立地よく館内は清潔　海外の宿泊者多い

チェックイン日付を間違えてしまったが、とても丁寧な対応をしていただき、無事宿泊することができました。
館内はとても落ち着きがあり周辺はショッピングすることもでき、部屋は清潔でした。
2階にはジムスペースもあり、軽く運動する分にはとても良い環境と思いました。
とても良い体験ができました。

ホテル玄関前の道は非常に狭く車を停めて荷物を降ろすのは困難でした。
スタッフの対応はとても親切丁寧です。
ホテルは清潔感はありますが内装はとてもユニークです。
子供は楽しいかもしれませんがカップルで宿泊の際はムードはイマイチかもしれません。
クローゼットは無く部屋にハンガーで吊るす感じでした。衣装が多い方は工夫が必要です。
渋谷観光するには賑やか過ぎず良い場所です。コンビニやカフェも近いので便利です。

若い世代の観光目的に・・・

部屋は最低限のしつらえで、少し古いのかなという印象でした。ただ、寒い日が続いていたのでユニットながらバスタブがあったのは助かりました。チェックイン時に携帯で個人情報を色々と入力しなくてはならないのは少し面倒でしたが、若い世代の観光目的なら問題ないのかもしれません。以前なら、2万円以下で泊まれるぐらいのレベルだと思いますが、インバウンドで、2.5~3万円ぐらいの価格帯になっているように感じました。

The perfect stay ♥️

The hotel was very convenient for us. It was our first time traveling out of the country and the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. I felt very comfortable here and they helped and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was very good and the location was great for shopping and eating but also off to the side away so it’s not loud when trying to sleep at night.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :). Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein, aber für japanische Verhältnisse echt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist eine 10/10 :). Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel

A nice hotel, evidently targeted toward a younger audience. I booked here to escape the dirty, dubious hotel I had been staying in and happy to say this place was well organized and clean. Quite a hike up the hill but prime location in Shibuya, English fluent staff. If you are in your 20s, would be a great place to stay.

During our 15-day trip in Japan and Korea, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The facilities, services, cleanliness, and especially the staff were excellent, everyone was very polite. We would like to especially thank Maya at the reception on behalf of our family. For those coming to Tokyo, keep in mind that it’s almost impossible to find large hotel rooms here, so come with that expectation. The location was perfect as well. If I come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Super clean and convenient to all the Shibuya attractions. 5 min walk from Shibuya station making all of Tokyo accessible and a very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. While the rooms are not large, they are adequate for the organized traveler.

This hotel is very artistic and modern which creates a really cool vibe for guests. It’s located right across a big shopping mall where the pokemon and other gaming centers are. The only minus point for me is that it’s not very local as most of their staff are not Japanese so you don’t get the outstanding service and friendliness you usually receive from locals. There was a malfunction in our toilet bidet as well which was very frustrating as most public toilets in Japan worked much better than the one we had in our room.

Loved the amenities, laundry was great and water available all the time. Rooms were nice and tidy and had everything we needed. Also felt very sustainable. Restaurant attached was really good. Staff were so nice and greeted us every time.

We really enjoyed our stay at LYF as the hotel was in a great location to shopping and dining.

We also love the 2nd floor Bond room as it was a perfect place for our family and friends to hang out together.

Perfect hotel for exploring shibuya

The best front desk personnel I have ever met. Extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely impressive language skills. The location is great for exploring Shibuya. You really couldn't stay anywhere more convenient, fun, and safe than this hotel.

Staff did an excellent job, making sure that we were well taken care of. Their hospitality was outstanding.
The location was perfect as we were about an eight minute walk away from Shibuya Crossing, but we’re tucked away, so it wasn’t very noisy at night.

Great location in Shibuya, right across from a large shopping center that has both a Nintendo and Pokémon store. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I found the double room to be very spacious and his like work well for people with young kids as there is a small fridge as well as kitchenette and a washer/dryer in he common areas.

Great place. Centrally located. Many Halal restaurants around the area. 5 minutes walk to Shibuya crossing. Highly recommended for family and couples. Laundry option worked really well. Staff were polite and attentive. Answered all our questions.
Also try the Italian restaurant in the hotel. They went beyond to show us vegan/halal options on their menu. Japanese bathrooms are great. Room was small (as all overall Japan) but big enough for two of us with comfortable bed. We had enough space for our two large and two small luggage.

Room doors could have been better isolated.

This fun, artsy hotel is steps away from shops and restaurants in Shibuya and was a great hub for our family's Japan vacation. You're walking distance from the famous scramble crossing as well as Shibuya station.

The hotel room was fun, beds were comfortable, and I loved all the little areas to store and organize your belongings.

The laundry facilities were great and FAST! I was shocked that my clothes were washed and dried in only about an hour's time. Nice when you don't want to spend a lot of time strapped to laundry on your vacation.

Lots of amenities, staff was excellent, and they held our luggage on the last day after checkout which was nice.

I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Shibuya.

Really nice rooms, which are well organised. enough space for 2 people & 4 suitcases. Comfy bed, room was super clean & the social area is great. The staff is amazing, helpful & friendly. The location of the hotel is super close to Shibuya crossing although very silent. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I loved my stay at lyf Shibuya. the location was really good, being right next to Parco which is where I planned to do a lot of shopping. It's a few blocks from Shibuya station as well, so very easy to get to other parts of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they all spoke English in case you don’t speak Japanese. My room was easy to access and had lots of outlets, along with the usuals like a washlet and a shower with shampoo, etc. the showerhead had an interesting mist feature that was unique, but otherwise it fulfilled my expectations and I felt very comfortable overall with my stay. The only negative, which is not big enough to knock a whole star off, was that the AC didn’t go as low as I would have liked considering that it was quite hot in Tokyo the time I stayed, but I think I was so tired from my trip that it didn’t end up mattering.

My room was small but I saw some families checking in so I think whether you’re traveling solo or with a group, you’d have some options.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again, just maybe in cooler weather.

Overall very excellent staying at lyf shibuya. Friday and Saturday night though was woken up a few times by extremely loud people heard on the street and we were on the 5th floor. Very nice staff, everyone spoke English which was a plus.
