期待以上に大大満足でした。築浅という事で、全体的にすごく清潔でしたし、とにかくお部屋が広かったです。冷蔵庫も一人暮らサイズ、バルミューダのレンジも完備！ドラム洗濯機もあり、旅行先のお部屋で洗濯する事がこんなにも快適なのか！と感じました。液体洗剤も頂けますし、ハンガーや、洗濯バサミなども完備！もう少し干す場所があると更に良しって感じですが、それでも翌朝には全部乾いていました。シャワーもダブルヘッドで水圧もサイコー！トイレも広い。コンビニも歩いて数分、駅からもゆっくり歩いても10.15分くらいで到着する位置にあり、交通面も言うことなし。スタッフの皆さんも本当に親切で、お願い事も快く対応してくださり、終始快適なホテルライフをenjoyすることができました。観光名所でもある『難波神社』も徒歩15秒で到着、その隣のお蕎麦屋さんも美味しい！観光で疲れた体と心がしっかりゆっくり休まる♡そんなホテルでした！ありがとうございました！

家族５人で3泊しました。
部屋の中に乾燥機付き洗濯機があり、洗剤もあるので、荷物少なく出来たので助かりました。
近くには、コンビニや薬局、ご飯を食べるところもあり、道頓堀等にも歩いて行けます。
スタッフの方も親切で、また宿泊したいと思いました。

買物はすぐ近くのセブンイレブンか、大国町駅との間にあるライフで快適。
居室内に必要なものは一通り揃っていて便利。
とくにドラム式洗濯機があることで荷物がだいぶ少なくすることができた。助かる。
浴室はシャワーのみだが、夏場だったので問題なし。冬はどうかなぁ…
人数が多かったのでソファーをベッドに変身させて寝たが、このベッドが硬めでとても寝やすく自分好みだった。

一番大きなお部屋を家族旅行で利用させていただきました。
広く、ゆったりしたスペースとお風呂や洗濯機、冷蔵庫などまで自宅と同じように使うことができ旅のストレスを感じることなくリラックスして滞在できました。
洗濯機も洗剤が備えてあり朝起きたら乾燥している状態で大変ありがたかったです。全国にあるホテルのようなので今後の候補になりました。

綺麗だしオシャレだし、設備もとても良かったです。かなり外国人を意識した設備やサービスでした。トイレやシャワーなど。
洗濯機が部屋にあるのはすごく良かったです。フロントに繋がる電話がないのが少し不便に感じました。が、まぁ、フロントまで行けばいいので問題ないです。トラブルなければそれこそ必要ないですしね。
必要なところにお金をかけて実はあまり必要ない所を削って効率化しているのが好感を持ちました。泊まって良かったです！

We stayed here for 11 nights in March 2026. We booked the largest room for just my husband and I, so it was very spacious. The room was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to Dotonbori, with numerous restaurants nearby and a 7-11 is just a stone throw away from the hotel.

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, consistently greeting us with warmth. I arranged for luggage transfer from Osaka to Kyoto, and the staff had our tags prepared in advance and reassured us that everything would be handled smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka!

This is a basic hotel, not a 4 star or premium. It's in a back street, like 15-20 minutes walking to all the sights, very close to Namba shrine. The rooms are small and they don't clean them, only after 3 days of staying. They just change your towels and trash if you leave it out the door... so as I said, not very premium.

Our stay here was fantastic. We were greeted with very friendly and amazing staff. They were very attentive to know what our needs were and very good at providing information. The location was conveniently located close to train stations and walking distance from the markets. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.

We loved our stay here, we traveled with our 10 month old so perfect for families the room was incredibly spacious. Washer and dryer was all in one which is nice. 3 min walk to Namba Yasaka Jinja closet train station is a 10 min walk, 7/11 right across the street, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Defiantly would stay here again and have already recommend to friends and family

Very clean. It’s in a central and convenient location to street markets and other good restaurants nearby including the 24/7 Seven Eleven that also has a great selection of foods. Very quiet. The washer/dryer is amazing. The hotel provides free toiletry and laundry detergent. Very quiet at night. Has filtered water station for guests and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren dort für 7 Nächte und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer bietet alles, was man braucht, hat sogar eine Waschmaschine, die auch trocknet. Der Wasch-Trockenvorgang dauert zwar recht lange, aber wir waren froh, die Möglichkeit des Waschens zu haben.
Schräg gegenüber ist ein 7Eleven, was sehr praktisch war. Auch sonst hat man sehr viel fußläufig, sowohl die U-Bahn-Station Namba als auch Daikokucho. Man kann auch zu Fuß nach Dotonbori laufen, wo man dann auch mitten im Geschehen ist.
Wir sehen uns hoffentlich nächstes Jahr wieder! Vielen Dank für den guten Service.

Clean room. Pleasant staff. Air-conditioning was good. Small kitchenette with dining table and chairs. Walking distance to convenience stores and dotonburi/namba walk. Bathroom contained shower and washer/dryer for clothes which was handy. Plenty of taxi and uber around too.

LOVED this hotel! It was so spacious and CLEAN! My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and I wish it was longer. It lacks the amenities of a larger hotel but we were able to get breakfast at 7/11 and ubereats and still saved a ton of money. We stayed at 4 hotels during our Japan trip and this is the hotel where everyone slept like a dream! This was the best experience!

Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner.

Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay.

Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home.

Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel.

Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise.

This hotel is a rare find that has washer and dryer.
Pictures makes the room looked slightly larger but in actual, it's slightly smaller.
Shower area and toilet are located in different doors.
Staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
Walls are thin thus have to limit the noise level at night.
There are windows but no view at all, so for those who wants a view from their room, this is not the option.
Beds are good.
The hotel even offers loan of halal cutlery and praying mats!!!
Location is convenient, 15mins walk to Namba station.
The main door of the hotel will be locked at midnight, access code are provided for guests.
There are 2 laundromat near the vicinity of the hotel.
There are also 2 supermarket nearby.

Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel.

Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable.

The room a/c was shut off and the staff advised that they do it during cold season. The room was stuffy and not in a good area so because of this our 4 night booking became 2 nights. We have too look for another hotel.

room was clean, big and room to move around. A little older and the service was ok. very tight on towels and amenities. staff were very helpful and courteous. I would return again. Just not as nice as the Monday in Kyoto which was newer and plenty of amenities.

Room is clean and spacious. But there is no rolm service, room make up is 4th day and not everyday. You have to get your own bottles to fill up water at the reception level. Considered not cheap to stay this type of hotel that has no services.

We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.

Recently stayed here as a family of 4 with both kids under 11. Staff has been bery helpful, especially Sandi who helped us navigate our transport options for our departure. Hotel room os spacious for what you can get in the area. About 20min walk to dotonbori and close to other transport/food options. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Namba.

Good stay, but not like a regular hotel.

We are a family of four and were comfortable in our room. The rooms are clean and the washer and dryer are a plus for sure. However, in our case the washer stopped working and when I asked the front desk, they would only come up and check if we were in the room. With our tight itinerary that did not work. Another thing to note is that they don't do housekeeping daily like a regular hotel. Also, checkout is at 10am. I thought it was at 11am like most hotels and ended up paying an extra fee for staying the additional hour.

Everything was nice, just the pillow was small. Otherwise, it was perfect for us. We’ll definitely return there on our next visit. The accessibility to all major sites by train was just across a small bridge. We travelled by train and when we get tired at night from an activity we take the train to the nearest stop and call a taxi with TaxiGo (App.). I highly recommend this hotel.
