Visiting from Canada. The property is very clean when we arrived. The place is small but it is just right for 2 people who mostly stay outside. It had enough space to store 2 carry on and 2 large luggages on the side and the room still did not feel cramped. It had all the necessities and appliances on the listing. We did use the washing machine and was able to use the dryer function of the washroom a few times, which really allowed us to roam Tokyo worry free of running out of necessary clothing.Location is a ~10min walk from Shin Okubo Station (Yamanote Line), one stop away from Shinjuku Station. There are at least 5 convenience stores within a 5 minute walk and many food spots available. Will definitely recommend this property to a friend who will stay in the city a few days as it is very accessible to many places, very clean and very affordable!

The room was tiny, but as expected in this location. Just enough room for two adults. The location was quiet and peaceful off of the main road from the Shin-Okubo Station. Very cozy.

One of the best places ive stayed in all of japan. The posting is a bit strange and doesn't do it justice however, but it is basically a standard, well maintained, apartment. Being in the korea district was surprisingly enjoyable and the distance from the train and other major locations was perfect.

Easy to check in, spacious for the cost, comprehensive English instructions and guides. No trash bags and small trash cans only downside.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you found the check-in process smooth, felt the room was spacious for the value, and that our comprehensive English guides were helpful during your stay.We also greatly appreciate your honest and constructive feedback regarding the trash situation. You are completely right—having small trash cans without extra bags available is definitely an inconvenience, especially given Japan's complex trash sorting rules. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. Thanks to your helpful note, we have already updated our supplies to ensure that a clear, accessible supply of extra trash bags is provided for all future guests. While the size of the bins themselves is a bit limited due to the room's layout, having plenty of backup bags should make managing everything much easier.Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for helping us improve our service. We would be absolutely delighted to host you again the next time you visit Tokyo!
