  Habitacion limpia e impecable, pasamos 7 noches dn este lugar muy cerca de estacion oyama, se sintio muy local!! Comida, lavanderia y tiendas muy cercas! Recomendado!

  The place looked different than that which was advertised. We left 2 hrs after checking in to a hotel because the space felt dirty and people were apprehensive about showering and sleeping there. A bit out of the way but for the money paid for it I expected just a bit more. The door lock to our door was also falling off so not the safest feeling. It was also freezing.

For six guests at this price, staying at a hotel under the same conditions would not be realistic.Regarding the room, it is exactly the same as shown in the listing photos. There are no differences.As for the location, the address and nearest station are clearly stated in advance. Oyama Station is only about 5 minutes by train to Ikebukuro, which is a very convenient area.If you felt the location was inconvenient, that seems to be because it was far from the places you personally planned to visit, not because the location itself is poor.You mentioned that the room “felt” unclean. Regarding the photo you provided: what you photographed is not dirt, but damage/wear. There was previously a picture hanging on the wall, and after it was removed, marks remained on the wall.This is not a cleanliness issue. Do you understand the difference?You also stated that it was very cold. The air conditioner is fully functional. Did you turn on the heater?Overall, many of the points raised appear to be related to insufficient prior research or personal travel planning, rather than the quality or condition of the accommodation itself.In addition, the photos you took appear to have been taken solely to look for faults.This is a private vacation rental, not a hotel. Unlike hotels, vacation rentals do not have 24/7, year-round maintenance and on-site staff.If this had been such a minor issue, you could have contacted me on the same day, and I would have addressed it. However, you did not give me that opportunity.This accommodation does not offer the same level of services as a hotel. That is precisely why it is more affordable than a hotel, and that is what you chose when making your reservation.If you expect a hotel-level room and services, you should book a five-star hotel from the beginning.
