広く綺麗な客室は静かでとても過ごしやすかったです。河口湖が近く、遊歩道へ散歩に行けたりほうとうが食べられたり、コンビニも近くにあってとても便利でした。
またフロントスタッフの対応もすごく良く、快適な時間が過ごせました。

屋上テラスからの富士山が
もひとつでした・・も少し見えるかと思っていたので、がっつりでした。
寒いしどなたも屋上に上がってもいませんでした。

為了河口湖冬季花火活動而入住，酒店位置不錯，旁邊便是一家著名土產麵食本店，步程5分鐘內亦有FamilyMart, Lawson和Lawson。而花火最佳觀賞位置和富士山遙拜所我也是從酒店步行前往的。但它沒有提供穿梭巴士，要自行搭公車前往。
房間整潔，空間充裕。有日用品可自取，早上亦有簡單麵包、咖啡等早餐供應。
有一位有禮的男員工在我房間廁所沖水系統出現問題時，提供協助修理。整體體驗挺好，推薦給大家。

Hotel is in a beautiful location. Parking is included which was great because we drove from Tokyo. Staff were friendly. There was tea/coffee available 24/7 and a microwave, with sitting area that we used to for our dinner.

room is clean, front desk are very helpful, there are couple restaurants and convenient store nearby, have onsite electric bike to rent, only downside i can think of is little further to the town. definitely would stay again!

This is a little hidden gem of a location in lake kawaguchi. It is so good! I honestly have enjoyed our stay! The staff was nice and helpful, location is walking distance to several restaurants and convenient stores. If you have a car, it's much better! The house was very modern and the room was so spacious, nice and clean. If you are an adventure lover, this area is close to some sight seeing. It's not a problem if you don't have a car since the bus stop is close by. Hotel and location is a 10/10 for me

櫃台會說中文超讚的，進去大廳就有飲水機(好感動!!)房間很溫暖空間也很大，茶包也很好喝，房間雖然沒有富士山的景色，但走出飯店5-7分鐘就有富士山可以看，旁邊也有2-3個美術館可以去，前後便利商店都很近，飯店也有腳踏車可以租，很喜歡!!!!飯店也有付費接送服，實在是不想大小包的提行李去車站，覺得整體而言很方便!!

L’hôtel est vraiment tout proche du Lac Kawaguchi. Il y a plusieurs konbini et restaurants à côté. La location est très pratique pour pouvoir se déplacer autour du Lac et ses alentours.

先論周遭：環境好，離車次最多的紅線公車很近，附近有Lawson 跟ほうとう 餺飥分店
飯店：備品、設備齊全，還有傘、自行車可以借用
房間內：空間大、乾淨

Die Wände sind sehr dünn! Man hört jede Stufe vom Treppengeländer. Über uns das Zimmer war so laut dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Ansonsten ist das ein ganz gutes Hotel.

Und die Toilette roch nach Abfluss. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Perfect spot to stay a few nights on travel. Room had everything you need. Fairly comfortable and good service. I’d probably stay here again if I were coming back.

Good rooms, a bit remote

The hotel rooms were comfy, but location a bit far from town. We arrived around 7pm, and after check in, could find no restaurant open. On the bright side, there was 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson within walking distance and we found food, drinks and chips.

Wir hatten uns diese Unterkunft ausgesucht, um von hier einen schönen Ausblick auf den Fujisan zu haben. Dies wurde voll umfänglich erfüllt. Uns hat das Hotel super gefallen klein und schnuckelig. Jederzeit wieder.

The hotel locks the front doors after 9pm, so going outside to smoke or coming back late is problematic. Town is very quiet after 6pm, with almost everything closing early. Far from the Kawaguchiko station, and was charged a different fee three times we went back and forth by taxi. Check in is at 3pm, but the rooftop balcony closes at 6pm, it should not be a selling feature to stay here. Clean and quiet, but otherwise not worth the cost.

Great place.

Outside of town slightly easily reached by local bus or a walk, but the location was superlative for walks with gorgeous views by the lake and mt Fuji. Good sized room with two beds so room to move. Next to a great Houtou noodle restaurant.

We stayed for only 1 night. The room was small. Their continental breakfast was extremely basic; soft rolls, butter, and jam. We booked it only a week before and it was about the only option. It's good in a pinch.

This new hotel was clean and comfortable, with lovely staff. It was conveniently located in a quiet but walkable area on the lake. Restaurants and convenience stores were nearby. Very close to the bus stop. Breakfast was included but had limited options.
