エアコンから水漏れする以外は不満なし。
京都っぽいものを望まなければフレスコやモスが周辺にあるので問題ない。
施設が新しいこともあり清潔感は問題ないし、フロントでピックアップするアメニティも充実している。
アクセスがとびきりいいとは言えないが、面倒だからタクシー使っちゃう旅行客には関係ない。

とても快適でした。2階のベッドも子どもたちは喜んでいました。大きな広い机も使い勝手がよかったです。アメニティもよかったです。下のベッドの枕側の壁が暗いため死角となっていて、埃が少し気になりました。

ベットは人数分(子どもの分含め)あり、フカフカで寝やすかったです。綺麗な場所でのびのびと過ごすことが出来ました！急な予約にも快く対応して下さり気分がとても良かったです。
また京都駅や周辺神社へのアクセスもしやすく良い場所だと思いました。
駐車場がないのが1つ残念な点ですが近くにコインパーキングがあり停められたため良かったです。

The location was wonderful, just off of a main road, so it was quiet but conveniently located to a subway station and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved having laundry (washer & dryer) at the property. Great value & nice staff!

Fantastic view of the mountain and the city from our bedroom. We were on the 9th floor and we relished the space and the comfortable setting of this room. Very good beds as well. Amenities bar by the reception offering team coffee and all the fixings for the bathroom.
Only thing I would like is a toaster oven to cook some toasts and pizza once in a while!
Area is very quiet and safe and this was one of our favorite stay in Japan for the two weeks we were there.

Enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. Nice accommodations, good value. After checking out and getting as far as the Kyoto train station, I realized I had left my watch behind. So I called the hotel to let them know. Thankfully, I was able to go back and retrieve it from the front desk. Thank you!

This is a hidden gem of a hotel. It’s an amazing value with a large comfortable sized room (even by American standards), a gorgeous view of the mountains, kitchenette, spa bathroom, and housekeeping every 3 days, which usually you don’t get at apartment hotels. The free amenities are actually better than at some mid-tier hotels.

Most of all, the staff are absolutely wonderful with their service and the lengths they go to for the guests. They were so personable and flexible with anything I requested.

The only reason I can think of that this hotel isn’t more well-known is because it faces a small inside street, which makes road noise non-existent! But the location is still very convenient and close to a major subway stop.

I hope the next time I want to stay here, there’s still availability!

Staff were great and helpful. Room very spacious with a kitchenette. Clean bathroom. Room was clean but there was lot of hair and dust hiding on the grey carpet area and I need to borrow the floor tapes from the reception to clean it. Actually it should be 9 out of 10.

The hotel was very helpful in assisting us receiving our suitcases through Airporter service. Furthermore, they assisted us in paying cash for a parcel delivery that we organised from Tokyo. We booked two three night bookings separately and they made it very easy to link the two bookings so we did not need to change rooms.
The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there for 6 nights. The smart TV allowed us to easily stream YouTube on TV.
The only thing that I wish they did was service the room every two days rather than every three days.
The distance to the subway station was not as close as we would have liked but it is an easy walk on a wide flat pathway majority of the way so easy for wheeling suitcases.
The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Whilst not surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafe, there are still many variety of eatery options in the surrounding area within short walking distance. We felt the hotel felt like a home in Kyoto. It was perfect for a family of four with the amount of space it offered.

Staff: very friendly
Room: very clean, but the room we chose the hallway was narrow, hard to have luggage there and walk in. But once you walk in, it’s spacious.

Amenities: they have laundry onsite, the face wash, lotion, toothbrush everything you need is in front where the lobby is at.

Location is good.

The best part was that it has its own laundry room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to help us. We needed help with suitcase shopping. One of the staff member exactly told is where to go and we found some amazing deals in that store.
The lobby had all the essential goodies like coffe/mouthwash/toiletries etc

Super spacious and exactly as pictured! There was a bunk bed along with a dining table with all the necessities to a kitchen. There were many convenience market options including 7/11 and family mart about 5min walk. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff. The hotel is about 10mins from the train station but it's in a pretty quiet and safe location. Would recommend 100% for people travelling with family and kids!

The room was perfect for us and our two adult children, who had their own bunks. The room was spacious and clean with a 7-11 and subway station very close. The staff was super kind and incredibly helpful while trying to ship our luggage to our next destination. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such a wonderful place for our family of six. There were plenty of space for all of us. It had a/c throughout so that was awesome since it was hot and humid outside. Love that they had a little kitchen for us to cook for those who were tired of eating out. Love that they provided all the little things like tea bags, coffees, lotion and etc at the front desk area so you can go downstairs and grab whatever you needed. Would definitely book again if we ever come back to Kyoto.

Lovely staff. Many amenities that were very thoughtful such as cooling spray, oragami papers, and toiletries for any and all occasions. Small laundry and the dryer doesn’t dry well, but I found it is typical throughout Japan. Would definitely stay here again. Around a 5-10 mins walk from train station

O hotel parece novo, o apartamento funcional e confortável e a localização boa.

Porém, deram-nos um quarto no térreo, atrás da recepção e próximo a area de fumantes. Não entrava sol e a vista era um muro; havia cheiro de umidade e a sensação era que estávamos em uma caixa. Alem disso, o quarto estava coberto de poeira.
Reclamamos na recepção, mas não conseguimos um outro apartamento em um andar “normal”.
Não há limpeza diária do quarto, somente a cada 3 dias.

Os funcionários não falam inglês.

Fantastic family hotel in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Koko Hotel. Great great stay (especially with kids) as the room was super spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing and pretty much everything we needed was within walking distance and there was an amazing coffee shop right out the front door. Only issue regarding cleanliness was the carpeting probably needed an extra vacuum and some of the cutlery wasn't cleaned well, but this was really minor and otherwise everything was perfect. The staff were super attentive and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved this place, traveling with her two preteen kids, we chose the bunk bedroom with one king bedroom, it had a common couch room, there were dividers between the bedrooms and the main room. Also had a kitchenette and a refrigerator and one and a half baths. We really really love this place. It was a really good location too.

Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of small cafe and restaurants options. About a 8 min walk to subway. I’d stay there again if I stay in Kyoto.

Es el mejor hotel de los que he estado en Japón, las Habitaciones son muy confortable, limpia, con barrio es muy bonito, muy tranquilo, y el personal que atiende es muy, muy amable, en especial la señora que nos recibió, una disculpa por no acordarme del nombre. Tiene servicio de envío de maletas (nos la enviaron a Tokio por 1300 pesos). Nos encantó, cuando volvamos a Kioto, nos volveremos a quedar y lo recomendaré mucho!!

Hotel located in quite area

This apartment is located just outside the tourist street. 15 min walk and you are in the central tourist area with shopping. We had a family apartment with 4 beds. Coffee and tee was free. A taxi to the tourist street was ca 10 usd.
