スタッフの対応も場所も朝食も良かったです。
お風呂の水圧が弱いのは気になりましたが、それ以外は全て良かったです。
ジムも無料で利用出来て良かったです。

シャワーしかなくて残念

Hyatt系が好きなので大阪でも泊まってみましたがお値段はツイン一泊4万近いですが内容は欧米系ビジネスホテルですね。何よりシャワーしかないので日本人向けよりも欧米韓国中国人観光客向きだと思います。次はより安くて難波駅近でお風呂のあるホテルを選びます。

Hyatt staff was amazing. We arrived late at night after leaving another hotel that had fire. Hyatt is clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms may be small but they have utilized every inch to feel spacious. The bathroom was large. What was most helpful is the staff. We had a sick child and needed to get the medicaiton. Unfortunatley, it had been sent to Tokyo pharmacy. Natsumi was amazing whenI asked her how to call the pharmacy. Natsumi took over late at night and spoke to the pharmacy, was able to find a pharmacy in Osaka late night that had the medication for my child's ear infection. Natsumi arranged a taxi to take came to the pharmacy across town at 9 p.m. and to bring back. I am greatfull for her kindness.

Pros: great location and price. Very modern hotel and new. Has the same look and feel of M Citizen hotels by Marriott. Overall it’s great value for money and is geared toward budget friendly traveler.
Cons: noise cancelling is bad and we couldn’t sleep because of street noise. Also the bed mattress is very hard. We don’t mind hard mattresses but this one felt particularly uncomfortable to sleep.

Spotless room with so many amenities, we stayed for 2 nights and it was truly relaxing. Good connections to Namba, Dotonbori and Universal Studios

Everything felt new and slick. Staff at front desk was pleasant and nice. Room was ready early(before check-in time) and both check in and check out process were smooth and painless

Room was excellent for the price. Cleaning was excellent. Unfortunately the staff could not assist with a dinner reservation later in my trip. There are only two laundry machines so it is difficult to do laundry; I used a nearby coin laundry business instead. Would still happily stay here again.

Stay was great! Very friendly staff. Very clean. The room was slightly bigger than the average Japanese hotel rooms with all the amenities you would need. Comfortable room and bed. Overall very stylish esthetics.

Great location to explore Osaka. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and good value for money. Hotel is very clean and rooms are a good size.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I am somewhat not happy with the location of the hotel. I would prefer a more quiet environment. Overall, our stay at Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka was great.

I had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Osaka. The location is very convenient and walkable to Dotonbori and both Nippombashi and Namba station. There are lots of dining options and convenience stores close by. The hotel is beautiful with lovely amenities and very clean. The staff is also very nice and accommodating; great for international travelers. They helped me arrange luggage forwarding to my next hotel in Tokyo and it was waiting for me upon arrival. Highly recommended place to stay.

While the property is situated on the main road and extremely convenient from the point of proximity to dining/shopping/commute/tourist attractions the room was noisy and disturbing in the nights. There were not many options inside the hotel for dining and entertainment. But for the price , it was a great experience staying at Hyatt, Namba. Staff were friendly and understood English and helped us.

This is a new hotel about a 10 minute walk from Namba station. If you are fairly mobile, this presents a cheaper and modern option.
The pictures on the website show the nice and trendy interior. Room lighting is excellent with dimmer options. Black out blinds ensure darkness.

The room had a very firm bed (beware if this affects you).

The noise from the road was unacceptable for a new construction. I would expect a hotel under the Hyatt umbrella would be sure to have double glazed windows.

A rather new hotel in Namba

Hotel hardware is really good as it’s a fairly new hotel, and location is perfect! Room is rather small but acceptable (standard for Jap hotel). The 2 main complains I have are 1) cleanliness - pillow n mattress had some weird smell, 2) nosiness - my room was facing the main street, and even with double glazed window installed, the road noise was quite loud at night time.
