深夜チェックインだったため入り口でインターフォンで開錠して頂いた後、エレベーター前でフロントデスクがどこにあるのか分からずウロウロしていたら、わざわざエレベーターで降りてきて2階のフロントまで案件頂けた点と、新しいためか部屋の中を含め全体的に綺麗で清潔感があった点。
窓のブラインドが空いていて隣接するビルから丸見えだったため、閉めようと思ったものの、ベッドを乗り越えていかないと操作できなかっためやや不便さを感じました。

部屋と各施設の内装がポップで可愛いのでこのホテルに決めました。想像通りで心が躍りました！たた１つ残念なのがシャワーの出が悪かったんです。仕方なく下の蛇口の方から出しました。凄く洗いづらかったです。フロントのスタッフの方は皆さん親切で明るかったですが、朝食担当の方は、少し冷たく感じました。

京橋や東京駅、特に京葉線の改札まで楽に行け、便利で快適でした。シャワールームも広く感じました。
ランドリー使いたかったですが埋まっていたのが残念。
値段もお手頃でまた利用したいと思います。

初めての利用でした。日本のビジネスホテルと同様のサービスの割には値段が高いと思います。外国人観光客が９０パーセントと聞きましたので円安の影響かもしれませんが。フロントと対応は良。朝食は貧弱かつスタッフの言葉使いと容姿が本当にホテルマンなのと疑いたくなる程劣悪。清潔感無。宿泊者名簿登録の生年月日記入方法が面倒というかバグではないかと思います。以上

El gimnasio está bien equipado, aunque es muy pequeño y está abierto por una parte, entonces te ve todo el mundo que esté en una mesa cerca, porque está junto a la zona de recepción. Si que está como tapado en gran parte, pero hay una parte que no, no es una sala cerrada independiente.
La habitación está limpia pero es pequeña también. Tuve suerte de que tenía dos camas, y en una abrí la maleta, si no no sé cómo lo habría hecho.
El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. La zona es céntrica y está bien conectada con transporte público, y también está bien para ir andando.
El hotel en sí da más sensación de hostel que de hotel (desayuno buffet muy básico y autoservicio, máquina expendedora, cocina comunitaria donde puedes incluso cocinar y comertelo en la zona común...). Pero como punto positivo, hay para rellenar agua tanto como quieras, y hay una zona para tener reuniones por videollamada / trabajar que son como mini cabinas. También te prestan paraguas y otros objetos sin coste extra (ej. plancha de pelo, secador...).

Excellent ramen shop right outside the entry, multiple convenience stores and metro stations. Comfy beds and pillows, they really maximized the available space in the rooms and overall the hotel has a fun design.

The location was perfect: quiet and easy access to public transportation. The Ginza line was a two-minute walk, and Tokyo station was about a ten-minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay again.

Perfect room size for 1-2 people. Very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to various subway lines, restaurants and 7-Elevens. Very safe area to stay. Great solo travel experience for a first time visitor. Great amenities in the lobby, very helpful.

Great location, walk to Mitsukoshi Ginza. The room is small but with many shelves. The room is clean. Bed, linen and pillows are comfortable. I had a good night sleep.

Great location. Literally steps from the train station. Room was tiny (while to be expected in Tokyo, there wasn't enough room to open my suitcase). The hotel is aesthetically very trendy but maybe less practical than other hotels that are a bit older. Quite noisy (traffic, constant banging noises coming from the hallway all night - would recommend packing earplugs).

Clean. Close to everything. Staff were kind. It's kids friendly. They offer a cute kids set with kids sized slippers at check-in. Also appreciated the later checkout time (even though we weren't able to enjoy it). Would 100% stay here again.

Ótima localização, staff sabe falar inglês e atencioso. Quarto bem distribuído pra 12m2 em Tokyo, achei até bem espaçoso. Recepção meio clima de Hostel 30+, achei tudo! Design divertido e de bom gosto, tanto eu quanto meu filho de 10 anos gostamos. O ar condicionado estava bem gelado.

Good:
* Location (near the center and central train station),
* clean rooms,
* friendly hotel staff,
* ergonomics of stuff in the room. All conveniently located in this tiny space.
* Great variety of teas in the breakfast.
* There is common-use kitchen with fresh water available 24/7.

Not so good:
* Ventilation is constantly blowing cold air to your head while sleeping, not matter if the heater is on or off. It is not a broken vent, it is just bad design.
* Breakfast was "continental". It means VERY basic. We did not expect it bad on many good reviews. We literally needed to find a place to eat right after this breakfast. Food and even water were periodically ended, and you needed to wait until it was back. Eggs, for example, were never back. One time, there was only one serving person, and he did not speak English and there was no description of the food.

The room was a great size for a solo trip, clean and quiet. The location was very close to Kyobashi Station. It’s a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station but save your luggage wheels and just take a taxi. I never tried the ramen place across from the hotel but there is a hidden vending machine in the alley behind the hotel. I sat in the common area and the iron once. On my last day I found the light switch for the mirror was on the side of the sink. Hahaha.

Clean and quiet rooms. Bed has a soft comfortable mattress. I recommend asking for extra pillows for the room. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Onsite laundry is helpful and the lounge sitting area on the second floor is super convenient. Normally I don’t get hotel breakfasts however the one here was really good and convenient.

Air conditioning was a little warm and centralized if I’m not mistaken. Laundry was good but dryer/drying was not as effective as I’d hoped.

Staff was fantastic and no serious complaints at all. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected but given the location - this should not be a surprise . Would recommend for a budget conscious traveler and still rate the hotel clean and safe.

The two biggest problems with lyf are that it's an uncomfortable cardboard box painted poorly and designed to be uncomfortable under the guise trendy.

The other biggest problem is that despite the Orbitz promise of you only pay what you see online they charge additional fees at the front desk and don't provide receipts.

Great hotel but with extremely small room

The hotel is very centrally located near lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is fantastic. My only concern is that in the room there was absolute minimum of space and almost no furniture to keep our belongings.

My 5th stay at the Ify, Ginza.

From check in to check out and everything else in between was first class. As always, all the staff were very polite and helpful. All the rooms and the hotel in general is spotless. Most of rooms are compact. But unlike some other hotels (ANA), they are very practical and well laid out. The bed is super comfortable. A great shower too..!


I used the running machine, cross trainer and bike in the fitness area, for a great CV workouts. Likewise, the laundry and chill out areas are very practical.

Finally, the Ify if well situated in Ginza. With excellent metro links (Kyobashi Metro Stn - Entrance 5 is 3 mins from the hotel). It’s 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station (North Entrance - by the bus station). So lots of places to eat, drink and shop.

The Ify Ginza offers great value accommodation in the centre of Tokyo. Highly recommended…!

It was good if you are not going to stay in the room. I did not get much outside light with the little window I got but it was ok. 10m walk to any station. The neighborhood is dead at night. Helpful staff and I like the commom area to hang out or eat.
