設備はそれなりに揃えてありますが、トイレの便座に暖房が欲しかった、欲を言えばウォシュレットが欲しかった。
風呂場の排水口が汚れていたようでした。

Mold on the back of the couch, provided wi-fi did not work, however the station was close by and convenient.

My family visited from the US. While we enjoyed our stay we did encounter a few small issues. Nothing that was a deal breaker for us, but a few things that could be improved. We noticed there were some rust colored hand prints/smudges on the walls and a few areas that we felt should have been properly or more thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The Wi-Fi also did not reach any other room except the main living room where the router was located. Which is tough for foreign travelers who do not have an e sim or a data plan. I partly chose this hotel due to “free Wi-Fi” being one of the listed amenities. Also there are no elevators in the building or at least not where our room was located. So each time we wanted to leave the room it was 4 flights of stairs. Again, not a huge issue for us but would be good to inform others in case someone is traveling with a mobility disability. All the neighbors were very friendly and the location of the hotel was amazing. It was located a short easy 1 minute walk from a Seven Eleven and a 2 minute walk to a Family Mart. The train station was also only a 4 minute walk. Not to mention the numerous shops and restaurants and stores nearby including a pharmacy to get simple things like painkillers. And a short 9-10 minute walk away was a large complex with a Don Quijote, a bowling area, a pachinko place, a few more sit down style restaurants, and lovely park. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The biggest perk of this place is its location—just a short walk from both a train station and a bus stop. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

The beds were spacious and very comfortable—easily accommodating eight people, with two people per bed. The air conditioning worked well, but note that it only cools both rooms effectively if the adjoining door is left open. In our case, privacy wasn’t an issue, so we kept the door open and the single unit cooled both rooms and the living area without a problem.

The unit also included a washing machine in the living area, which was a great bonus. We were able to do laundry and hang clothes to dry inside the rooms.

Convenience stores (7-Eleven) were just a three-minute walk in either direction—super handy.

All in all, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This property has great value. We needed a 2 BR and this was one of the better options that we had found. The apartment is not very big but that is expected for Tokyo. Our stay was close to the train, it was about a 5-minute walk. The convenience and location and cost was great. Some of the issues that we had experienced were; 1. The air conditioner in a main bedroom was very loud. We only ran it a few times. Opening the windows definitely helped. 2. The cooking utensils and kitchenware was limited. While we did eat out most of the time, we still enjoy cooking in. There was only one pan that was able to be used on the induction cooktop. 3. The apartment was advertised on the second floor, however it is on the 4th floor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay for the value. If you are going to stay more than 3 or 4 days I might look elsewhere. Our stay was only 3 days long and it worked out well.

It was small but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids for a short stay.There is a smell of moisture in the air inside the apartment. The shower also needs to be cleaned properly.
