受付の方が親切で、駅からも近く清潔でとてもよかったです。周囲は繁華街ですが、音などは気になりませんでした。少しwifiが弱かったのと、バスタオルをかけるフックのようなものがあれば嬉しかったです。

ホテル内はコンクリートの床壁でとてもシックな内装でよかった。朝食のパンも美味しかった。
部屋の洗面台が小さく上にある棚が少し邪魔で使いづらかった。
コンビニも近くで良く、ホテル周辺に居酒屋も沢山あるので、深夜になっても食べるところがあって良い。

チェックイン時に、部屋の前に清掃中の他の部屋から回収したらしきリネンが山盛りあり、ビックリした。部屋に入りづらかったし、客室ドア前に平気で大量に置いておくのはどうかと…。

それだけが残念でした。

部屋も広くモダンでおしゃれなホテルでした。朝食付きなのもグッド。マンゴージュースやグァバジュースがあるのはサイコーでした。一点だけ、阪神高速？に隣接のためか外からの騒音が大きいかなと。朝方、外で喧嘩してる声が丸聞こえで目が覚めました。まぁ、都会なので許容範囲かもしれませんが、ここまで騒音が丸聞こえなのは初めましてでした。でも、また利用したいです。

まるで“泊まれるフォトスタジオ”のような、おしゃれ感満載のデザインホテル。
部屋の細部にまでこだわりが感じられ、どこを切り取っても映える空間です。正直、ビジネス出張で一人で泊まるのはちょっともったいなかったかも…。
カップルや友人同士で来て、一緒にこの空間を楽しむ方が断然おすすめ。

立地は便利で、心斎橋やなんばへのアクセスも良好。ただし、周囲は少しにぎやかで夜遅くまで人通りが多く、静寂を求める方には向かないかもしれません。とはいえ、大阪らしいエネルギーを肌で感じながら過ごせるのは、ある意味このホテルならではの魅力。

非日常を楽しみたい人にはぴったりのホテルです。
フロントと同じ階の部屋だったので、いろいろと便利でした。

新しいホテルなので、どれも綺麗で良かったです。またホテルの下に薬局もあり、すぐに買い物も出来て便利です。
隣のビルが今、工事されているみたいで夜中は少し音が気になるかもしれませんが、疲れていたので気になりませんでした。
どこに行くにも便利なので次回も利用したいと思いました。

また是非泊まりたいホテルです。

ホテルオープン10日後でしたので、本当に綺麗で感動しました。
スタッフの皆酸の対応も良かったですし、家具、グラス、スリッパ等どれも高級感がありとても素晴らしいです。

但し、繁華街が真横なんで一晩中騒ぐ若者の声が結構聞こえて気になったので音に敏感な方はご留意ください。

それ以外は文句なしのホテルだと思います。

Vreselijk gehorig, het hotel ligt aan de snelweg en het klinkt alsof er een raam open staat, zo luid lawaai. Vooral als ‘s avonds laat de motoren gaan scheuren, niet te doen. Ontbijt is waardeloos: droog, weinig keus, erg basic. Alleen boter om te smeren, niet eens beleg. Dus buiten de deur ontbeten om toch iets fatsoenlijks binnen te krijgen. Wees verstandig, boek een kamer elders!

Very new hotel with really nice furnishings. The room seemed clean at first, but when I looked closely at the floor, there were hairs in multiple areas of the room. The grey cement floor hid them well, though. But the room was unusually big for Japan and the bed was very comfortable and clean and everything smelled fresh. The location of the hotel is right next to Umeda Station, which sadly also means it’s in a very busy area. My room had no soundproofing and it was close to the street. I have a habit of wearing earplugs every single night without fail, and yet I could hear the honking of cars and the noise of the people outside even late at night. Breakfast is free, however, it’s really not much, only a selection of little croissants, pastries, and bread rolls, paired with butter and nothing else, but there is a konbini right downstairs. One can help themselves with good coffee, tea, and juices all day and night. Overall it was a good stay for me and I recommend it anyone not too sensitive to noise and who wants to be right in the center of Osaka.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to Umeda station with lots of shopping around. The staff at the front were incredible and were very hospitable and welcoming. The amenities were excellent too, offering free breakfast with a wide array of beverages. The room was probably the best, as it had a modern feel but was also very very spacious and could fit all 4 of my luggages comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Lätt frukost, öppen och trevlig personal, vanligtvis finns det mer än en som kan god engelska. Hjälper väldigt gärna till vid behov av hjälp. Läget har god distans till mat och transport, samt gott avstånd till att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Enkel frukost med goda öppettider.

First of all, the staff was amazing. There was a mixup with the reservation and they really fought with Expedia to fix it for me. That alone would earn them 5 stars. But they earned it many times over after that. Both the types of rooms we got to stay in were spacious, with comfortable beds, and excellent amenities. I will say that some parts of the room were a little too dark for my taste, but it's an aesthetic and I respect it. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the staff there were also super helpful and there when you needed them without feeling like they were on top of you. The area is super convenient for trains and general shopping, but there is a highway right outside the window so it's not the quietest. Good soundproofing helps, but I did hear cars a couple of times.
Overall, I would definitely return for any all trips to Osaka.

