大阪になれてないと言うのもありますが、ホテルのページで見た地図ではさっぱりわからず大阪駅から徒歩５分が理由で取ったのに見つけるのに30分以上かかりました。
連休ということ、万博などとわかりますが高すぎ。

とても清潔感があり気持ちよかったです。チェックイン前に自分で鍵をかけるタイプのキャリー置き場があってフロント通さなくても預けられたのがとても便利で良かったです。

Zentrales, preiswertes Hotel in Laufnähe von Osaka Bahnhof. Wir waren zwei Nächte hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind klein - für japanische Verhältnisse ist das aber normal.

This hotel was in an excellent location to catch Public transport and also close proximity to lots of eating options. The room itself was a bit older and had some stains on the walls.

Room is ridiculously small. If you're traveling with a kid, it's almost impossible to fit. No dining options for vegetarians. Prime location. Attached 7-11 helped

Kind staff, helped me with luggage shipment. Hotel was clean, amenities available in the lobby. Located in a shopping arcade with lots of food and karaoke next door. 7 Eleven connected to hotel. Do note it is a fairly busy area if that is a problem for you but the hotel itself was quiet despite that. Laundry with 4 wash+dry machines available on top floor, has lock mechanism (for 1h after finish) and the hotel TVs provide live updates on machines so you know when they are available or when your load has finished. Machines were always available from my experience. Would recommend if the area interests you.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Osaka. There were plenty of amenities, the room was clean and they had a laundry room which was convenient. They also offer frequent room service such as towel changes, taking our trash, etc. The room is small but that is common in Japan and I think it was great for two people. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There is also a 7 eleven in the building so if you want a late night snack you can just go downstairs to grab something. It’s in a populated area so the night life was amazing and there’s plenty of restaurants around that you can visit. Osaka station was nearby so it was very easy to travel around.

The room cleans everyday default and if not, every 3 days they would request to change need linen. Requested additional pillows and blanket was easy too. It's nearer to Osaka-Umeda metro line than JR Osaka.

The staffs are helpful and polite,
Hotel location is very convenient, even there are lots of restaurants nearby but it is not very noisy at night.

The stay was great. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. This is the best location for a few reasons. It's right on top of Umeda station. This is basically a huge mall and food area with mostly locals living their daily lives. While still a busy area, there really aren't very many tourists in this area which is great. There is a small Sushi spot under the street that was my favorite place to eat sushi in Japan.

Very centrally located. Single rooms are tiny and get quite hot. Bathroom is also tiny. Fine for a short stay but for the money you may be able to get something a little more comfortable.

The hotel itself was good, average room size, big bathroom, very clean. Breakfast was good too. The use of laundry machine was 500 yen, however all the button commands are in Japanese, I had to call for help to start it. Also you enter a 4 digit secret code so only you can retrieve your laundry when finished. Also the area is difficult to navigate because most human traffic is underground, Umeda station is huge, dozens of exits. For 1st time visitor it is confusing.

Location is fantastic. Plenty of dining options and shopping right outside the hotel and the underground mall. Metro is nearby. Also it’s nice to have a convenient store connected to the hotel. Laundry facility is high tech as you can see the status from the TV in your room.

Really good hotel. Close to Osaka central station and a 24 hour Donki. Right at the end of E Street, so a lot of isekaya, pachinko machines, and big echo karaokes. But the most convenient was an exclusive access from the hotel to the 24/7 Seven Eleven.

Excellent Hotel in Exciting Area in Osaka

Hotel was fantastic! Great location, right on the entertainment street of Umeda, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, karaoke, casinos, you won’t get bored! There’s a 7-11 attached to the hotel as well which is super convenient (no pun intended) for a late night snack or breakfast. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice, check in and out was smooth. Rooms were clean and comfy, perfect size for two. Amenities were also great. A few minutes walk to Umeda station so you can get anywhere in the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Osaka!

Location is good, others are so-so

The front desk seemed not pleasant while we are checking in and also reacted cold when we reflected the very poor wifi signal in the room (located end of hall way). She changed the room for ua eventually but i had never seen her smile nor apologised for the situation at all. I dunno what was wrong with her and we didn't offended her at all.

The hotel's location is good but the first room window view is facing next building 's side wall, literally only 10-20cm distance, no view at all, awkward and barely having sunlight coming in. I know it's common in Japan business hitel somehow but should have mentioned in the description while purchasing and pricing should be lower than the other usual "normal" one.
