概ね良かったが、洗浄付きトイレのノズルが汚くてトイレで水での洗浄は気持ち悪くてできなかった。

場所も良く、又京都に来る時は泊まらせていただきたいです！

綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。

コンパクトながら使い勝手が良く、いいお部屋でした。
寒い季節にゆっくり浸かれるバスタブがあったのが特に良かったです。
受付の方も親切で、ロビーでの無料コーヒーのサービスや、軽朝食、荷物の預かりサービスも大変助かりました。
ただ、廊下を人が行き来すると音や声が聞こえてくるのだけ気になりました。

バスルームの清掃が全くなされていない。排水溝やイス、桶までカビだらけで臭いもひどい。リノベして全体的に綺麗にしているだけに残念。

Everything about this property was great - good location to all sorts of attractions and foods. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We wish the hotel had a more filling breakfast option but there were several spots nearby that we were able to explore at that time so it worked out. Beautiful views of the canal and sakura from our room. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel! Staff were warm and welcoming, helpful in giving recommendations. Hotel was immaculate. Location was excellent, close enough to restaurants and shopping but a little removed from the busy areas. Located right along the canal and near the river. Breakfast was simple (pastries, yogurt, cheese, coffee/tea/juice) but adequate. Would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Great location ,quite, easy walking to everything , coin operated washing machine and dryer very handy, comfy bed & linen, would recommend staying here for a no frills hotel, ie no bar or restaurant.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Kyoto. Everything we wanted to see was easily accessible, with great restaurants, shops, and transportation nearby. The hotel itself was really good—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the overall experience made our stay in Kyoto even better. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was ideal to everything we wanted to do. Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Rooms were tended to daily with fresh towels and water. My favorite hotel stay while in Japan.

Great location and building. Comfortable room and bed. Nice bathtub to soak in after long walking days. Front desk speaks English as well. Great simple breakfast, coin laundry available. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was very clean, the staff very nice, and the rooms were pretty great size. It was walking distance to what we wanted and there’s orange juice and cold water in the lobby always as well as coffee.
It’s in an area away from the crowds of people which I appreciate. Definitely book if you’re visiting Kyoto!

Amazing Location and Service

Great location and amazing staff! The rooms were spacious enough and prestene clean. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was so close to many attractions and/or transportation. We were able to walk to a lot of the temples and other locations qe wanted to visit.

The only complaint I had was the number of washing machines. We packed light for our trip and there were only two machines for the whole building, which is not enough at all. In addition, the machines were washing and drying and drying part takes too long, which means people if someone starts using those machines it would take hours before anyone else can. Languange was also another issue. The hotel was full of foreign tourists like us and so I would expect it would be easier to communicate in English. The staff was very kind and still doing their best but it is hard to use Google translate back and forth everytime.

Amazing hotel. It has a really central location with so much within a few minutes walk. The hotel is quiet and comfortable with really friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to book for my next trip to Kyoto

Great central location for branching out into Kyoto. Room was simple but nice and clean (and quite spacious by Japanese standards). Continental breakfast was basic but good enough. The staff were helpful. This is a great value for money base for those visiting Kyoto.

Odanın büyüklüğü, içindeki eşyaların kalitesi, otelin konumu, otel çalışanlarının ilgisi mükemmeldi. 10 günlük Japonya gezimizde 3 ayrı otelde kaldık burası beni en çok tatmin eden otel oldu. Kyoto’yu da ayrı sevmemizi sağlayan nedenlerden biri burasıydı. Bu kadar seveceğimizi bilseydim burada daha fazla kalırdım. Eğer bir daha Kyoto’ya gelirsem yine burayı tercih edeceğim. İlgileri için otele çok teşekkür ediyorum.
