旅館に感じていた物足りなさが満たされた

室内に寝室、足湯、温泉、サウナがあり、さらにキッチン、リビングも。

部屋でのんびりして、その日に自分が欲しいものを作ったり食べたり飲んだりするのが好きな自分にはぴったりでした。

調理器具も、包丁の切れ味もよく、とても快適でした。


足湯と温泉は時間も周りも気にせず好きなだけ満喫できます。

お風呂が最高！

家族3人で宿泊した。ダブルベッド二台に布団2組あり、部屋全体的に広すぎるくらい十分広かった。子供がいると子供たちにとっても楽しかっただろうと思う。一番良かったのはヒノキ(?)風呂。足を十分伸ばせるくらいのバスタブがあり、24時間湯に浸かることができる。もちろん部屋内にあるので自分達専用の風呂。シャワーも付いている。使用しなかたが、小さなサウナもあった。次によかったのが、ウェルカムドリンク・スナック。ワインボトル1本、缶ビール1本、その他1本、ワンカップ1瓶、つまみ・スナック等ふんだんに用意されていた。ペットボトルの水・お茶、コーヒーメーカー・コーヒーもあり。普段あまり飲まないのに飲んでしまった感があった。大画面テレビもあるが、意外に残念だったのはBSが見れないこと。大した問題ではないけど。食器類、洗濯機などなんでも揃っている感じだ。家族でもう少し長めに滞在すればもっとよかっただろうと思う。

GWで他のホテルがなかなか取れない中、幸運にも空いていて宿泊。自宅よりも広いかもと思うぐらいの部屋で、家族5人、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ました。
朝日を浴びながらの足湯は最高でした。

This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the indoor onsen, which offered a serene and private experience with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and authenticity.

The kids love the apartment bur check in is a bit complicates as filling out all details including address age, etc took me more than half an hour to fill it out especially with more than 4 people. Luckily we were able to do it inside the room otherwise everyone was so tired to wait for me to finish to fill out the check in procedures. Other than this, everything is excellent. Thank you for the stay.

Definitely accommodation suited for holiday makers with a car. Facilities were immaculate. Limited dining options but able to walk 6-7 minute to train station to Hakone for dinner. Bus 4-5 minutes.

La propiedad nos encantó! Es hermosa, todo esta en perfecto estado, nuestro departamento tenía su propio sauna y onsen, muchas comodidades, excelente ropa de cama, lavadora, fue excelente para ma familia de 6 miembros! Todos estuvimos de acuerdo que fue nuestro mejor hospedaje del viaje ... nos pusieron bebidas de cortesía en el refrigerador... magnífica estancia

Traveled with the family including 2 kids under 12. Check in was redundant - Had to check in via link sent in email then again upon arriving. Tedious to enter the same address per guest. We could not have our luggage shipped there as there are no employees on site. There is no luggage holding either which was clear on the website. When booking, was not able to book breakfast or dinner which was a blessing in disguise.It appears you would have to heat the food yourself in the microwave oven. There’s not much to do around the property. Restaurants in the area (10min car ride) all need reservations day/weeks in advanced, so plan ahead! The nearest convenience store is an uphill walk - we ended up taking a taxi to and from. The unit offers pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Does not provide body lotion of skin care products as other places do. It does have all the appliances you need but warning, clothes in the dryer do not dry at all. You’re better off hanging to dry your clothes on the balcony (Traveled in July). Onsen was nice but nothing to write home about. Shower was amazing! Beds were comfortable too. Overall my stay was comfortable but I would have preferred to book something with Keiseki dinner and breakfast served on site or somewhere near Lake Ashi or within Gora. Also, massage services here book up quickly. We were not able to enjoy them as we waited too late to make a reservation.

Spacious and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Only downside is that there are no food places within walking distances, but was able to take the train to nearby places.

Beautiful

The apartment was lovely. To get to the train station you had to cross a busy street and there was no sidewalk which was a little scary; however, the apartment was conveniently located within 5 min walk from the train station and the bus stop. The place has no staff so there is no luggage storage option. Luckily if you take the train one stop there are storage lockers available at the next train station. Because there are no staff you receive an entry code to get into the building and your room via email the day before.

Excelente opción en Hakone!

