Nazuna箱根宮ノ下

オモテナシの心が各所で感じられるホテルでした。移動に疲れて降りなくてはならないバス停を過ぎてしまい一駅歩いてホテルに向かったのですが、到着は日暮れ後。checkin時のラウンジ利用も終わっていたのにも拘らず、お部屋に「ほんの少しなのですが」と人気のオリジナル琥珀糖をお届け下さいました。それは疲れた身体にも心にもとても沁み入るものでした。そんな感じでスタートした宿泊は最後の最後まで気持ちよく、お部屋からの景色も温泉も、お食事もどれも美味しいもの。何よりもスタッフ皆さんのご対応がとても気持ちよく、素晴らしいホテルだと感じられました。

館内や客室も清掃が行き届いており清潔で、客室露天風呂も紅葉の季節ということもありとても良い眺めでした。
また料理も素材の味を活かし、スタッフ様が丁寧に調理をして頂きさらに美味しかったです。

娘と一泊させて頂きました。
若いスタッフの方々が食材についての知識を持っておもてなしをしてくださった事に感心いたしました。
また、デザートのプレートに親子旅行の思い出になるペイントをして下さり、気遣いがとても嬉しかったです。
館内は新しく清潔で、檜の造りがお洒落でとてもすてきでした。
露天風呂には檜のブランコがあり、そこに飲料を乗せて写真を撮るなどして存分に楽しみました。
思い出に残る旅にして頂きありがとうございました。

立地・アクセス
・駅や観光地からの距離／アクセスのしやすさ
施設駐車場が近くにあるので自家用車でも問題なく利用できるが坂道に隣接しているため車によっては底を擦ってしまうような微妙な造りになっている。
ガラスの森美術館や彫刻の森美術館・大涌谷などの観光地も比較的近くアクセスも悪くない。
自家用車での利用なら何不自由なく過ごすことができる。公共機関（バス）も近くを通っているようでそちらでの利用も可能なようだ。
・周囲の雰囲気（自然、街中、静かさなど）
自然豊かで客室露天風呂からも自然豊かな環境でゆっくりと過ごすことができる。
しかし、真下にある程度交通量の多い道路があるため車の音は避けることができない。
早朝・夜には交通量が減るため落ち着くことができる。
客室・設備
・部屋の清潔さや広さ、快適さ
まだオープンしたてということもありとても綺麗
十分な部屋の広さ、ベットの質感もよく、ベットから露天風呂が見える景色も素晴らしい
備品やアメニティも充実しており十分満足（Wi-Fi、冷暖房、加湿器など）
・共用施設（ラウンジ、小さい売店など）の状態も非常に綺麗だと感じた。
建て替えによる雑さも気になることはなく外観も綺麗に見える。
接客・サービス
・スタッフの対応も若年層からベテラン層までいるようでその人それぞれの対応や親切心の良さを感じるがまだまだ老舗旅館のような気遣いや丁寧さは不足だと感じた。
・チェックイン・アウトのスムーズにストレス無く、チェックインの待ち時間には個室でウェルカムドリンクと茶菓子を出していただけお茶に関しては目の前で軽く炒ってから淹れていただけるおしゃれなシチュエーションもあった。
食事
・夕食・朝食の内容
夕食は正直期待に沿えるのものではなかった。（満足感低）
味や食材は普通で1人13,000円の価値観を感じれるものではなかった。
・食事場所の雰囲気やサービス
温泉・風呂
大浴場は無く、全ての客室に部屋風呂・露天風呂が併設されていて部屋によって造りが異なるのがコンセプトのようで今回泊まった部屋「松原」に関してはとても満足のいく露天風呂があった。浴槽・シャワーブース共に清潔さと広さが確保されているので十分満足
・お湯の質や温度
源泉掛け流しとのことだったが特に効能を感じるような質感ではなかった。
※温度も調整がしやすくかった。
コストパフォーマンス
1泊2人夕朝食付きだと約6万
宿泊者が宿に何を期待して要るかによって評価が変わるが自分の場合は適正価格かと思った。
※残念な点
風呂
風呂や水道等は全て貯水式のタンクから全室に供給されるようで利用が増えると一時的にタンクが空になり水道シャワーが利用できなくなるとの説明があった。
実際に風呂利用中に水道が止まり微量なシャワーで体を流すことになった。
1時間程度で解消されたがここはなんとか解決してほしいところ。
設備全般
施設自体はとても綺麗で設備も新しいものを多く取り入れ最新＆綺麗を体験することができるが
和と洋の混同・古いと新しいの混同・何か統一感を感じれない不思議な感覚になる。
所謂若年層（10代・20代・30代前半）インフルエンサーのテンションは上がるかもしれないが、それ以降の落ち着きや安心感を持って過ごしたい人には向かないと感じた。