새로 생긴 호텔 위치가 매우 좋아요. 오사카 우메다 역 근방이며, 바로 앞 메가돈키, 헵파이브, 호텔 아랫층에는 스기드럭스토어가 위치하고 있습니다. 도보로 몇 분 거리에 맛집들이 즐비하고요.
호텔에서 무료로 제공되는 조식은 몇가지 음료, 차, 커피와 베이커리 7-8종류인데 간단하게 조식을 즐기기에 좋았습니다.
라떼와 커피를 테이크아웃 형식으로 가져올 수 있어서 아침에 꼭 커피 마셔야 하는 분들 너무 편해요 라떼가 특히 맛있었습니다!
직원분들께서는 한국인 직원분이 계셨고 다른 직원분들도 한국어가 어느정도 가능하셨어요. 정말 친절하셨고 다른 호텔들에서보다 더 좋은 인상을 받았습니다.
호텔 룸 내의 어메니티도 깔끔하고 잠옷과 샤워가운 구분되어 있었고 실내화도 폭신폭신해서 하루종일 걷고 들어와서 발이 편하고 좋았습니다.
룸 크기도 일본의 다른 호텔과 비교해서 정말 컸어요. 대형 캐리어 세개릉 펼쳐놓고 정리하는 데에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 룸 안에 카펫이 아닌 점도 좋았어요. 호흡기 예민하신 분들은 카펫 사용하시면 많이 답답하잖아요.
화장실과 샤워실 구분되어 있어서 일행들 아침에 외출 준비할 때에도 더 시간 효율적이었고요.
참 드라이기가 매우 빵빵합니다. 다른 숙소들에서 맨날 에에에엥~하는 드라이기로 머리가 잘 안 말랐었는데
여기 드라이기는 와아아아아아앙!!! 하면서 말려줍니다 ㅋㅋㅋ
다음에 오사카 가면 또 이 호텔로 가자고 다들 만장일치로 결정했어요 너무 좋응 숙박이었습니다

Great modern property in a great location. Staff was amazing and they will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early before check in so you are free to continue your day without dragging it around.

Nettes recht neues Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Service. Das Zimmer wird nicht jeden Tag geputzt, aber das ist völlig in Ordnung. Sehr gut ist auch die Lage nah der Bahnhöfe Osaka und Umeda mit vielen Restaurants und Bars im direkten Umfeld. Einziges Manko: es liegt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Straße. Hat mich aber nicht gestört.

Great Osaka Hotel!

Nice hotel, but poor sound isolation

Everything about the hotel was good, except one very important thing. Noise isolation from the outside. The hotel is located in a busy area near the main station and the sound in the room is equivalent to having the window open - almost no sound isolation. This doesn't bother much during the day, but at night I got woken up multiple times, as you can hear everything from the street, from people's conversations to shouting to emergency services sirens to people who rev their engines for no reason.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tones. Our Superior twin room was beautifully presented, with excellent amenities and probably the biggest room that we stayed in during our time in Japan… pure comfort! It was conveniently located close to the train station with an abundance of dining and shopping options close by, along with the vibrant Osaka night life. The staff were exceptional; welcoming and friendly, but the true stand out was how quickly they responded to our needs. Our first night was spent in a room facing the city, which proved to be a little noisy during the night. When brought to reception’s attention in the morning, they did not hesitate and within 30mins, they had us relocated to a quiet room. Thank you! We highly recommend a stay at Tones Osaka.

Very conveniently located hotel with wonderful, friendly and accomodating staff. There were plenty of food options surrounding the hotel. The only downside was the noise as it’s a high traffic area with multiple ambulances/police sirens throughout the day and night.

The location of the hotel is fairly close to Osaka/Umeda Station, about 10 minutes walk through underground malls. However, there are a handful of underground malls in the area. We got lost a few times in this web of malls.
There is a “pharmacy”, expanding from B1 to 2/F, in the same building which is very convenient.
One major setback for our stay was that we were staying on the 4th floor and for some reasons we could hear the noise from the street where many restaurants/bars are on. Every single night! People are loud there. I

Comfortable stay

Design is rustic and modern. Not far from Osaka station and lots of restaurants around the area.

Beds are big and comfortable. Separate bath room and toilet which is nice. Except we don’t understand why the toilet and the bathroom do not have any cloth hangers which is necessary.

The shower head is in the wrong position which make the water splash everywhere.

Fantastic location

We got to the hotel early as was able to store our luggages until it was time to check in. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful, most of all treated with respect. Rooms were clean and the decor is unique, cleaned every two nights, very eco friendly and would go back there again.

Tones opened in February 2025, exhibited a rare concept of Brutalist architecture and I immediately jumped onto the chance of booking during my initial planning. Tones lived up to the design DNA and I really like how unique it's.

Design aside, it's conveniently tucked within walking distance to Osaka and Umeda train stations, and surrounded by plenty great eateries.

As a Hotel, it packed the functional amenities you would expect. I especially like the areas of the reception which connects to the very cosy lounge. As new visitors, we also enjoyed great perks and discount as we dine there. I like to also commend on the service staffs - they are really attentive, helpful and speak English well for anyone concerned about language barrier. The position of their reception also allow them to view/greet anyone coming off the lift and I appreciate the warm greetings.

Excited to have stayed and looking forward to my next stay with them. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a convenient and aesthetic place to stay at.

The hotel is very stylish and in a great location. Amazing food places around the area that can be reached by foot! The hotel offers free breakfast and coffee. The options are limited but still enjoyable and a great service

Very cool hotel, but bit noisy

Very cool hotel, lots of exposed unfinished concrete as a design element, very friendly and eager to help staff. Very spacious room. Unfortunately only single glazed windows and next to noisy double level roadway. Pillows not comfortable. Free breakfast was a variety of bread and pastries but go early for a selection.

Tones is a great hotel located nearby a lot of restaurants, malls and convenience stores. Also, it’s 10 minutes walking distance to the Osaka station and the Umeda metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.
