The room was very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. Great experience despite the fact that it was very foggy

Excellent experience for my whole family. We especially enjoyed the personalized service, delicious BBQ and breakfast, unique outdoor sauna, hand-ground coffee in room, excellent selection of unique & local fruity alcoholic beverages in the fridge, heated beds (so comfortable!), hammock, and strong air conditioning.

Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!! The place and staff were great. Complimentary shuttle service back to the bus station was a plus.
