大阪駅から辿り着くのに迷いましたが、良いホテルでした。浴室がとても広くてゆっくりできました。アメニティも充実しています。時間は限られていますがラウンジで無料ドリンクの提供があり、紙カップに入れて室内でゆっくり飲めるのが良かったです。朝食サービスは室内のテレビでラウンジの混雑状況も確認することができたので、ゆっくり朝食を取ることができました。飲み屋や道路に近いので騒音が気になりましたが、雰囲気やサービスは◎です。

JR大阪駅や各線梅田駅からも歩いて苦にならない立地で、アクセスがとても便利。阪急百貨店までも徒歩5分ほどなので、地下のデリで美味しい惣菜を買って、広く落ち着いたお部屋でゆったり夕食を楽しめました。
ホテルのエントランスに入ると、ふんわりと漂う上品な香りに迎えられ、チェックイン前から期待感が高まりました。3階のフロントでは、到着が早かったため荷物を預けましたが、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で感じが良かったです。
宿泊したのは6階のデラックストリプルルーム。広々とした空間で開放感があり、アメニティにも統一感があっておしゃれ。シャンプー類が個別包装なのも今では珍しく、ちょっと贅沢な気分になりました。打ちっぱなしの壁がスタイリッシュでありながら落ち着いた雰囲気を演出していて、旅の疲れを癒してくれます。バス・トイレが別なのも嬉しく、ゆっくり湯船に浸かることができました。
宿泊前に「外の道路の騒音が気になる」という口コミを見て少し不安でしたが、実際はそれほど気にならず、静かに過ごせました。立地の良さを考えると、十分に快適な環境だと思います。
3階にあるラウンジでは、果汁感たっぷりの3種類のドリンクが用意されており、ほかにもコーヒーや紅茶など、ドリンク類にもこだわりが感じられます。
朝食には京都の有名ベーカリーのパンが提供されており、とても美味しかったです。ただ、バター以外の付け合わせがなく、マフィンに挟めるようなサラダやおかずが少し欲しいところ。味は良いけれど、毎日だと少し単調に感じるかもしれません。
全体的にセンスがよく、居心地の良い空間で、梅田周辺で落ち着いた滞在をしたい人にぴったりのホテルだと思います。

お部屋にカップ類が充実して良かったです。
朝食はピンとコーヒーやお茶、ジュース類だけでしたが、朝はそんなに食べませんので十分でした。

大きな道路に面しているので、車の音は賑やかでした。

受付の方が親切で、駅からも近く清潔でとてもよかったです。周囲は繁華街ですが、音などは気になりませんでした。少しwifiが弱かったのと、バスタオルをかけるフックのようなものがあれば嬉しかったです。

ホテル内はコンクリートの床壁でとてもシックな内装でよかった。朝食のパンも美味しかった。
部屋の洗面台が小さく上にある棚が少し邪魔で使いづらかった。
コンビニも近くで良く、ホテル周辺に居酒屋も沢山あるので、深夜になっても食べるところがあって良い。

チェックイン時に、部屋の前に清掃中の他の部屋から回収したらしきリネンが山盛りあり、ビックリした。部屋に入りづらかったし、客室ドア前に平気で大量に置いておくのはどうかと…。

それだけが残念でした。

部屋も広くモダンでおしゃれなホテルでした。朝食付きなのもグッド。マンゴージュースやグァバジュースがあるのはサイコーでした。一点だけ、阪神高速？に隣接のためか外からの騒音が大きいかなと。朝方、外で喧嘩してる声が丸聞こえで目が覚めました。まぁ、都会なので許容範囲かもしれませんが、ここまで騒音が丸聞こえなのは初めましてでした。でも、また利用したいです。

まるで“泊まれるフォトスタジオ”のような、おしゃれ感満載のデザインホテル。
部屋の細部にまでこだわりが感じられ、どこを切り取っても映える空間です。正直、ビジネス出張で一人で泊まるのはちょっともったいなかったかも…。
カップルや友人同士で来て、一緒にこの空間を楽しむ方が断然おすすめ。

立地は便利で、心斎橋やなんばへのアクセスも良好。ただし、周囲は少しにぎやかで夜遅くまで人通りが多く、静寂を求める方には向かないかもしれません。とはいえ、大阪らしいエネルギーを肌で感じながら過ごせるのは、ある意味このホテルならではの魅力。

非日常を楽しみたい人にはぴったりのホテルです。
フロントと同じ階の部屋だったので、いろいろと便利でした。

新しいホテルなので、どれも綺麗で良かったです。またホテルの下に薬局もあり、すぐに買い物も出来て便利です。
隣のビルが今、工事されているみたいで夜中は少し音が気になるかもしれませんが、疲れていたので気になりませんでした。
どこに行くにも便利なので次回も利用したいと思いました。

また是非泊まりたいホテルです。

ホテルオープン10日後でしたので、本当に綺麗で感動しました。
スタッフの皆酸の対応も良かったですし、家具、グラス、スリッパ等どれも高級感がありとても素晴らしいです。

但し、繁華街が真横なんで一晩中騒ぐ若者の声が結構聞こえて気になったので音に敏感な方はご留意ください。

それ以外は文句なしのホテルだと思います。

The staff were extremely friendly! Nice clean rooms and a good amount of space. Only downside was that our room had a window facing the street and the nightlife was extremely loud. Might need to look into sound proofing windows. Other then that was a great place to stay.

