チェックイン日付を間違えてしまったが、とても丁寧な対応をしていただき、無事宿泊することができました。
館内はとても落ち着きがあり周辺はショッピングすることもでき、部屋は清潔でした。
2階にはジムスペースもあり、軽く運動する分にはとても良い環境と思いました。
とても良い体験ができました。

ホテル玄関前の道は非常に狭く車を停めて荷物を降ろすのは困難でした。
スタッフの対応はとても親切丁寧です。
ホテルは清潔感はありますが内装はとてもユニークです。
子供は楽しいかもしれませんがカップルで宿泊の際はムードはイマイチかもしれません。
クローゼットは無く部屋にハンガーで吊るす感じでした。衣装が多い方は工夫が必要です。
渋谷観光するには賑やか過ぎず良い場所です。コンビニやカフェも近いので便利です。

若い世代の観光目的に・・・

部屋は最低限のしつらえで、少し古いのかなという印象でした。ただ、寒い日が続いていたのでユニットながらバスタブがあったのは助かりました。チェックイン時に携帯で個人情報を色々と入力しなくてはならないのは少し面倒でしたが、若い世代の観光目的なら問題ないのかもしれません。以前なら、2万円以下で泊まれるぐらいのレベルだと思いますが、インバウンドで、2.5~3万円ぐらいの価格帯になっているように感じました。

I had an amazing stay at Lyf in Shibuya. The staff were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free.

The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Front desk staff and all staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly and available. Rooms were a little tight but comfortable. The shower was great as were the heated toilet seat. Bed was firm and the TV seemed larger than normal. Location was outstanding in the middle of Shibuya and five minute walk to the Scramble.

La ubicacion del hotel es lo mejor, todo esta super accesible alrededor del hotel, la atención desde el momento que llegamos fue de lo mejor, tiene lavandería, secadora, y ofrece dryclean, nosotros nos usamos ninguno de esos servicios, pero otros huéspedes si lo usaban comúnmente, la estación de shibuya está a 10 minutos caminando, el único inconveniente fue la habitación, demasiada pequena, el baño lo vimos normal, con buena presión de agua caliente, en general nos gustó mucho el hotel.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly quiet considering it was in the heart of Shibuya surrounded by nightclubs. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Big room with 2 very big double beds, very adequate for 4 people.
We did not have breakfast so cant comment on that.
Although just next to Shibuya Crossing, it was very quiet. You cant hear outside noise or room noises.

The staff are very friendly and overall it’s a great location because it’s close to the main parts of Shibuya as well as the station. Just the rooms are very small and they didn’t provide any water bottles and just one pillow per bed. Also, you’re not able to control the temperature in the room which makes her pretty uncomfortable sleep if it’s too hot outside.

Lyf Shibuya is a great new boutique hotel in the heart of Shibuya district, not too far from everything and anything you might need. Shops, dining, subway access, cool clubs, sky decks, etc. A very comfortable setting for your stay when you need a break from the noise or street hussle. A nice commons room with kitchen amenities to hVe solo or family meals. Rooms are comfy, clean, and well apointed for this room type. The neighborhood is very safe as well, with excellent shopping and dining options at your doorstep. Some lthing to please everyone. Fun for both solo or young adventure family travelers alike!

A stay we’ll never forget—for all the right reasons!

My husband and I visited Japan for the first time, and Tokyo was our starting point. We chose to stay at Lyf, and I’m so glad we did. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was seamless, the staff were friendly, spoke English, and the service was simply superb.

Now for the story that sealed the deal: My husband had one job, don’t forget the $500 he put away in the safe. Of course, he forgot. He had one job. He only realized this after arriving in Kyoto. I emailed Lyf, and not only did they confirm they found the money, they arranged for it to be sent by courier the very next day, to the hotel we were staying at in Kyoto. Honest, professional, and just outstanding service all around.

You truly can’t go wrong staying here.

C’est la plus petite chambre d’hôtel où j’ai dormi. Super propre, bien située et avec plusieurs commodités. Par contre, je ne peux pas donner 5 étoiles, car la chambre était vraiment trop petite aucune place pour mettre nos valises.

This is a really lovely hotel. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s very close to everything. If you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time, it’s perfect.
The breakfast is reasonably priced and good.

I stayed on the 6th floor and couldn’t hear the city at all from my room. However, you can’t open the window to air out the room, which was a bit annoying. Also, be aware that the staff don’t speak much English and may have trouble giving directions around the city. But all in all, it’s a really great hotel.

The hotel was amazing. The location is perfect and close by Shibuya crossing. The staff was wonderful, the room was nice and big and we really enjoyed our stay here. I do want to mention, we forgot our Amazon Firefox in the hotel room and I reached out to the hotel and they were able to ship it to my next destination. I appreciate that so much from the staff that they were able to assist in getting my item back. Thank you LYF Shibuya!!

The perfect stay ♥️

The hotel was very convenient for us. It was our first time traveling out of the country and the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. I felt very comfortable here and they helped and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was very good and the location was great for shopping and eating but also off to the side away so it’s not loud when trying to sleep at night.

A nice hotel, evidently targeted toward a younger audience. I booked here to escape the dirty, dubious hotel I had been staying in and happy to say this place was well organized and clean. Quite a hike up the hill but prime location in Shibuya, English fluent staff. If you are in your 20s, would be a great place to stay.

During our 15-day trip in Japan and Korea, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The facilities, services, cleanliness, and especially the staff were excellent, everyone was very polite. We would like to especially thank Maya at the reception on behalf of our family. For those coming to Tokyo, keep in mind that it’s almost impossible to find large hotel rooms here, so come with that expectation. The location was perfect as well. If I come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

This hotel is very artistic and modern which creates a really cool vibe for guests. It’s located right across a big shopping mall where the pokemon and other gaming centers are. The only minus point for me is that it’s not very local as most of their staff are not Japanese so you don’t get the outstanding service and friendliness you usually receive from locals. There was a malfunction in our toilet bidet as well which was very frustrating as most public toilets in Japan worked much better than the one we had in our room.

Staff did an excellent job, making sure that we were well taken care of. Their hospitality was outstanding.
The location was perfect as we were about an eight minute walk away from Shibuya Crossing, but we’re tucked away, so it wasn’t very noisy at night.

Great location in Shibuya, right across from a large shopping center that has both a Nintendo and Pokémon store. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I found the double room to be very spacious and his like work well for people with young kids as there is a small fridge as well as kitchenette and a washer/dryer in he common areas.
