Perfect stay

The room was amazing! My girls loved the bunk beds and I loved the regular beds. Room size is huge, even by US standards- more like a suite with kitchenette. AC worked beautifully and blackout curtains were helpful for sleeping in a bit. Shower room is wonderful. Laundry facilities perfect! And little breakfast place next door was friendly and delicious! Would absolutely stay again!

The room was spacious, service staff were excellent and helpful. The location was good (off the beaten path and quiet), yet with easy access to all main public transportation and Kyoto's main attractions. Very enjoyable!

Great for families with children

Definitely recommend for families with children. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers available on the first floor, which was very convenient. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Utterly fantastic. A great location from the train station and a wonderful option for our family of 4 traveling in Japan. It was great to have a little room separation as there are sliding doors between bedrooms.

Traveling with our two teens, we opted for the big room, two bunks, a nice open room with a big couch and table and a master room. Rooms had dividers, which was awesome. Beds comfortable, quiet, really cool coffee shop right next door. Would stay here again, I know kids liked it too.

Definitely a budget hotel

Family of 4.
The room is a great size for Japan
Fridge stove and all utensils you need to make your own breakfast.
The front desk personnel are very polite and helpful and greet you everytime you come in.
Great location close to supermarket and transit system.
The negatives they preset and lock their ac units at 25 which is far too hot and very uncomfortable when sleeping. We asked for help twice and they could not fix it. I ended up having to mess with it and you have to change it in the settings that they disabled. Otherwise we would have been miserable the entire stay. A 5 night stay they only clean room once. You can get clean towels everyday but you have to put them outside of hotel room door. They have a (3) washer dryer machine, and they get quite busy.

Great stay, very friendly staff and good breakfast hole in the wall next door. Only con is laundry machines are not included with stay like other hotels but at least they are available.

The hotel is clean, spacious, has lots of amenities and the staff is very friendly. There is a laundry room available downstairs and it's in a quiet neighborhood. There are buses and the train station is about a 7-8 minute walk. Overall I enjoy staying at the Koko chain when visiting Japan.

Amamos nuestra estancia en este hotel, el espacio en la habitación es muy grande. No es el más céntrico pero la comodidad lo vale. Tiene su cocina equipada y cafeterías y tiendas de conveniencia muy cercanas.

The room was so cute and the staff was very friendly. We loved the seperate beds and the kids loved the bunk beds. The location was great too! If we had to comment negatively on something, it was the comfort of the mattress as it was much more firmer than other hotels we have stayed at.

Really great hotel. A somewhat residential neighborhood but close to the castle, lots of coffee shops, bakeries, and good restaurants. Was nice to be away from the crazy touristy areas. Our room was enormous with a kitchen and dining area. Plenty of space for 4. No breakfast, but we didn't mind with all the places nearby.

Great for Family om four

Bodde här tre nätter och är jättenöjda. Två vuxna och två barn, 12 och 15 år hade gott om utrymme. Bra med separata utrymmen för dusch, handfat och toalett vilket gör att inte en person ockuperar alla dessa vid användning.
Också glatt överraskade över utsikten, bodde på åttonde våningen och hade fin utsikt över stad och berg. Stora fönsterpartier i två riktningar.
Verkligen inget att klaga på ☺️

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Staff are exceedingly helpful and respectful. The room, a family apartment, was beautiful and situated in a gorgeous, quiet part of Kyoto. There are several amazing coffee shops and restaurants nearby including French, an Italian coffee shop, a gyoza cooking experience (highly recommended!!), and the best teppenyaki spot. It was always very easy to get a taxi or hop on a bike or go for a walk. It’s located so close to Nijo Castle. Fantastic location, upscale neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.

Was A great stay for the three of us. Bunk beds and adult dual beds worked out nicely. Bathrooms and kitchen was awesome. Great location for bus or Taxi stops. Great breakfast at fiveran near by. Would stay again.

Great stay with our two kids. They loved the loft beds. Very comfortable stay with good amenities to choose from. Coffee shop with breakfast option just downstairs. Family mart 2 minute walk. Subway station about 5 minutes walking. Great area. We loved Kyoto!

空間大, 整體乾淨舒適, 有廚房, 廚房器具也很齊全, 還有一個大衣櫃, 冰箱也很大, 有浴缸能泡澡, 只有通風孔需要再清理一下, 下次還是會再次預訂!
