お部屋がコンセプト通りに色で統一されていて、清潔でしかも窓からもバルコニーからもスカイツリーが綺麗に見れて最高だった。
トイレやシャワーも比較的綺麗で快適にすごせて、ベッドのクッションや枕が多いのも嬉しかったです。

ベッドが大きくて快適でした。窓のカーテンも、隙間から光が漏れないようにちょうど良い長さが計算されているようで、細やかな配慮を感じます。（もちろんカーテンを開ければ光がさして明るいし、7階のお部屋だったおかげかもしれませんが、スカイツリーもきれいに見えます。）

部屋によっては暗めなお部屋があるため女性の方やメイクする方は共有の洗面所への行き来があり少し不便を感じる方もおられるかもですけど、階によって男性用・女性用が別れており安心してシャワーを浴びることが出来ます！
シャワー室は鍵をかけることもできるので安心して貴重品を持っていくことも出来ます

共有のシャワーブースに着替えスペースもあって、シャワーブースの数も少なくないのが良いです。清掃も行き届いていて気持ち良く滞在できました。

The overall area of the property is a nice part of Sumida City which is only a 10min walk from the Skytree as well as the nearest bus or train station for convenience. It is surrounded by many local grocery stands and nice restaurants to frequent. The room provided all necessary amenities in order to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Staff was great. Thought the shared bathrooms and shower was going to be a hassle, it wasn't. Totally fine. Great location near skytree and oshiage station.

The price of this accomodation plus it's location is 5 stars automatically. The rooms are decent, has everything you need. Our only negatives were the bathrooms a bit dirty and the showers for men and women on opposite floors.

藍色的房型可以放下兩個上開式28寸行李箱，空間滿夠的，房間裡的冷暖氣是中控的，只能調溫度跟風量。洗澡的地方有兩間浴室，吹風機是Refa，如果有擦手紙就更棒了！一樓有飲水機、微波爐、收費的洗+烘衣機。接待櫃檯可以幫忙叫計程車，接待人員很nice😁附近有一間local小超市，在那裏買到便宜又好吃的草莓，超棒！

Very clean and modern. Fun vibe — loved the color-themed rooms. Shared bathrooms offered more privacy than I originally anticipated. The neighborhood was quiet and a good reprieve from the bustle of Tokyo, not to mention the rooftop patio offers a great view of the Skytree. Would gladly stay here again.

O hotel oferece o que propõe! Preço bom, localização próxima do transporte e de conveniências, espaço pequeno mas isso é esperado. Se você estiver apenas com malas pequenas, não tem tanto estresse. Adoramos!

Location is great, right next to a big mall Tokyo Solamachi. Rooms are spacious, equipped with AC and heater. Also next to a train station for Asakusa line & Hanzomon line, making this hotel a great value.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, although there was no sink in the room. The shared facilities were generally convenient, but the public areas could benefit from more attention to cleaning. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and with some improvements in maintenance, it could be even better

The laundry and shared kitchen were so easy to use. Quite close to oshiage station and the skytree.
Loved the vibe and even got to use some of the scrapbooking supplies!! Would absolutely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is in a quiet part of Tokyo but very close to everything that you need. It’s clean and has all the basic amenities. We would definitely stay here again. The shared bathroom were also very clean and well maintained. The view from our room was very very nice.

I was changed to the red room which is much smaller than my original booked black room. It was near the evaluator and you can hear people noices and hair drying thought out the wall and door. Bring your ear plugs! They don’t provide. Otherwise everything is good, clean room let me put down my luggage. I forgot my food in the fridge and they were able to save it for me. Great stay

I love this hotel for its near distance to the metro station, convenience stores and the skytree town. There were also plenty of shops on the street to explore.

As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. There were always empty toilets and bathrooms even though they were shared.

There was a LUUP bike station just outside the hotel for a fun ride.

Ac is controlled by hotel staff good luck getting it to cool or heat at your desire. I’ve never been in a hotel where it’s centralized lock that was awful. The room is descriptive from the pictures . It’s even tinier in person, the. Bathrooms were clean 4 stalls and 2 showers the floors are odd snd even for men and women .so your partner will have to go to a different floor there is minimal food in the area. Skytree is down the street but that gets old after a day all the major cities are far from sumida city where the hotel is extremely disappointed in my room the service and the location

I really loved everything from this hotel, the practicality, the area where it is located, the staff, the services, the room, the concept. I really liked this hotel so much I wish i could give more than 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful, they made sure i was taken care of, the areas where always clean and it is located in an area where you feel like you are part of the neighborhood rather than a truistic area. I fell in love with everything at this hotel and without any doubt I will be coming back next year again as this will be my got o hotel in Tokio. If you are looking to go in here with multiple people i would not really recommend it or if you are traveling with someone else as the space might be a little small for you but if you do not mind this is absolutely perfect. Also, some turistic areas of interest will take you around 40/45 minutes from the hotel so if this is an issue to you this is not going to be the hotel for you. In my case and in my opinion It certainly is and regardless I definitely recommend to both couples but mostly travelers who go alone. Fantastic hotel!

The room was small but simple and it was all I needed, the staff was kind and generous. Very modern place and in a very quiet area. I didn’t mind with the shared bathroom, most of the time I go in to take a shower and brush my teeth, I’m pretty much by myself. Overall, great experience, I think I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you are a solo traveler.

The room was larger than expected, which was great for my boyfriend and I. We are backpacking, so don’t have tons of luggage anyways. The staff were so great, showers/bathrooms were clean and bedrooms. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed for 3 days and loved it! The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were more than enough room for two adults. The bed was close to a queen size and the sheets/pillows/comforters were very comfy. The shared bathrooms and showers were also clean and modern. The hotel is obviously geared towards to tourists so most things are in English and every front desk person I spoke with also spoke English if that’s a concern for you at all. Location wise it’s about 10ish minute walk from Skytree station and is located in a very quiet, cute neighborhood. If you’re looking to do stuff in this part of Tokyo, I would highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are small but to be expected like other Tokyo hotels, the shared bathrooms and showers were always clean and well kept. The hotel is within walking distance to Skytree and Solamachi shopping center which is super nice. Was not a fan of their housekeeping policies, you have to let them know a day in advance for them to clean your room the following day, if you eat in your room/shop, trash accumulates quickly, so be aware of that. Overall, a decent stay for the price and location.

This hotel is very average for a couple of reasons. First off the rooms are VERY VERY small. We could hardly move around in the room or unpack the luggage.

The service was also very average. If we lost the key card they would charge 5000 yen extra (luckily we didn't loose it). I asked if they could throw a worn out backpack for us, and they wanted 2000 yen for that (Unreal!) etc etc.

What we liked the best was rhe location (very close to a great sento, 7/11, Life supermarket and Skytree tower.

But no, we will pick a different place next time.
