&Here OSAKA NAMBA

関東圏から車で行きました。ホテルの提携駐車場はないけど、駅近なので24hで2200円ほどのパーキングが近くにたくさんあってなにも困らなかった！
チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズだったし宿が綺麗で、トイレ、シャワーも別々◎キッチンも、カラトリーもありすごく快適に過ごせた！日本語の口コミが少なくて不安だったけど、道頓堀(グリコ)までも歩いて行けるしリッチ的にすごく良かったです
我が家は、中学生も含む5人家族だけど十分な広さでした！おすすめ！！

客室に関しては清潔だしベッドも寝やすく問題ない。
施設に駐車場がなく電話で問い合わせたが最初に言われたところに持って行くと月極で停められないと言われまた問い合わせたがスタッフが外国人しかおらず説明がよくわからず困りました。
外国人宿泊客が多いから仕方ないのかとは思いますが日本人スタッフも1人くらいは常駐させるべきだと思います。

We had a wonderful stay at &Here and would highly recommend it. The location was superb; very easy to get out and about to explore Osaka. The room was very clean, compact but had everything our family of 4 needed. The staff were always friendly and helpful too.

The property is new and everything is clean and spotless. The room is adequately sized and comfortable for a family of 4. Service staff were attentive and helpful. Location is just a short 5 minute stroll to the main Namba shopping street and another 8 min stroll to Dotonbori. Will definitely recommend this property for your stay in Osaka.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Hotel is shiny new and located just steps from Namba Station, Namba City and Namba Parks, making it extremely convenient. Also a short walk to 2 other metro stations, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and all the shopping (and crowds) you could want. Hotel is extremely clean, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, ice water station and 2 vending machines with beverages and snacks, with guidance on how to mix the various beverages into delicious concoctions. Common laundry room is a handy touch. We slept 2 to a bed, although that was a tight fit. Room was a bit larger than expected and had fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle (with free coffee and tea available for the room), a full-width bench and table, large windows that open for fresh air, a strong shower and a separate toilet room. The only thing I would change: the light in the toilet room is on sensor, and if you use it at night the light comes on too bright, there should be a dimmer setting for night time. Otherwise an excellent hotel in an excellent location with an excellent staff!

The hotel is very centrally located in the middle of all that the Namba area has to offer. You are walking distance to shopping, unlimited restaurants, train station, and crowds. The sometimes (oftentimes) overwhelming crowds are right outside the hotel door and maybe it is because this was the end of our two week trip, or maybe we just had crowd fatigue, but it was a lot for us to deal with. The hotel itself is nice. It feels new, the staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and fairly spacious. There is a nice coffee machine downstairs in the lounge, a rooftop lounge with a beautiful view, and nice vending machine options near the coffee machine that even have beer and packaged ramen. The main reasons we likely would not stay here again are: 1) the very present footsteps from the upstairs neighbors at all hours, and 2) the desire for a bit more separation from all the hustle and bustle. If neither of these things would bother you, this is a solid choice of hotel. 7-11 is right around the corner, beds were comfortable (beware of Japanese style rooms if you don’t want a mattress that is floor level- sorry to my elderly parents for that one), and shower water pressure was great. Also, blackout curtain can be tricky but it does come down. Ask a staff member for help if you have a hard time with it like we did the first night.

Amazing design, very family friendly with beds on the tatami which is good for children. Staff was always friendly when we passed by. Towels were changed and garbage cleaned everyday which was great. I loved how there was a laundry room which was very useful. Spacious rooms for children to run around. I would stay here again! Highly recommended

If you're looking to be right in the heart of Namba then look no further! Modern, clean & well equipped room supplemented by super friendly staff. Despite it's location in a busy area, you barely hear anything in your room (11th floor for us), combine that with the comfortable bed & it's the perfect place to rest!

We also arrived an hour early and but were able to check-in immediately as our room was ready, so that was a bonus!

My family of 5 only stayed one night wish we had time to stay a little longer. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and considerate of us they let us check in a bit early as it was cold with our little kids. Lots of shops around. Our room was modern with a great view-you can open the windows a bit, we haven’t been to a hotel where you can open windows yet- cute rooftop view. Had all amenities. We would stay here again.

Great stay with &Here Osaka Namba! Great location, short walk from Namba station and not too far from Dotonbori!

Our room Superior Family Bunk was a great size for 3 girlies.. though top bunk would suit children more for comfort. The room had everything we could need, very well equipped and spacious. The seating area was great after a long day on our feet!

I would stay book this accusation again and other &Here locations!!

Fantastic hotel and the beds were so comfy!

Amazing stay, close to the action of Osaka and short 10min walk to Dotonbori and the Glico Running Man.
Lots of food options in the area as well as shopping.
Short 5min walk to Osaka station too.
We were disappointed to leave

The location was excellent. It close to everything. The room size was ok but a bit too dark. Everything was clean. However there was a bar but never saw anyone working there. It would have been nice to be able to have a drink but we appreciated the vending machines with alcohol.

Awesome hotel in Nimba

That staff at the front desk were very helpful. They checked in our 3 rooms promptly. They help us find some restaurants and shopping areas. Also, they help us with organizing the transportation of our luggages to Tokyo. Our rooms were spacious with bunk beds. The hotel is newer so the beds were comfortable. Very clean!!

Op zich een fijn hotel qua locatie en personeel. De kamer was ruim. Fijn dat er een wasserette in het gebouw zat. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt was. De locatie an sich was fijn, omdat je dichtbij station Namba bent. Alleen was het elke keer een zoektocht vanuit dat station/winkelcentrum om het hotel te vinden. Dat vond ik erg frustrerend, zeker na een lange dag.
