Nice spacious rooms and a great breakfast

Amazing location! Steps away from Shimbashi station and right at the start of the Ginza strip. Rooms are slightly larger maybe than most Japanese hotels but they use the space way better than most with storage under the bed for all the luggage you had to buy because you spent too much at the Donki that’s a 15 sec walk from the hotel. This one is one of my top choices in Tokyo and we’ve stayed in lots. Also you need to walk a couple blocks to Roar coffee that opens at 8 am which is early for Japan. PS the rooms are very clean and as a 6’5 guy i appreciate a shower that is hung from the ceiling so not just getting my chest.

Certain things about the room were wonderful but other things were odd design choices. The glass door to the toilet was a poor choice for late-night bathroom visits. You couldn’t use the bathroom without disturbing everyone else in the room. Also, our room was advertised as having the adjustable bed but didn’t actually have it.

Now onto the good! The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Shower was the nicest we had the whole trip (though we would’ve liked a bath to soak achy feet). The couch was great to have for lounging after a long day. Bonus points for a Family Mart and Don Quijote on the same block!

Overall, the location is excellent and the place is clean.
However, the rooms are too small, and the bed placement is strangely awkward depending on the room.
Basic amenities are not provided unless you specifically request them individually.
The food is always the same, so it was just okay, but the quality itself wasn’t bad.
Unless the rooms become twice as big, I’m not sure if I’d visit again.

The staff here were great! The room was so clean and beautiful. Very modern and accommodating. The hotel is close to the train station. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The room was very modern and clean. Checkin and checkout all by ourselves without any staff needed. There are happy hours in the hotel bar but you have to ask to get the menu. The gym is small but the equipment is good.
The location is great for exploring ginza and the harbour area.

Like most people who visit Tokyo for the first time I spent ages researching Tokyo and various hotels. It can certainly become overwhelming due to Tokyo's size, I am so pleased I chose Yotel in Tokyo. It's in the best location, within walking distance to shoppers paradise (incl uniqlo flagship store) and transport systems that will take you on your Tokyo adventures. If you fancy a stroll, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo station, Imperial palace and the famous fish market in Tsukiji are all about 25min walk from the hotel as well as many other attractions. The famous 7/11 and Family Mart are only a couple of minutes away and a great place to have breakfast. The staff at Yotel are approachable and super attentive. I will absolutely stay in this hotel again!

We got the king room and the room was actually very big for Tokyo and I felt like all of the space was utilized very well. I liked that it had usb plugs in the bedside tables/desk and the purple lighting was very nice. The internet seemed a little slow at times, but the fact that you could cast your tv shows from your phone to the tv was a plus. I didn’t notice an amenity bar that most hotels in Japan have - not sure if you just need to ask or they don’t have one. It was also a very convenient location with a FamilyMart next door and a huge Don Quijote across the street. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Tokyo and will probably choose this one again on my next trip.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno fue excelente, todos los días. Tiene una basta variedad para todos los gustos. El personal del hotel siempre atentos y dispuestos a apoyarte.
Definitivamente recomiendo el hotel 100%.

일단은 위치가 굉장히 좋았어요. 주소는 신바시지만 실제로들 바로 앞에 긴자 8초메라서 가까워요
아무래도 최근에 지어진 거라서 굉장히 세련 되었고, 침대가 엄청 크고 편했어요 안막 처리가 잘 되어 있고, 조용한 것도 장점이에요.
그리고 한국어를 잘 아는 일본인 스텝이 있어서 편했는데 너무 친절했어요

The overall experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Venue and rooms were very clean as well as the staff was very friendy. Ita located in a safe and prime area which is easy to walk to within a few minutes to train station. Felt safe walking in the evenings as well.

The room was not comfortable and was expensive. Basically a roll out sofa that turns into a bed. Room was too small.

Absolutely terrible. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, more like a hostel setup. No bathroom, sink in the room, and a pullout couch style bed with not a real mattress. I checked out after one night from being so uncomfortable and the staff was not helpful at all in refunding my remaining nights.

Staff are incompetent and rude. Arrived to be told the room I booked was unavailable (King bed) and they put us in a Queen bed room and refused to compensate us for the price difference.

