今回初めて宿泊させて頂きました。２日間の滞在でしたが、お部屋の雰囲気が可愛くて　とても過ごしやすかったです。ベッドも快適でした。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で良かったです！！

部屋と各施設の内装がポップで可愛いのでこのホテルに決めました。想像通りで心が躍りました！たた１つ残念なのがシャワーの出が悪かったんです。仕方なく下の蛇口の方から出しました。凄く洗いづらかったです。フロントのスタッフの方は皆さん親切で明るかったですが、朝食担当の方は、少し冷たく感じました。

便利で快適

京橋や東京駅、特に京葉線の改札まで楽に行け、便利で快適でした。シャワールームも広く感じました。
ランドリー使いたかったですが埋まっていたのが残念。
値段もお手頃でまた利用したいと思います。

純粋に外国人観光者向けです。

初めての利用でした。日本のビジネスホテルと同様のサービスの割には値段が高いと思います。外国人観光客が９０パーセントと聞きましたので円安の影響かもしれませんが。フロントと対応は良。朝食は貧弱かつスタッフの言葉使いと容姿が本当にホテルマンなのと疑いたくなる程劣悪。清潔感無。宿泊者名簿登録の生年月日記入方法が面倒というかバグではないかと思います。以上

Lfy Ginza was absolutely wonderful! It’s close to ginza six and station plus a the rooms are also spacious. I Would highly recommend to any and everyone.

My 5th stay at the Ify, Ginza.

From check in to check out and everything else in between was first class. As always, all the staff were very polite and helpful. All the rooms and the hotel in general is spotless. Most of rooms are compact. But unlike some other hotels (ANA), they are very practical and well laid out. The bed is super comfortable. A great shower too..!


I used the running machine, cross trainer and bike in the fitness area, for a great CV workouts. Likewise, the laundry and chill out areas are very practical.

Finally, the Ify if well situated in Ginza. With excellent metro links (Kyobashi Metro Stn - Entrance 5 is 3 mins from the hotel). It’s 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station (North Entrance - by the bus station). So lots of places to eat, drink and shop.

The Ify Ginza offers great value accommodation in the centre of Tokyo. Highly recommended…!

It was good if you are not going to stay in the room. I did not get much outside light with the little window I got but it was ok. 10m walk to any station. The neighborhood is dead at night. Helpful staff and I like the commom area to hang out or eat.

The room was small, but the staff are so lovely and helpful. Beds are comfy and rooms quiet and peaceful. Clean everywhere, the common room was great to eat your own food in. Easy walk to a local station on the ginza line. Would stay again.

Super Unterkunft für den Tokyo Aufenthalt. Sehr nah zum Bahnhof, Bus-Bahnhof und zu zwei U-Bahn-Linien. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frühstück kann gebucht werden, ist aber sehr überschaubar und leider ohne Abwechslung - eher für den sehr kleinen, schnellen Hunger; in der Nähe findet man bessere Alternativen. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

4 Nights in Tokyo with a 12 Year Old

We absolutely loved this hotel!
It’s in an excellent location with good transport connections to anywhere around Tokyo yet felt calmer than lots of the other districts we visited.
Loved the convenience of the hotel and extra touches such as the robes, laundry facilities and kitchen area so we could eat in the shared dining space and don’t always have to eat out.
The staff were always really helpful.

What a fantastic stay. The room was well appointed with everything that one would need. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and was a great way to start the day. The staff was ALWAYS pleasant, smiling, and was able to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends who visit Tokyo.

Very surprised by how clean and well maintained the room was. The staff are friendly, ginza shops are walkable distance, the train station and 7/11 convenience store is just around the corner. Yes, the room is small but the cleanliness and convenience 100% makes up for it. I will be back.

Very nice location for Tokyo if you’re there alone and looking to just have a place to sleep. Very helpful staff and easy access to a good subway line. Close to Tokyo station (10-15 minute walk), and a lot of Ginza shopping. Room is literally the size of a double bed (not quite a queen) with a ledge on bed you can sit on. Tiny clean shower and small sink area. They give you a fresh bathrobe every day, which is great

This was a cool, welcoming and convenient hotel located close to Tokyo Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including arranging for luggage transfer to our next destination. We also appreciated the inclusive environment with a pride flag hung in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is convenient and well maintained. The rooms are mid sized with good sized beds. Beds are on the firmer side. If you are mobility restricted you will find these rooms not appropriate. Air conditioning was a bit less than adequate but was definitely cooler than outside. The rooms are secure and only people with rooms on your floor can get to your floor. The rooms are dark and where the location is between buildings there is no view. All this being said, for the area, the price was great and the hotel was convenient, safe and clean.

Property was nice but the rooms were very small. Smaller than others we stayed in in Japan. There is no place for luggage and the rooms do not have enough space to walk around the beds. We were however able to log into Netflix which was not an option at other hotels. It was a friendly, youthful hotel but not terribly comfortable.

Within hotel there is not much to do. The gym is very limited. But you are in Ginza middle of Tokyo. Just going out you will have lots to do. The location is amazing.

I highly recommend staying in this property when visiting. You are close to Ginza and Asakusa line for easy transport around the city. The Asakusa line connects you directly to Narita which is amazing. Finally, if you are intending to take a Shinkansen, Tokyo station is close by as well. Hotel room is small but that is normal for Tokyo. But hey, you’ll be out all day anyways! Last note, its off of a busy street which makes it quiet and AC is amazing! Would 100% stay here if I return to Tokyo again.

Really enjoyed our stay at lyf Ginza. Rooms and amenities were exactly as described and pictured. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The amenities are also very nice for relaxing, work, socializing, etc. The hotel itself is very central to a lot of the dining and shopping Ginza has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location for family!

This location is super convenient from JR Tokyo station or subways with luggages. Take an elevator to sign in and staff was super welcoming. Spoke excellent English! Helped me with luggage transfer (measured, weighed and filled out the form). Nice lobby to relax or work outside of the room while waiting to using the laundry (2 hr wash and dry).

We liked that the staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. We just came from a 16hr travel and it is as quite overwhelming coming to the city during rush hour. The staff were so welcoming to us and the bed/room was so comfy and the bed was a perfect size. Very comfortable stay.
