시부야 및 도쿄 관광에 최적인 위치에요.룸 상태도 좋고 무엇보다 6인용 식탁이 있어서 저녁에 식사 등을 하기에도 좋아요.

Sadly this was quite the disappointment. If you do stay pay attention to the pictures so you know where the entrance is. Then you enter a very small elevator and get off in a small space to your front door so best to hold your luggage until you’ve checked in. Then it’s an app to check in which did not work so my son had to reboot at least once, very frustrating process. Thankful he is tech savvy so handed it. The pics look lovely so we’re a bit surprised to come into cement floors. The unit was very cold upon arrival. My bed sheets were clean but had stains on them. It was spacious and lots of windowed with a nice view of the city from a distance.

We sincerely apologize that your stay was a disappointment. We have taken your feedback regarding the check-in app, the entrance instructions, and the linens very seriously. Our team is already working on these improvements to ensure our physical space matches the quality shown in our photos. Thank you for highlighting the city views, and we hope to welcome you back for a seamless stay.

The elevator was a bit small and i had to leave the group downstairs to register BUT once inside it was absolutely perfect for our group. We had 3 adults and 2 kids who adored the bunk bed. All the instructions were on point. It was conveniently located near the 711 and lawsons was just a 9 min walk from Mega Don Q. There's also a liquor store open until 2a. It was clean and bright. Water temp and pressure was good. Laundry in unit was convenient but took a bit long to dry as they do all over Japan. Very spacious. Wanted to extend but they were booked already 😭

Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We are thrilled to hear that your group, especially the children, enjoyed the bunk beds and the spacious layout. It is great to know that our location served you well with the nearby 7-Eleven and local shops. We appreciate your patience regarding the elevator size and the check-in process; we aim to make the transition as smooth as possible despite building constraints. We’re sorry we couldn't extend your stay this time due to high demand, but we would love to welcome you and your family back again very soon! Safe travels!

The room was very spacious. Relatively clean, but not the cleanest. The laundry machine was not able to dry the clothes and left our laundry with a must smell. The ambulance or fire station is near by so you hear sirens often

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad you enjoyed the extra space, but I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the laundry machine and the noise. We have addressed the drying issue with our housekeeping team to ensure all appliances are in top shape. As we are located in a vibrant area near essential services, sirens can occasionally be heard, and we appreciate your understanding of this local environment. Thank you for staying with us!
