The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. But I don't recommend for light sleepers. We were on the 9th (top) floor and the street noise of people going home after concerts and drinking woke us both up over and over throughout the night. The inside sounds were also loud; doors closing in the next room, footsteps in the hall. Definitely bring earplugs.
Also, although small rooms are common in Japan, our room was very small *for the price*. It was like staying in an APA Hotel-sized room, but for twice the price.

チェックイン日付を間違えてしまったが、とても丁寧な対応をしていただき、無事宿泊することができました。
館内はとても落ち着きがあり周辺はショッピングすることもでき、部屋は清潔でした。
2階にはジムスペースもあり、軽く運動する分にはとても良い環境と思いました。
とても良い体験ができました。

ホテル玄関前の道は非常に狭く車を停めて荷物を降ろすのは困難でした。
スタッフの対応はとても親切丁寧です。
ホテルは清潔感はありますが内装はとてもユニークです。
子供は楽しいかもしれませんがカップルで宿泊の際はムードはイマイチかもしれません。
クローゼットは無く部屋にハンガーで吊るす感じでした。衣装が多い方は工夫が必要です。
渋谷観光するには賑やか過ぎず良い場所です。コンビニやカフェも近いので便利です。

若い世代の観光目的に・・・

部屋は最低限のしつらえで、少し古いのかなという印象でした。ただ、寒い日が続いていたのでユニットながらバスタブがあったのは助かりました。チェックイン時に携帯で個人情報を色々と入力しなくてはならないのは少し面倒でしたが、若い世代の観光目的なら問題ないのかもしれません。以前なら、2万円以下で泊まれるぐらいのレベルだと思いますが、インバウンドで、2.5~3万円ぐらいの価格帯になっているように感じました。

If this hotel is in your price range, book it. The location is in an awesome spot in Shibuya. I only stayed one night as a solo female traveler and I felt right at home. Lira checked me in and was super helpful with all parts. The small touches were great such as the candy in the lobby and the robes. I even bought one to take home with me. Didn't get a chance to check out the other amenities such as the gym but I loved that it was available 24/7.

Great place in the middle of all the shopping center’s. Rooms are a bit small but if we’re being honest you’re only there to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal. 10/10 service, staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was clean and the location is prime for Shibuya. I never made it to the restaurant. I booked with the impression there was a bar but I never found it, but there is plenty of night life close by. I thought it was a nice place to stay and the staff was amazing.

Standard room for 2 is a little small but expected in Tokyo. Overall, great staff and clean. Perfect location, just at the outskirts of all the noise and bustle of Shibuya but close enough for quick access to everything.

It’s a GREAT hotel! The location is great, the facilities are great and the staff is GREAT! They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We participated in a guided walk offered by the hotel to a nearby park where we got to enjoy the Cherry Blossoms. It was a great experience.

We enjoyed the location, the second floor amenities, and the clean room. It was a decent stay for a couple. However, the AC in our room never turned on. Thankfully the weather was pretty cool during our stay. Also, the rooms were pretty small for travelers. If you’re not a heavy packer, it won’t be too much of an issue.

Zur metro sind es ca. 8
Gehminuten vorbei an Geschäften und Supermärkten.
Einkaufszentrum Parco genau gegenüber.
Shibuya Crossine und Hachiko Statue auch ca. 8 Minuten entfernt.
Zimmer groß für japanische Verhältnisse.
Betten/Bettwäsche sehr bequem.
Frühstück wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen, somit kann diesbezüglich keine Bewertung abgegeben werden.
Gemeinschaftbereich und Waschmaschinen super.
Das Zimmer war Ende März etwas kühl.
Sonst alles in allem super.

Great location for visiting Tokyo. Short walk to Shibuya station and plenty of food and shopping options around it. Good late night drink and food as well.

SUPER CLEAN SUPER CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION.

The location is very convenient, not far from other hotels I've booked. This has far brighter, cleaner rooms. The teal-colored yukata for sleeping are adorable. They provided some snacks and herbal tea, as well. Like most small hotels in Shibuya, even my double room iwas cramped. It is perfect for one person, but a double would not suit two people very well. Two things that impressed me was that they had an actual workstation desk. The other is that in addition to Chromecast, they also had an HDMI port readily available that I could use for Zooom. The front desk folks were helpful and friendly, as well.

Great place for a small family. We traveled with our two teenage boys and got the double room. It’s like a small apartment with two separate bedrooms. Double size beds in each room with their own private bathroom. Location was also perfect because everything is within walking distance. Perfect location for anyone wanting to check out Shibuya.

Only negative was we wanted a late checkout due to evening flight and the 3 hour late check out fee was 50% of room rate which I thought was rather steep!

Rooms were clean and modern. All staff were friendly and approachable. Location was perfect! Close to the train station and many shops, restaurants and activities nearby. I would stay again and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

Very accessible to the shops in Shibuya (Parco Mall, Don Quixote) restaurants, shibuya crossing and metro, i highly recommend this hotel.

Although the room is bit small, they have a kitchen and laundry room and a social room on the 2nd floor. The staff is very warm and i love that they gave Japanese treats on our 1st day.

The restaurant on 2nd floor was really good place to have breakfast and dinner as well. The location of hotel is really good for tourist. However, our cover sheet of bed was dirty and had some smudges. And the bathroom had kept smelling like urine.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating to queries.
And amenities are good if you’re staying in Tokyo for a while.
There’s a kitchenette and laundry area on level 2 which is spacious.
The hotel is situated close to everything you need.
Room was on the smaller side but I expected that already.
Would recommend overall happy with stay.

Incredible experience at LYF Shibuya. Child friendly, amazing staff, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, excellent location and the restaurant upstairs in amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The location of Lyf is impossible to beat. Parco is directly across the street, the scramble is 2 minutes away. If you have a shorter stay I recommend this hotel even more, wake up and you’re immersed in all Tokyo has to offer. The rooms are tiny, exactly what you would expect in Tokyo. They are very clean a you can find all the amenities you’ll need. Most of the front desk staff are very courteous and friendly, there were a few people that seemed to lack the hospitality I’ve come love about Japan. The app for pre check-in was also bad as its rating indicates, multiple attempts without success, but that just means a few extra minutes at check-in. Overall, you will not be disappointed!

Super cool upbeat hotel. Wall art and overall layout visually entertaining. Only a few meters to shopping center and absolutely everything else Shibuya has to offer. We walked everywhere during our stay. Staff very helpful, loved game night!

Amazing location, small room but clean, maybe some cat pee smell in carpets?
I would definitely recommend removal of any carpet inside the room and replace with vinyl floors, delicious breakfast, service, free water, quiet room I would definitely go back !

I had an amazing stay at Lyf in Shibuya. The staff were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free.

The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Front desk staff and all staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly and available. Rooms were a little tight but comfortable. The shower was great as were the heated toilet seat. Bed was firm and the TV seemed larger than normal. Location was outstanding in the middle of Shibuya and five minute walk to the Scramble.

La ubicacion del hotel es lo mejor, todo esta super accesible alrededor del hotel, la atención desde el momento que llegamos fue de lo mejor, tiene lavandería, secadora, y ofrece dryclean, nosotros nos usamos ninguno de esos servicios, pero otros huéspedes si lo usaban comúnmente, la estación de shibuya está a 10 minutos caminando, el único inconveniente fue la habitación, demasiada pequena, el baño lo vimos normal, con buena presión de agua caliente, en general nos gustó mucho el hotel.