Excellent service and location and rooms are decent size, we had three large suitcases and two carry ons and it wasn’t a problem at all. Service was always excellent. We went out one day and asked if they could call a restaurant once they opened to make a reservation that night and they did and confirmed by email … totally above and beyond. Will definitely stay here next time again. Great location too close to main line to get anywhere. Excellent !!!

I booked the day before while I was on the flight from Hawaii to Japan. Super easy and convenient to book on Expedia. I knew from living in Japan that hotel rooms were small, so I booked two rooms for the 4 of us, two adults and two kids. We were placed in one of the corner rooms (601 and 602). Even though they were not directly adjoining rooms, there was a door that closed from the hallway and a little area between both rooms that we had to ourselves. We put our suitcases there and was able to keep the rooms propped open when we were in the rooms and not sleeping. Additionally the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were super modern with USB and USB-C plugs. I was so thrilled that when we continued our travel to Osaka I looked specifically to book another YOTEL property there, but sadly they did not have one and we were dissapointed in our stay in Osaka - not here in Tokyo though! Kids loved that they had their own space, as well as the parents. In the future, I would seek out the YOTEL brand!

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the main station which is very convenient. There are also shops nearby which are 24/7. It’s a modern hotel also. Staff are friendly and courteous.

This hotel is in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to Shimbashi Station (which to those who haven't been to Tokyo before, is a pretty useful hub. Staff were extremely friendly and there's an excellent bar/restaurant in the lobby as well that is open late. My only real criticism is that the rooms are not particularly spacious-- we were two people with one checked bag and one carry-on each, and I'm not going to lie, it was pretty close quarters which could be an issue for travelers buying lots of souvenirs.

Städning och renlighet super fint, inget att anmärka på.
Frukosten var dock dyr i förhållande till vad som serverades. äggen alldeles för hårt kokta, äggstaning/scrambled eggs/omelette alldeles för gegig /lös även om man sade till. Alldeles för litet stekjärn till för mycket ägg. Ska var mycket större stekjärn så äggen steks igenom tunnare skikt med ägg.
Sedan en liten detalj, sladden till vattenkokaren på rummet är alldeles för kort, når inte upp till kontakten på vägen.

Bra hotell som ligger smidigt

Ett bra o fint hotell som ligger en stor tunnelbanestation från vilken du lät rar dig till de flesta ställena (Shibuya, Tokyo tree tower etc). Bra med shopping nära. Bra frukost o fint litet gym.

Fun hotel for Tokyo.

This hotel was amazing. Was very clean, accommodating, and they have robots that deliver your goods to you. Very nice place to stay for your Trip in Tokyo. It’s right in the heart of the city of Ginza which is close to the Shibuya Crossing and Diver City Plaza and all of the great places. Very great place.

my stay at yotel hotel was amazing. the hotel was newly opened which made it my first choice while visiting japan. it was located in the nice area of ginza, and transportation was just minutes away via bus & subway. the bed was super comfortable and made my stay very comfortable. every single day, house keeping came and reset my room. they left 2 bottles of water daily, which was greatly appreciated, especially with the weather being around 95 degrees during my stay. breakfast buffet was wonderful. the employees where very nice and the hotel was an amazing choice.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Clean and modern with a late night restaurant so food and drink available. I even had a robot deliver water to my room! I stayed in the premium room which was spacious and had all the amenities for a city break. Ginza location is perfect for shopping (3 min walk) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Ginza metro station is also ideal for getting around the city. Would absolutely stay again!

Pre Visit to my Business Trip to Japan

Easy Access to Ginza area. Minutes walking distance from Shimbashi Station. Close by to a large family mart for daily items like coffee and food, which helped me as I did not use the breakfast option from the Hotel.

New hotel, clean, but the fridge is warm

Iike it or not, it’s the trend to make these contemporary design hotel in Japan, with the sink in the middle of the room, toilet and shower in separated area.
These fine as long as the room is clean, but the fridge is inside a cabinet, the heat got no where to go. So the temperature inside the fridge is actually much warmer than then room.
They need a ventilation fan install on the side of the cabinet to pump the hot air out just like a computer case. Or the fridge never gonna work.
And, it’s not acceptable for this pricy hotel without an ice maker machine. All APA can provide ice cube to customers, their room cost only 1/3.

Yotel has a youthful vibe. The concierge was very helpful - helping me book restaurant reservations. Was very grateful. They gave our family adjoining rooms, which was great. It's located on the edge of Ginza district.