This is an amazing hotel. The architecture is fantastic. I would’ve given it five stars but the traffic noise from our room was not good. I did book a room with Osaka view room. Great view but highway below our window. I recommend for a quieter room get on the other side of the building. And then I would definitely give five stars. The staff at reception are absolutely beautiful and so helpful. The location is brilliant to access the railway stations and there’s a lot of good eating places around. Easy walk to shops.

Rooms were spacious and very neat. Lounge was perfect for morning coffee and evening g cocktails. I would suggest not getting a city view of your sleep is easily interrupted by noise, the city noise can be loud at times.

Unbelievably noisy. May as well have been attempting to sleep in the middle of a freeway in peak hour. Sirens, motorbikes revving, trucks. Ridiculous level of noise. The booking was made 10 months ahead. But we were put in a room next to the lift and next go 8 lanes of honking , beeping, screaming traffic at the front of the hotel. Possibly the worst room in the place. Earplugs and noise cancelling headphones of no use. I suspect this room selection was due to us being from overseas. The reception staff were barely civil....and were speaking amongst themselves in Japanese, tittering and giggling...really ?? In not so flattering commentary. We had been there a few days and then the staff realised I could speak Japanese. Their attitudes became VERY serious once they realised. Ooops, best behave like your guests can understand you hey.

Beds like concrete. Laundry facilities a rip off. You will be continually feeding the dryer to get your clothes dry, but it will never happen. Take your wasing to a laundromat.

Breakfast consists of low quality stale pastries. One morning there was no butter, so the butter replacement was olive oil....yes, olive oil. Ohhh, and you have to toast the pastries yourself. Which you need to do to freshen them up. The best thing about this hotel was the coffee machine. Yes, a coffee machine.

The rooms are larger, but don't be fooled. You will get no sleep. Rock hard beds and rock band noisy all night.The area also isn't particularly nice.

This was a nice hotel to stay in. Especially the friendly staff who displayed a welcoming smile everytime I passed them. The hotel is located in an area full of little eateries of the many flavours of Japan. The road was a little noisy at times but it was a wonderful experience. The train station is close, and so are the shops. Thankyou Tones Hotel.

The room looked like half done renovation. There are rough cement patches on the wall. A full length mirror is hang at the back of the door facing the main narrow entrance walkway. Toilet, shower area and basin are located separately within the room. U might see yourself in the mirror before u walked to the toilet or shower area. If any of your travel companion is of super light sleeper, he/ she will definitely be waken up by you going to the washroom in the middle of the night because basin is just next to the bed and chairs.

The power points are all fixed near the tv console. You won’t find any others next to your bed.
My personal electronics items could not be charged using their power points.

Room cleaning is only available on every two/ three days after your first check in. Hotel staff expected you to empty your own dustbin if it is full before their allocated “room cleaning day”.

Also, the hotel price paid at expedie is for one person despite we had booked a twin bedroom. We paid additional 28.000 Yen at the counter on top of sgd673 for 4 nights, else they won’t allow us to check in.
Sgd965 could have been paid a full service hotel nearer to JR station.

Location wise, it is quite a distance from jr station. For families with kids and/or elderly, my suggestion is find a hotel with full service and next to or above the train station.

Breakfast is merely cold small bread (a variety of 8) repeated almost everyday. Nothing fantastic.

Honestly, the best hotel I stayed in during my stay in Japan! Staff were so kind and very helpful. Also, the location is quite close to the station and popular shopping/food centers. I loved the room! There was plenty of space and appreciated the amentities as well as what was included in the room. Thank you so much!

Staff were super friendly/helpful and the facility was modern and clean. The compact room was quite small for two people so would recommend a bigger room. There was some noise but overall a great value!

Room was excellent but the road noise was a problem without ear plugs. Breakfast is very very basic and almost not worth it. But the staff couldn’t be more helpful and it was a calming and relaxing environment to be in.

I messaged in advance to let them know I had a gluten allergy - i was informed that they would be able to cater for this. Unfortunately at breakfast i was given only a totally sodden bread roll that had just been defrosted. The server then tried to put it on the toaster tray that was brimming with gluten crumbs - he had no idea about cross contamination. Poor

Overall the property is very good, with kind and welcoming staff, spacious and clean rooms, etc. Only complaint is the noise from the highway right beside it, which picks up in the evening/night.

Best hotel I stayed at in Japan. Surprisingly big room, the small breakfast is delightful, staff were so friendly and helpful and it’s perfectly located for exploring the city on foot and by public transport.

This hotel was the best from the 4 hotels we stayed during our vacation in Japan. The room was very spacious and very elegant (even with a sofa), the location amazing and the staff so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend it if you're looking for quality at a great price👍

Relaxing environment, room space layout was good. It's great that breakfast was free, but it might not be completely filling as it is only literally only fresh baked bread and liquids. Staff were great and spoke great English.

Bellissimo hotel di stile moderno molto curato con personale cortese ed attento, camere spaziose dotate di ogni confort, situato vicino alla stazione di Osaka in un quartiere moderno con possibilità di prendere facilmente treni e metro. Colazione europea un po’ minimalista unica pecca. L’hotel affaccia su una strada trafficata ma è molto ben insonorizzato.

Great locatio close to Osaka/Umeda stations. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Friendly staff. Breakfast limited to coffee, tea, juices and Pastry/breads. Good enough to start your day before going out. Spacious room and bathroom. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Very noisy area of Osaka and windows are not doubled glazed. They offer earplugs at reception which you will need as the noise doesn’t stop being next to 2 roads. Other than that the complimentary breakfast was good and the property is modern with clean facilities but if you value sleep and or have children this isn’t the hotel for you.