This was a uniquely and wonderful Japanese experience. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. The food and service was phenomenal. The location was amazing. Although this is little more expensive it was well worth it as this has been the highlight of our trip to Japan and we will remember this long after we have returned home.

We stayed here for one night as a couple hoping for an authentic and peaceful experience in Hakone, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, intimate, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, but what stayed with us most was how warm and personal the experience felt. We are especially grateful to Rumina-san, who received us and made sure we had our meals scheduled and gave a tour of our room.

Our private onsen was truly special and gave us the quiet, restorative moment we had been hoping for. It felt peaceful, authentic, and deeply relaxing. The sukiyaki dinner was another highlight of our stay — beautifully prepared, comforting, and full of care. Thanks again to Rumina for making the whole experience pleasant and giving us recommendations along the way.

Breakfast the next morning was just as special. We loved the traditional obanzai breakfast served around the irori grill, which made the whole experience feel intimate and distinctly Japanese. We are grateful to Kana-san for her preparation. It was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented, and felt like such a meaningful part of the stay. Looking back at the meal and the setting, it is one of the moments we will remember most fondly from Hakone.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and we would gladly recommend it to other couples looking for a warm, authentic, and memorable stay in Hakone.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The room (luxury twin) was spacious and private. It is in a quiet area but well connected by public transport systems. The staff were all very polite and attentive. The dinner and breakfast were some of the best meals we ate during our time in Japan.

My wife and I stopped in Hakone for a one night stay during our 2 week visit to Japan. Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita was simply amazing to say the least. The staff were very accomodating and know basic English which made catering to our requests a lot easier. A trafitional breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. Both were delicious and very filling. The room itself is spectacular with amazing views, with the best part being the private onsen, which was nothing short of spectacular. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. If you book at Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita, you will absolutely not be disappointed. Extremely well worth it and a must do.

Beautiful scenery around this property. Our onsen on the deck was so relaxing. From the deck we could see the river below. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included food was delicious. We hope to come back one day!

Overall, this is a great property. Hakone is a special place, and the rooms really capture that traditional ryokan atmosphere.

The in-room onsen is incredible. The water feels amazing, you can control the temperature, and being outdoors surrounded by nature makes the experience even more special.

The food is also excellent, both dinner and breakfast are high quality and very traditional Japanese style.

Exceptional! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience & hospitality from the Nazuna Staff. From check-in and accommodations, everything was seamless. The private rooms are very spacious with plenty of walking space but the best part was the Onsen. You just can’t go back to public anymore. Breakfast & Dinner was amazing. We did not feel rushed during both meals, the Chefs and staff explained everything throughout the course. If you’re looking for an Onsen for the first time. This is the spot! Look no further.

Came here with a group of friends and left feeling like we’d been welcomed into someone’s home. The staff was warm without being over the top, attentive without hovering. Our chef even put together games for us, which we absolutely did not expect and loved.
The room was gorgeous and spacious — and the private onsen bath was the perfect way to wind down each evening. Everything felt genuinely cared for.

Sara was the best part of our stay. Her hospitality and kindness during our dinner made our night feel really special. Even though we had a slight language barrier, we had a great time talking about Japan and things we like to do. The other staff were phenomenal as well. They went above and beyond during the check in by giving us a room tour and offered us snacks from the lounge which closed by the time we checked in. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The male staff was very friendly and we learned a lot about each other.

As for the room, the place was very clean and beautiful. The open concept with the addition of the private onsen and fireplace felt very homey and relaxing. This hotel is truly remarkable and I highly recommend anyone who is staying in the Hakone area to book with them.
