Very clean and staff were very polite and helpful. We had a bunk room that was perfect for the 3 of us, the kitchenette and kitchen table were used quite a bit. The aircon was excellent and did not smell musty at all, everything seemed newish or at least very well kept. I loved the little freebie treats at the reception area like toiletries items, the eucalyptus bath salts were fantastic! The outside terrace was a great feature of the hotel and we used it almost everyday to either have a place to eat brunch or even dinner (there are no tables like in food courts in Tokyo so you get takeaway and go home to eat) or just relax and look at the wonderful skyline view or grab free water or iced tea. I loved the location of the hotel, a 12 min walk from downtown and 3 min walk to the nearest train station, and it was a quiet area with a Family Mart one block away and several restaurants nearby. What a lovely hotel this is and I will stay here again if I’m in Tokyo.
