便利で快適

京橋や東京駅、特に京葉線の改札まで楽に行け、便利で快適でした。シャワールームも広く感じました。
ランドリー使いたかったですが埋まっていたのが残念。
値段もお手頃でまた利用したいと思います。

純粋に外国人観光者向けです。

初めての利用でした。日本のビジネスホテルと同様のサービスの割には値段が高いと思います。外国人観光客が９０パーセントと聞きましたので円安の影響かもしれませんが。フロントと対応は良。朝食は貧弱かつスタッフの言葉使いと容姿が本当にホテルマンなのと疑いたくなる程劣悪。清潔感無。宿泊者名簿登録の生年月日記入方法が面倒というかバグではないかと思います。以上

This was a cool, welcoming and convenient hotel located close to Tokyo Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including arranging for luggage transfer to our next destination. We also appreciated the inclusive environment with a pride flag hung in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is convenient and well maintained. The rooms are mid sized with good sized beds. Beds are on the firmer side. If you are mobility restricted you will find these rooms not appropriate. Air conditioning was a bit less than adequate but was definitely cooler than outside. The rooms are secure and only people with rooms on your floor can get to your floor. The rooms are dark and where the location is between buildings there is no view. All this being said, for the area, the price was great and the hotel was convenient, safe and clean.

Property was nice but the rooms were very small. Smaller than others we stayed in in Japan. There is no place for luggage and the rooms do not have enough space to walk around the beds. We were however able to log into Netflix which was not an option at other hotels. It was a friendly, youthful hotel but not terribly comfortable.

Everything works, info desk is very friendly. Nice sizeable room.

Within hotel there is not much to do. The gym is very limited. But you are in Ginza middle of Tokyo. Just going out you will have lots to do. The location is amazing.

I highly recommend staying in this property when visiting. You are close to Ginza and Asakusa line for easy transport around the city. The Asakusa line connects you directly to Narita which is amazing. Finally, if you are intending to take a Shinkansen, Tokyo station is close by as well. Hotel room is small but that is normal for Tokyo. But hey, you’ll be out all day anyways! Last note, its off of a busy street which makes it quiet and AC is amazing! Would 100% stay here if I return to Tokyo again.

Really enjoyed our stay at lyf Ginza. Rooms and amenities were exactly as described and pictured. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The amenities are also very nice for relaxing, work, socializing, etc. The hotel itself is very central to a lot of the dining and shopping Ginza has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location for family!

This location is super convenient from JR Tokyo station or subways with luggages. Take an elevator to sign in and staff was super welcoming. Spoke excellent English! Helped me with luggage transfer (measured, weighed and filled out the form). Nice lobby to relax or work outside of the room while waiting to using the laundry (2 hr wash and dry).

We liked that the staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. We just came from a 16hr travel and it is as quite overwhelming coming to the city during rush hour. The staff were so welcoming to us and the bed/room was so comfy and the bed was a perfect size. Very comfortable stay.

Very convenient location to get all over Tokyo. Hotel is surrounded by everything you need. My only suggestion is another vending machine with food in it, a bit more weight in the gym and some courtesy signs around the elevators to be considerate of noise levels after 10:00 pm.

Stylish and comfy in the city

Stylish and very comfortable room, much larger than other places I’ve stayed in Tokyo.
The design was great, with a bean bag and desk amongst the facilities. It was a haven for me in the midst of a busy trip. The team were very helpful.

Great stay

Wonderful quirky hotel ideally located just a few minutes from the main train station. Staff very freindly and effective. Just a couple of minor points. All Japanese hotel rooms are small but you should always be able to get out a double bed on both sides. Not the case here. And the breakfast was rather sad, not worth paying for.

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit von mehreren Bahnstationen, 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Das Zimmer war klein, aber neuwertig und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Es gab täglich eine Zimmerreinigung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Great hotel conveniently located and walking distance to many restaurants and a train station. Check-in was easy, the staff were helpful and spoke English which made it easier to communicate.

The room was a bit small but a typical size for a hotel in Japan. We brought 1 large luggage and 2 smaller ones. We could only open 1 luggage at a time but had no issue storing 3 luggages in the room comfortably. The room was very clean, we liked the layout with the sink separate from the rest of the washroom, and the decor was nice and different.

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again!

This hotel was very clean and close to the train station which was very convenient. The staff are friendly as well. It is in a safe walkable area with many shopping and food options. Thank you Lyf Ginza staff for the mini birthday gift as well. It made this birthday trip so amazing. :)

Convenient location, walking distance from Tokyo station and 1 block from subway line direct to Haneda. Staff were very friendly and accommodating (I was able to check in early and check out late). Tons of shopping, bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was firm and squeaky but as a solo traveler staying for one night it was adequate.

ok, I’m not going to sugar coat it , the rooms are small, the washroom is a little tight , barely enough room for two hand-carry luggage. BUT , it’s clean, bed is comfy, has its own ac/ heater that you can control, 10 minutes walk to the mega shopping epicentre of Tokyo, which is Ginza and only a six minute walk to the Tokyo Station (a bonus if you plan to take the bullet train to Kyoto or Osaka). The location is ideal if you want to see other parts of Tokyo via trains as it’s close to other train stations. There’s a seven eleven that’s really close to the hotel and other convenience stores nearby. You cannot bring your kitchen sink when travelling to Japan, especially if you intend to see other parts of the country. You have to be packing light and if possible, just a carry on or even a back pack. You see other tourist (and you will know if it’s their first time) that are lugging huge suitcases around. Also wise to buy a train pass if you plan to see places around Tokyo . The taxis are very expensive. Train passes could be 24 hours , 36 hours etc and are unlimited. Going back to Lyf at Ginza Tokyo , if I will stay there again, maybe I will, depending on how much is their rate at the time . FYI, if your flight landed in Narita, take note of this , the taxi is about $300 Canadian! I would suggest take the bus , buy the ticket inside the airport or take the train. It’s WAY cheaper. Get an e-sim for your phone, either seven eleven or through online . It’s hassle free

IYF Ginza was a short walk from Tokyo station; the room was clean and all of the amenities were well throught-out. The design of the entire hotel was modern, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. They will also hold your bags after you check out.

It was my last night in Tokyo after traveling around Japan - I just needed a simple room to sleep and a place to stow my luggage until time to go to airport the following afternoon. All of this was handled efficiently at a location convenient to both Tokyo Station and to a metro line to Haneda airport. Room was small, no view, but well-organized for comfort and convenience for one person with 3 bags. Appreciated the cafe for evening drinks and morning coffee on the first floor, as well as the common areas/lounge space.

This was my second time staying at Lyf Ginza and I will continue using the hotel during my Tokyo trips. The hotel is located right next to the Ginza line that offers fast and easy access to Shibuya, Ueno, Akihabara, as well as other amazing areas.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are well equipped, and there are many attractions nearby.
