部屋によっては暗めなお部屋があるため女性の方やメイクする方は共有の洗面所への行き来があり少し不便を感じる方もおられるかもですけど、階によって男性用・女性用が別れており安心してシャワーを浴びることが出来ます！
シャワー室は鍵をかけることもできるので安心して貴重品を持っていくことも出来ます

出張であればほぼ問題ないですね．テレビがデスクでのパソコン使用時に外部モニタとして使えれば完璧かな．

共有のシャワーブースに着替えスペースもあって、シャワーブースの数も少なくないのが良いです。清掃も行き届いていて気持ち良く滞在できました。

I love this hotel for its near distance to the metro station, convenience stores and the skytree town. There were also plenty of shops on the street to explore.

As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. There were always empty toilets and bathrooms even though they were shared.

There was a LUUP bike station just outside the hotel for a fun ride.

Ac is controlled by hotel staff good luck getting it to cool or heat at your desire. I’ve never been in a hotel where it’s centralized lock that was awful. The room is descriptive from the pictures . It’s even tinier in person, the. Bathrooms were clean 4 stalls and 2 showers the floors are odd snd even for men and women .so your partner will have to go to a different floor there is minimal food in the area. Skytree is down the street but that gets old after a day all the major cities are far from sumida city where the hotel is extremely disappointed in my room the service and the location

I really loved everything from this hotel, the practicality, the area where it is located, the staff, the services, the room, the concept. I really liked this hotel so much I wish i could give more than 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful, they made sure i was taken care of, the areas where always clean and it is located in an area where you feel like you are part of the neighborhood rather than a truistic area. I fell in love with everything at this hotel and without any doubt I will be coming back next year again as this will be my got o hotel in Tokio. If you are looking to go in here with multiple people i would not really recommend it or if you are traveling with someone else as the space might be a little small for you but if you do not mind this is absolutely perfect. Also, some turistic areas of interest will take you around 40/45 minutes from the hotel so if this is an issue to you this is not going to be the hotel for you. In my case and in my opinion It certainly is and regardless I definitely recommend to both couples but mostly travelers who go alone. Fantastic hotel!

The room was small but simple and it was all I needed, the staff was kind and generous. Very modern place and in a very quiet area. I didn’t mind with the shared bathroom, most of the time I go in to take a shower and brush my teeth, I’m pretty much by myself. Overall, great experience, I think I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you are a solo traveler.

The room was larger than expected, which was great for my boyfriend and I. We are backpacking, so don’t have tons of luggage anyways. The staff were so great, showers/bathrooms were clean and bedrooms. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed for 3 days and loved it! The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were more than enough room for two adults. The bed was close to a queen size and the sheets/pillows/comforters were very comfy. The shared bathrooms and showers were also clean and modern. The hotel is obviously geared towards to tourists so most things are in English and every front desk person I spoke with also spoke English if that’s a concern for you at all. Location wise it’s about 10ish minute walk from Skytree station and is located in a very quiet, cute neighborhood. If you’re looking to do stuff in this part of Tokyo, I would highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are small but to be expected like other Tokyo hotels, the shared bathrooms and showers were always clean and well kept. The hotel is within walking distance to Skytree and Solamachi shopping center which is super nice. Was not a fan of their housekeeping policies, you have to let them know a day in advance for them to clean your room the following day, if you eat in your room/shop, trash accumulates quickly, so be aware of that. Overall, a decent stay for the price and location.

This hotel is very average for a couple of reasons. First off the rooms are VERY VERY small. We could hardly move around in the room or unpack the luggage.

The service was also very average. If we lost the key card they would charge 5000 yen extra (luckily we didn't loose it). I asked if they could throw a worn out backpack for us, and they wanted 2000 yen for that (Unreal!) etc etc.

What we liked the best was rhe location (very close to a great sento, 7/11, Life supermarket and Skytree tower.

But no, we will pick a different place next time.

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Price was relatively cheap compared to hotels although the shared toilet/bathroom situation contributes to the slight price difference, however this was not an issue for me.
Rooms are small but I would still recommend this over a capsule hotel. My room had a view of the skytree which was definitely a treat. The accessible roof terrace is also a great bonus for an even better view.
Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and relaxing after big days! Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was nice and tucked away and felt like we were part of the city. Train station and Tokyo Skytree within 5-10 minutes walk.

I stayed with my partner for almost 3weeks in total, we changed rooms multiple times so got to try different floors and colours!
Overall staff was nice, a couple of them a little quieter, but everyone helped when something was needed.
Rooms were super clean which was great as it is super important to me!
Showers were super clean too!

Only 2 things that could be better:
- air-con in the rooms is super powerful and it was almost impossible to get it right as the ‘dry’ mode was unavailable, it would get too cold or extra humid and hot.
- toilets always had the toilet paper fixed and made pretty with a triangle end but it would be nicer and more useful for the floors to be swept more often instead.

The location is great and we had a lovely time and will definitely come back again! Thank you :)

Close to transportation! Nice facilities and great selection of free amenities. Rooms are small but for party of 2 it was great. Bathroom and showers were clean for the most part. Overall great, affordable option.

Don’t stay here. Neither staff nor Expedia helped with a 2-day delay. We didn’t stay here because no one spoke English or could resolve our issue for 3 days. Worst travel experience ever.

Had a really nice stay. Somehow the shared bathroom was always in pristine condition. Staff were very kind.
