家族と宿泊。エントランスに入るとすぐオーシャンビューになっており、海に向いてオープンエアのテラス席がゆったり配置されている。今までの日本の温泉宿とはまったく違った雰囲気で、海外のリゾートホテルを思わせる。出迎えのスタッフからみな若く、さわやかな印象。いわゆるこの道何年の仲居さん、女将さんのような人がいないので、堅苦しい気分にならなくて済む。エントランス横にはPCコーナーがあり、無料ドリンクもあるので、テラス席へ持っていって海を眺めながらコーヒーを楽しめる。チェックイン後好みの浴衣を選ばせてくれる。部屋もオーシャンビューですばらしい。無料の水が用意されている。花季からニュー淡路を通って夢泉景まで館内を歩き（５分）、夢泉景から渡し船で島花へ行ける。３つの施設の温泉を楽しんだがニュー淡路がやはり広々としていて温泉の醍醐味を味わえる。棚田の湯とくにうみの湯は男女日替わりで、棚田はもちろんだが特にくにうみは天井の造りから素晴らしく、ぜひ２日連続でニュー淡路へ行くべき。夕食はレストランの椅子席なので年配の家族も楽だった。宴会場のように騒がしい酔っ払い客がいないのが最高。温泉宿の料理はやたら味付けが濃いがここはあっさりしていて体にも安心だ。他のテーブルで鯛の姿造りをオーダーしてる客がいた。コースの刺身以外にもっと刺身を味わいたい人にはいい。朝食も同じレストランで和洋バイキングなのが年配、若い衆ともに満足。どれも手作りで冷凍は無く、つい食べ過ぎる。なぜかバターは無い。この内容でこの値段は値打ち。

素晴らしい

部屋、設備、サービスの全てにおいて淡路島ではベストでした。特に関連施設の温泉めぐりは他には無いので、格別です。次回も是非と妻は申しております。

The hotel is part of the group and we are allowed to access the onsen in other hotels of the group. It is very fruitful to try all different onsen. All the hotels of the group are connected with pathway. One good point is that this hotels allow to choose yukata pattern.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The stay is value for the money.

Sejour relaxant dans un ryokan très calme. Repas compris dans le prix de la chambre en plusieurs services très japonais. Onsen extérieur avec le bruit des vagues. Allez y pour vous détendre.

難忘的花季假期

非常舒適的日式旅館，很寧靜，在入住時，職員很有禮貌並已在門口等候客人來臨。晚餐每天供應不同的菜式，應是當地的新鮮食材，第一晚是很美味的小海膽，第二晚時河豚，米飯是淡路米。早餐也是很美味。 選擇此旅館的原因之一是可同時享用鄰近兩間旅館的溫泉。比較下，反而花季的溫泉沒其他兩間好，但也是自由出入的，記得搞清楚各旅館的男湯和女湯時段便可。

A Trendy Resort Hotel by the Sea Front

Rooms are well decorated, spacious and tidy and have an excellent sea view. Staff are very friendly and helpful who offered us free extended stay in view of the bad weather and traffic. Dinner menu is good and even the breakfast buffet is impressive. Free coffee and drinks are offered at the lobby. Will definitely recommend to others.

這次選擇的是有露天風呂跟小陽臺的波瑠香房型，晚餐是以日式套餐形式出餐，滿滿的淡路島食材吃超飽的，早餐是自助式的日式早餐，雖然菜色簡單可是都很美味。
房間的露天風呂是可以透過木欄杆看海的木製浴缸，泡起來很舒服。可以使用同集團的另外兩家飯店的大浴場，雖然走飯店通道過去上樓下樓的有點麻煩，但是大浴場真的很寬敞，而且看著海吹著風泡湯真的很舒服。
雖然房價高了些，對沒自駕的我們來說真的很偏僻，但是看到大片的海後就覺得真的很值得一來。

It was wonderful from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The service was impeccable, the room was clean. The view from our room was amazing. The food and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. I don't have a negative thing to say about this hotel.

What a wonderful experience of hot spring

幾好，有機會會再去

其實間hotel幾細不過可以共用旁邊2個同集團既酒店既facilities。但係你唔會行10分鐘去旁邊果幾間沈囉。不過以內部環境黎講，呢間都係3間裏頭最好既。有大量車位，所以渣車去係無問題，否則都有酒店車接送。
本館既溫泉比較細，不過好在人不多。

A very scenic spot. Hotel room is really good.

I have been to several onsens in different parts of Japan. This is a modern one with very nice room decoration. There is ample space and the little bath at the balcony is nice.

價錢昂貴，景觀超美，房間舒適，食物差勁，位置偏遠

酒店位置偏僻若非自駕很難到達，出入淡路島要付4千多日元一程的路費，導航位置稍有點偏差，酒店鄰近又有4間同類酒店，酒店門口又有點隱閉難找。酒店及房間有超美的景觀，在房間能邊泡風呂邊看日出。近5千港元訂了一間帶私人風呂的包餐房，費用真的不便宜，但無論早餐晚和餐都很失望，未試過這麼差的懷石料理，早上十時結束的早餐，我們九時三十分到達，但所有食物架都空空如也，並沒有補給，連日本最基本的早餐-白飯和白粥，打開也是空鍋，服務員只不停說不好意思，把空鍋收走。在訂房時已付了早餐費但沒有食物提供的情況下，唯有向前台投訴，最後酒店把早餐費退回給我們。

Awesome

Super best experience in this hotel. It is quiet and tranquil. The sea view is stunning and the hotel facilities are user-friendly. We like the onsen very much, especially the semi-open one facing the sea. The breakfast buffet and the set dinner is delicious. And the hotel staff is polite and very helpful.

Highly recommended

Spacious room with very spectacular sea view. Members of staff are sincere and very helpful. The dinner was delicious and sumptuous. It is great that we can use the big onsen in the connected hotel. Highly recommended.

Fantastic & relaxing

Very responsive reservation and pick up service from bus terminal. Fantastic dinner with dedicated chef to serve because we arrived late, breakfast was great too. Very nice staff and pleasant environment overall. We were given a greetings card with our photo taken at the hotel as a special gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
