朝食絶品でした。
温泉もロックなどしっかりしていて、あのような空間があるとリラックスできて疲れが飛びました。いい香りに包まれてとてもいい時間を過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

青森駅と隣接しているのでチェックインがとても楽でした。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧でした。朝食もとてもおいしかった。室内からの景色も素晴らしくて、青森に旅行する時はまた利用したいと思います。

夕食を事前に予約しなかったため、ホテルで摂れなかったのが残念でした。ホテル内でのアーユルヴェーダに癒されました。

便利

駅近というより駅ビルなので、本当に便利でした。新しいので綺麗で快適。
唯一残念だったのが、マッサージが高額な所でしたが、駅ビルなのでチェーンのマッサージ店が入っていて、受ける事ができました。
お風呂は都度都度カウンターに寄るシステムなのがちょっとだけ面倒でした。
また青森に行く事があったら、ここに泊まります。

駅ビル直結でアクセスは最高。部屋も豪華で眺めも良い。健康に関する様々なサービスがあることが売りのようで、のんびりとしつつ贅沢な休日をすごすには良いと思われる

気になった点が3つ
1:接客スタッフの練度の低さ
最低限のサービスはしてくれたし、失礼もなく、普通のビジホであれば優良スタッフかもしれないが、ホテルの水準には到達していない感がある。歴史の浅いホテルのため、今後の改善余地は大いにあると思われるが。
2:表記のわかりにくさ
フロントで数々のオプションサービスを長々と説明してもらえるが、正直よくわからない。特に6階のサービス群について、配布されるパンフレットや室内の案内を見ても詳細がわかるわけではなく、結局直接6階の受付に聞くしかない。諸々の案内は客が何を知りたいと思うかを考えて内容を用意すべきだし、単純に日本語としても拙く感じられたため見直すべき。
3:タオル繊維の体への付着
部屋や浴場、ジム等に配置されているふわふわで真っ白なタオルについて、肌触りも良く使用感は最初問題なく感じられた。しかし、浴場で濡らして使う分には上等だったが、濡れた体を乾いたバスタオルでふくと、体中に繊維が付着した。フェイスタオルで洗顔後の顔を拭いた際も同様。
この原因がもし新品をそのまま出したためであれば、一度業務フローを見直した方が良い。
そういうタオルなのだ、というのであればどうしようもないので、次回以降は一度濡らしてから使用することにする。

Connected directly to Aomori station. Super convenient location. Room is very spacious. Definitely one of the best hotel rooms I've booked in Japan and was relatively cheap compared to other much smaller hotels.

Well appointed and connected. Literally just outside the station and next to restaurants and shopping. Place smells wonderful and room is bright. We appreciated having space to do our own thing as bathroom, toilet and luggage area were separated. A minor issue at check in - while they stored our luggage for us, they did not process check in at 1pm. We understand that rooms are available from 3pm so why did they need to ask for all our passports to verify a reservation? We had to extract our passports from secure locations under winter clothing and luggage, and go thru the hassle of re-securing and packing our stuff in the lobby. Twice. Small things matter so maybe the hotel can reconsider.

The best hotel experience

It is definitely not over-rated! The hotel is in the same building of Aomori station that you don't need to walk your luggages in the snow. Hot springs are well equipped and open till 24:00. You cannot miss the breakfast. All hotel staff are super friendly.

I stayed for four nights at this hotel and had a great time. The staff were very helpful, and I loved their health and wellness concept. I made use of several services, including a massage, yoga, and wellness counseling, and I felt fantastic after my stay. I even tried a fatigue recovery injection, which really helped me recover from the travel fatigue. The food was excellent, too. If you have a chance, definitely try their delicious Eggs Benedict. The onsen and their lounge were very good, too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in Aomori.

깨끗하고 향기 관리까지 잘 되어 있는 신축 호텔

아오모리 역사 건물 안에 위치한 깔끔하고 모던한 인테리어의 호텔입니다. 체크인도 꼭 필요한 설명을 놓치지 않으면서도 빠르며, 객실 시설도 좋습니다. 새건물이라 겨울에는 많이 건조해서, 객실내 가습공기청정기를 사용해도 무척 건조하니 젖은 수건을 가습 용도로 객실 안에 두시는 것을 추천합니다. 아오모리 시내에서는 단연 최고의 호텔이라 생각합니다.

I was on a 15 day trip traveling from Tokyo to Sapporo when Aomori was on our northern Japan road trip. Brand new hotel and spa right in the heart of Aomori! Great staff (Alicia is the best front desk receptionist and concierge) and nice and very clean facility. Walkable to almost everything and it is attached to the Aomori train station (which makes it easy to transfer). A must try breakfast and spa facility with some of the nicest and sweetest staff in Japan. Would definitely stay again if I am ever visit Aomori!

Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the harbor. A wellness center and not really a tourist hotel. No concierge service and restaurant hard to access. But staff was lovely and the public onsen first rate! It is literally in the train station which was great. You’d never know it, very quiet rooms. Beds and pillows a little austere. Close to harbor and several museums. I would recommend staying and I would stay again!

This was one of the most amazing places we stayed. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We reserved a private onsen and it was the most relaxing and beautiful experience. We were celebrating our engagement and they treated extra special! ♥️♥️

This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in Japan. It’s perfect, great location, excellent food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff. I’d like to come back during the winter to ski. The onsen baths are such a bonus. I also did the evening yoga with sound healing. I leave rested and recharged. ❤️

Very nice hotel, only opened in July 2024 so everything is spotless and brand new.
Beautiful decor, modern and earthy toned and our room was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. Some very nice and thoughtful touches for our 4 night stay.
The hotel reception, bar and restaurant were all very beautiful, with modern relaxing decor and an excellent ceramic collection.
ReLabo is also very conveniently right next to the Aomori train station and bus station. When we arrived we literally walked off the train station elevator and there it was! It is very close to everything in the town centre including the amazing Neputa museum and there is a very good English speaking information centre just outside. This had all the info we needed for catching buses to the Modern art museum and the Joman village.
We had a set menu in the restaurant which was very good, the steak was outstanding. You must pre-book for this, usually two days in advance.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent.
The staff were all lovely, very helpful, smiling, welcoming and friendly.
We didn’t make use of any of the spa or wellness facilities.
We really loved this hotel and recommend a trip to Aomori, it’s off the beaten track but very rewarding.

Check in was smooth and the staff was kind, they have an English version of the hotel information sheet as well.

The clinic is also staffed with kind counselors, and they were open to listening to my situation and willing to use translators to make sure we both had a good understanding.

The spa session was marvelous, and I could tell the masseur was well practiced. The atmosphere was soothing and I enjoyed the scent of the oils that were used.

The yoga session afterwards also helped loosen my muscles, and the instructor included some English instructors alongside the Japanese ones.

The public hot springs are free, and they also have private ones for a fee. I tried both and loved them. The water temperature was great for soothing away the stress of a busy life and the private one even included some snacks and drink.

The restaurant has a nice view, and I could tell the chefs took care when making each individual meal during dinner. The breakfast buffet had a good spread as well

The room was clean and very comfortable, with several amenities included. The room I booked was one with a long desk facing the window, which offered an amazing sunset view.

Altogether, this is a very clean and lavish hotel with fantastic services and a kind and understanding staff. With a convenient location close to transportation options like the train, taxis, and buses, this is definitely a hotel I will come back to.
