電化製品、食器類も豊富でよかったです。
コンビニも近く、駅からも徒歩圏内で便利でした。スタッフの方も親切、丁寧で好印象です。
また利用したいです。

家族５人で3泊しました。
部屋の中に乾燥機付き洗濯機があり、洗剤もあるので、荷物少なく出来たので助かりました。
近くには、コンビニや薬局、ご飯を食べるところもあり、道頓堀等にも歩いて行けます。
スタッフの方も親切で、また宿泊したいと思いました。

買物はすぐ近くのセブンイレブンか、大国町駅との間にあるライフで快適。
居室内に必要なものは一通り揃っていて便利。
とくにドラム式洗濯機があることで荷物がだいぶ少なくすることができた。助かる。
浴室はシャワーのみだが、夏場だったので問題なし。冬はどうかなぁ…
人数が多かったのでソファーをベッドに変身させて寝たが、このベッドが硬めでとても寝やすく自分好みだった。

一番大きなお部屋を家族旅行で利用させていただきました。
広く、ゆったりしたスペースとお風呂や洗濯機、冷蔵庫などまで自宅と同じように使うことができ旅のストレスを感じることなくリラックスして滞在できました。
洗濯機も洗剤が備えてあり朝起きたら乾燥している状態で大変ありがたかったです。全国にあるホテルのようなので今後の候補になりました。

綺麗だしオシャレだし、設備もとても良かったです。かなり外国人を意識した設備やサービスでした。トイレやシャワーなど。
洗濯機が部屋にあるのはすごく良かったです。フロントに繋がる電話がないのが少し不便に感じました。が、まぁ、フロントまで行けばいいので問題ないです。トラブルなければそれこそ必要ないですしね。
必要なところにお金をかけて実はあまり必要ない所を削って効率化しているのが好感を持ちました。泊まって良かったです！

The place was spacious and clean, perfect for six people. There were so many great places to eat nearby. It was also nice that Namba Station was just a 10-minute walk away. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge plus!

Great hotel. Happy family

We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner.

Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.

Recently stayed here as a family of 4 with both kids under 11. Staff has been bery helpful, especially Sandi who helped us navigate our transport options for our departure. Hotel room os spacious for what you can get in the area. About 20min walk to dotonbori and close to other transport/food options. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Namba.

The place is very clean, the room is bigger than regular hotel's I've stayed in Japan. AC is really cold despite the hot weather outside and the staff are very friendly and have good English speaking skills

Good stay, but not like a regular hotel.

We are a family of four and were comfortable in our room. The rooms are clean and the washer and dryer are a plus for sure. However, in our case the washer stopped working and when I asked the front desk, they would only come up and check if we were in the room. With our tight itinerary that did not work. Another thing to note is that they don't do housekeeping daily like a regular hotel. Also, checkout is at 10am. I thought it was at 11am like most hotels and ended up paying an extra fee for staying the additional hour.

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. We loved the charming boutique style, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel felt new, was very clean, and we especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in our room. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice, just the pillow was small. Otherwise, it was perfect for us. We’ll definitely return there on our next visit. The accessibility to all major sites by train was just across a small bridge. We travelled by train and when we get tired at night from an activity we take the train to the nearest stop and call a taxi with TaxiGo (App.). I highly recommend this hotel.

Would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were exceptional; very friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Family Room, which was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our young family during our stay. The area is on a quiet street, close to a 7/11 and around 15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

Good stay

Overall it is good. Apart from the aircon broke down in extreme heat, the staff member could not fix and reluctant to change us to a different room. Eventually we swapped to a room with aircon working after long and difficult discussion.

Area was residential but still full of life and activity. This Monday has more units, which means more neighbors. It was nice, but we must’ve had new ones a couple nights later because they were loud enough to be heard in our room after quiet hours were in effect.

Osaka Castle bedroom was awesome, we liked having the swivel TV so we can watch from bed & relax. Don’t mind bed was made perfectly but we accidentally messed it up before we took the picture.

A basic apartment hotel that is perfect for our family of four. Short walk to the metro station. Nearby grocery store and 7-eleven. Lots of restaurants on the main street. Washer in the room is a plus.

Please avoid this hotel if you are claustrophobic. it has very small windows that are tinted and you can not see outside world and only slightly crack open for some air. I could not stay for more than 5 minutes inside the room and had to leave the property with my kids and all our luggage to another hotel. I have not gotten any refund for my 3 days booked. I am hoping Expedia can help.

We stayed 9 nights and it was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and so helpful. The room was great and having a washer/dryer in your room was so convenient. The location was a short walk from the subway. Overall it was we loved everything about this place.

Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course.
Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka.

MONday Apart Premium Osaka Namba WEST was a great choice for our stay in Osaka. The room was spacious, with a comfortable living area and a big sofa—perfect for families or groups of friends. We especially appreciated the in-room washer unit, which came in handy since we packed light. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.

This was the second MONday apartment hotel we have stayed at. The first one was the MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi which really set the benchmark. This one in Osaka is also good and spacious by Japan standards but the family room in Tokyo Ueno was much bigger than the 2 double/queen that we had in Osaka. We used the in-suite laundry washer/dryer several times - it’s super convenient. Room could use more clothes hangers for drying. Hotel is located several blocks away from an M subway line station and is walkable to the Namba shopping district. Would stay here again.
