Great hotel for solo trip. Room is clean, very close to Ginza, and easy to get to subway. Lots of good restaurants and bars near by.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Clean and modern with a late night restaurant so food and drink available. I even had a robot deliver water to my room! I stayed in the premium room which was spacious and had all the amenities for a city break. Ginza location is perfect for shopping (3 min walk) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Ginza metro station is also ideal for getting around the city. Would absolutely stay again!

Very close to subway stations, very quiet area and really close to shopping at Ginza. Friendly staff and very comfy rooms. Overall very happy!

Pre Visit to my Business Trip to Japan

Easy Access to Ginza area. Minutes walking distance from Shimbashi Station. Close by to a large family mart for daily items like coffee and food, which helped me as I did not use the breakfast option from the Hotel.

New hotel, clean, but the fridge is warm

Iike it or not, it’s the trend to make these contemporary design hotel in Japan, with the sink in the middle of the room, toilet and shower in separated area.
These fine as long as the room is clean, but the fridge is inside a cabinet, the heat got no where to go. So the temperature inside the fridge is actually much warmer than then room.
They need a ventilation fan install on the side of the cabinet to pump the hot air out just like a computer case. Or the fridge never gonna work.
And, it’s not acceptable for this pricy hotel without an ice maker machine. All APA can provide ice cube to customers, their room cost only 1/3.

Yotel has a youthful vibe. The concierge was very helpful - helping me book restaurant reservations. Was very grateful. They gave our family adjoining rooms, which was great. It's located on the edge of Ginza district.

Loved it! A nice new property, we were on the top floor (14) and had an unexpected view of Tokyo tower which was a nice surprise. Also really enjoyed the robots that bring supplies to your room if you call reception. Very little road noise and a great position for Ginza or metro stops

If you can overlook small rooms that lack seating , this relatively new hotel checks off a lot of boxes for a comfortable stay in Ginza.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's new, spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet area of Ginza. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the subway station and with a Family Mart nearby for anything you might need. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. A special thanks to Aswini, who assisted me with shipping my luggage to my next hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The suite is 2 rooms that aren't actually adjoined. It has a small alcove with a key-access door that doesn't double lock to connect the rooms, so it doesn't feel as safe. Restaurant was very helpful and let us take food to our rooms, but there isn't actual room service. Overall, the hotel didn't seem to cater well to children but more the business traveler.

Yotel Ginza is a great hotel with very convenient location, clean and spacious room, and amazing staff. We love how the staff makes us feel welcomed and cared for from beginning to the very end.
Will definitely stay here again if we visit Ginza.

If youre on your own this is a good hotel to be at. It is clean, and great blackout blinds when it gets bright early in the morning. If you're traveling with a partner it's a small open space so if a partner sleeps or wakes up earlier and turns on the light the whole space is bright.

Stay here !

Review for a queen room. Previously stayed in first class king.
I liked the hotel so much that this is my second stay on this trip.
Room has all the essentials, gym is adequate for a short visit
Tbh queen room was a good size , and if there is a question between queen or first class king, I would pick the cheaper option.
Service was excellent staff was great. As always, thanks to Mr. kazua, Ms. Ouandaogo and the two other front desk folks (sorry did not get your names )

Very close to the best shopping. 1/2 hour walk from the Shinkansen train but so close to everything else. Limited buffet and dinner but friendly staff and good food. Clean small rooms but everything you’d want. Definitely worth the stay.

Excellent hotel. I booked a first class king with breakfast . Room was decent sized, new, clean. Location was amazing , just a five minute walk to shimbashi station. Breakfast was western style , which was good.
On the last day, I was going to get a taxi to Shinagawa station for shinSaken but the lady at the front desk( I did not get her name but this is on 16/4/25) told me to just take the JR train to Shinagawa as it would be faster/cheaper and she said I would thank her later. Thanks for the great advice !:)

The location of the hotel was the main reason I booked this hotel. It was closed to Shimbashi Station and had an easy access to the Ginza line. It was also closed to Donki which called for late night shopping. The room was a perfect sized for
two people and I like how the toilet and bath were separated. The male receptionists were always welcoming and friendly to us and would accomodate our requests (calling for taxi and luggage transport) The female receptionist was cold towards us. When I was in line for checkout, she proceeded to help another person and acted I was not there (I guess she was busy as she was by herself but another receptionist came out right away to help me). Anyway would definitely stay again

New, clean, stylish and comfortable! Very large room that we could put two opened luggage on the floor. It’s also convenient, located in Ginza, 5-10mins to stations and only 30 mins to most of popular travel districts (by train). Thereare family mart and Donki just next to the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
