definitely stay here again!!

  Excellent huge space walking distance to everything you need. As described. It is difficult to find - you need to walk up a steep hill, down a random side street and it’s literally just two apartments on the 7th floor of a random building. That said, worth it and would stay again!

  Great property. Pictures as described and everything inside the room was perfect. Only issue was traveling to the property with children and heavy luggage was challenging as the property is located at the top of a hill.
