Good for short stay

I think this accommodation is good for tourist who stay short period. Close to train station, convince stores, cafe and local restaurants. I wish you would provide kitchen towel and enough laundry soup. I finished it up using only two times. The doorknobs in shower booth is a quit short, we had hard time to open the shower room each time. Overall, we stayed comfortably.

とても綺麗でセンスの良いお部屋でした！
フロントが無く、タブレットでのチェックインという形なので少し心配していましたが、とてもスムーズで何の問題もありませんでした。
新宿も歩いていける距離ですが、とても落ち着いたエリアで東京旅行を満喫する事が出来ました。

フロア毎に違うタイプのお部屋になっているそうなので、また今度来る際は違うフロアも泊まってみたいと思います^^

Family room with great value for money, well located with nearby metro stations, several restaurant options, and a very quiet area at night. The washer and dryer were a great help, and having it in the room is very convenient for families on long trips.

Quiet area with some nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Everywhere we tried was excellent and very affordable. There are steep stairs leading up to the front door so keep that in mind if you have heavy baggage. There is a small elevator, enough space for 2/3 people or some b ch steep stairs. Our room was very generously sized with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and some other cookware. The living room was larger than expected with a table for dining and separate area with two beds and sliding doors for sleeping. There is also a bathroom with a small shower, toilet, and combo washer/dryer that we used several times. The room was perfect for our needs with lots of room to spread out for our family of four and about a seven minute walk from Shinjuku-goyemmae station which we used to get everywhere. Also about seven minutes from a Yamato Transport station we used to ship our baggage to the next destination!

First of all, the place was spotless and massive in Japan standard! It was definitely a great place for a family to stay as has 2 room that have closed sliding door and a large eating in living room. Comes with laundry so you don’t have to overpack and come with full kitchen utility for those late night snacking.

The only downside is staircase. There there is a long flight of stairs going into the building which is a little steeper than usual.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay on level one. The accommodation was very pleasant, and we loved the comfortable beds and modern bathroom. The location was fantastic, offering a quiet neighborhood feel with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, yet perfectly close to major hubs like Shinjuku and Shibuya. With trains and the subway just a short walk away, getting around was incredibly easy. We would happily stay again!!

The property has a bigger place and we like there are two separate bedrooms, a small relaxing area and kitchen. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work at all and we had to air dry the clothes every day. Since there were not enough hangers we had to lay the clothes on the chairs and tables, which was really difficult for us. We tried to communicate with the management but it took days to get back to us and we were about to leave so we just gave up.

We, a family 5 with 7 & 10 yrs old girls, stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean; all mentioned amenities were available. The walkable distance to Station made our trip possible.
Our flight was at 6PM, we tried to communicate with hotel owner and cleaner to extend us from 10AM to 12AM. After their discussion, we were given the extra 2 hours to stay with no cost. This meant a lot to us. We really appreciated their consideration and generosity!

I will recommend this stay in Tokyo!

Perfect home for family of 5 (4 adults, 1 teenager) for 8 days in central Tokyo. Loved 3 separate bedrooms with solid doors, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom (with high & large shower), all in 1 apartment, still in the Japanese style + washer/dryer & a balcony with clothesline option (we only took 1 x 7kg carry-on each for this Summer holiday) + firm yet comfortable beds in 2 Bedrooms + 3 convenience stores 2 mins walk for easy, nutritious, filling meals + free, already set up Netflix.
Not so keen on occasional upstairs neighbours' noise (because apartment was usually so quiet) & Bed 3's futons on timber floor (not Tatami mats) were a little hard.
MW Hotel's communication was wonderful! Proactive, responsive, friendly, helpful & perfect English. Our request (via Wotif App Messages section) on Saturday morning for Bed 3's missing blackout curtains resulted in them being in place by Sunday early afternoon! Check in and check out were seamless.

Modern Loft, but fell short

Okay we liked it once we got to it. No elevator access to fourth and fifth floor. That and figuring out the washer dryer with no help Sheet was our major complaints. Wasn’t the most convenient location to eat, shop or navigate transportation. After staying at three other hotels in Tokyo as we kept passing through Japan we’d wish it was in different location. Bathroom was very nice.

The room was nice and very comfortable, however there is nowhere to put the trash once it’s full, the check in process was terrible, we were waiting almost an hour for someone to help us and it was all virtual, there is no one in person at the property. Probably would not stay here again.

Minimalist. Nothing extra but just as in the photos. Family of five made use of the fourth floor with one teen sleeping in the extra sitting room. Very quiet area with enough local businesses to keep us well stocked.

Pros: large space, nice soap and shampoo provided, quiet neighbourhood and a 5 min walk to subway station.

Cons: bedroom had major dust under beds and was not as clean as we would have liked. Really didn’t like having no front desk as no way to check luggage or to ask anyone for recommendations. It would have been nice to have someone show us features of the room. We found it quite drafty and cold at night and only discovered the bathroom had a portable heater towards the end of our stay.

The property itself is in a very central neighborhood. It is maybe a 15 minute. Walk away from the main train station. The only issue I have with the property is we were on the fourth floor and the elevator only goes up to the third floor. The steps are very small and narrow and I am a big guy. It is
Hard to see the edge of the steps when stepping down and I ended up stepping on one of the more narrow steps falling and breaking my foot. You need to be extra careful when going down the stairs.

Property was great. Only downside to this property. It’s not a regular hotel as it has no onsite staff It’s a remote check in process that you have to upload your information, pictures of your passports, etc before you arrive. Then go through the check in process via a tablet sitting in the entryway of the hotel. In addition, check out is 10am and they have no capability or willingness to store your bags for the day if you have a late flight out and want to visit more of the city before you leave

We stayed in the one bedroom unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location is great in a quiet part of Shinjuku. It is within walking distance to the busy districts and Shinjuku station (15-20 mins walk). The closest station is Shinjuku-gyoemmae (7 min walk). There is a 7-Eleven around the corner and other multiple other convenience stores within a couple minutes walk as well.

The unit itself is very well kept and has a modern minimalist style to it. We were five people. Space wasn't really an issue. Note that even though it is the first floor unit, the floor itself is a few steps elevated from street level. So you will still need to carry your bags or stroller up a flight of stairs.

Having a little kitchenette and a washing machine with a dryer function was great. Heating comes from two units on either end and they provide coverage for most of the space. However, not the washroom so it can get quite cold, especially late at night and in early mornings.

We found check-in and check out very streamlined especially if you do the pre-registration online and have everything ready to go. When checking in simply enter your reservation code and then follow the instructions and video call using the provided iPad unit. Entry to the unit is done by door code so no need to carry a key or a card.

The only thing that would have been nice to have would have been more spots to hang things such as towels or jackets.

Would stay again!

Super nice and spacious for our group of 4 adults. Really great neighborhood with lots of amazing dining, close to big shopping locations but just far enough away from the main hustle and bustle.

Our one complaint is that the shower door leaks. They have instructions to shower facing away from the door but it seems like a quick fix to replace the seal on the door.

the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again!
but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.