Es un lugar exquisitamente amueblado, ultra cómodo, ideal para descansar en Hakone, lo único es moverse hacia las estaciones del transporte, considero que lo mejor es llevar su propio auto. Fuera de eso, el equipamiento de la habitación y las comodidades como tener su propio sauna y onsen en la habitación no tiene precio!

very nice property! instructions on how to use microwave way too complicated. would have been nice if there was an start stop button in English. Washing machine also hard to use the dryer cycle. Poor English instructions.

房間很大、溫泉跟桑拿室很舒服，提供的飲品跟零食很讚，還有望遠鏡可以觀星。唯一的缺點是早上十點就要check out，也不提供寄放行李服務，但有機會會想要多待幾天。

The room is gorgeous with spacious living room. We enjoyed everything, from onsen, kitchen island and the dining area. This is a perfect hotel for relax and enjoying. The only drawback is that there's not much nearby. Also a little unsafe walking from the station, as the hotel is located along the curve road with cars and trucks approaching fast. We ended of calling cab every time since returned in the evening.

Good point: big kitchen with all the things you may need, big balcony to BBQ
Bad point: ONLY 6 towels given for 2 nights, no more given even you ask for. Next to a slightly busy road

This hotel is definitely the best we've stayed at, not only on this trip, but on all our trips. Simply fantastic. It was a spacious apartment with queen-size beds, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Fully equipped and with complimentary toiletries. The best!

A lovely apartment hotel to stay in while in Hakone. The in room onsen and foot bath was amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Hakone for a few days.

Actual property and room were amazing. It was very large for Japan and everything was new. It felt like a nice modern apartment but had a sauna, onsen, and footbath! Onsen was very nice and while not outside, you could open the large window for some cool air. The room really was far beyond my expectations. Now the location was okay - it was next to a busy/noisy street and while near some hills, plenty of power lines before you could see it. It was a short walk to the station, but there was that busy street and no sidewalk for a bit you had to cross. Not much around to do or eat? So very enjoyable inside, but couldn't really leave unless you had a car. So I expect it was mainly for people driving.

Amazing accommodation!! This place exceeded our expectations!! It was very spacious and had so many amenities. The foot bath and onsen style bath were fantastic especially with the cold weather we experienced. They had a tv and projector too. The location was super close to the train station too- bit difficult to walk along the busy windy main road but all in all great place. We definitely plan on returning

Beautiful property with so many extras!! The onsen, footspa, and sauna were incredible with the mountain views. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks and loved having a spa onsite where I had the best massage. Hope I can return for another stay!

HEAVEN ON EARTH

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! I would totally recommend. Check in and check out was easy, just read email instructions. Check emails frequently. The directions are very clear. Super clean and modern. The private onsen was DEVINE! I had the BEST time staying here. I would definitely come back and totally recommending this place to my friends and family.

If you want privacy, know where you're going, bring your own food, and are tech saavy. This place is good. But it's a personless hotel. Nobody greets you or tells you what's around. When we first arrived it was a little scary. Like where is everyone? That said the private onsen was great and the facility was brand new.

Relaxing stay

The room was wonderful!! Very relaxing even though there is a road under the hotel. Remember there is no staff at the hotel and no restaurants near by. So you need to think about breakfast and dinner. We used the local 7/11 and Gora is only one station away. Had an amazing massage in the evening.

Very spacious and full of amenities, loved the hot spring tub. Only issue was they was food smell from somewhere at times. Great beds and kitchen.

Luxury in the mountains

Very nice apartment in Hakone with private onsen and foot bath.
Kitchen was well equipped and we loved eating breakfast with a stunning view of the mountains.
Beds are comfortable- the only downside is that both double beds are placed in same room and then the futons (2 floor mattresses) was in a separate room. A bit odd but fortunately 2 of us slept well on the mattresses.
The onsen was very nice!

For restaurants - use Google Maps. They are located in small towns in the area, and the best way to get around is by train or bus - it is fast and super easy. Just use the Suica card on the phone like in many other cities in Japan.

Walking to the back entrance with luggage was a bit dangerous. Otherwise the property was beautifully designed on the inside. Luxurious private spa experience. The heated rock bed was one of the best features.

The property has literally zero amenities. No lobby, no front desk, no luggage storage, no staff, nothing in the area as far as dining (unless you have a vehicle). It was very challenging for us as it was raining and cold. There were no restaurants walking distance so we ate supper out of the vending machine. We had to check out at 10 am but had nowhere to store our luggage until our airport transport arrived at 2 pm. We had to haul luggage in the rain (with three kids) along the windy road to the closest train station to find somewhere to kill time. For the price i definitely would not recommend staying here.
