全体的には、快適

朝食ビュッフェが種類が豊富、ルーフトップバーが素晴らしかった。
部屋は設備含め快適だったが、宿泊した部屋が、窓がなく（飾り庭と光は差し込むが）外の景色が見れなかったため開放感が少し欠けた。

フロント、コンシェルジュの対応も良かった。
ホテルも新しく、各階にウォーターサーバーがあるのがありがたい。

Good choices for dining. Spacious, comfortable room. Only criticism is to get rid of the Nestle coffee maker, it makes terrible coffee...electric kettles are better.

Our stay at the Hilton was great, its location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. The rooftop terrace had incredible views although it was strange that we had to go pick up our own order at the counter.

This hotel is beautifully designed, has a really nice restaurant and bar, and in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, mall, and Nishiki market. Our room was clean and updated. Not the best view however.

The pool was amazing!! And the gym really nice.

Room was spotless. Very spacious. Value for money is amazing. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great being close enough to all the fun but also a bit further away from the crowds and noise. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent stay in Kyoto! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and elegant. The restroom consisted of rainfall shower as well as a bathtub. They cleaned our room everyday and provided as with new pajamas. The rooftop bar and lounge bar in the lobby both offered delicious cocktails. We only tried the breakfast buffet once as we wanted to explore more of Kyoto the other days but it offered a very well spread variety of dishes with Asian and American cuisine. We also took advantage of the pool during a very hot day and the pool and gym were very clean and well maintained. Overall, my stay here was excellent and I can not complain about a single thing. I greatly recommend.

É um hotel espetacular. O quarto é extremamente confortável, amplo e limpo. A decoração é refinada. O café da manhã é irrepreensível. O hotel está localizado ao lado de uma estação de metrô e em uma das avenidas principais, com comércios e restaurantes. Não há sequer um único apontamento negativo a fazer. Recomendo sem receio de errar.

This was our favorite hotel of our stay. Black out curtains were the best we had ever seen. Hotel was clean, very upscale and we loved everything about it. Would highly recommend it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and kind, always making us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, spacious, and very well-decorated rooms that made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

The location is excellent and very accessible, which made it easy for us to explore the surroundings. Everything about the environment felt harmonious and well taken care of.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and we genuinely recommend this hotel. We are certain that we will return on our next visit.

Luv this hotel! Stayed here for 7 nights. Modern with a touch of traditional Japanese touch. Staff was great and took their time helping and always smiling and courteous. Hotel feels homey! Will book again in the future whenever I go back to Kyoto! Thanks Yui for helping me book the restaurant!

Muy amables todo el personal, nos ayudaron a quedarnos en mis a habitación al decidir estar una noche más, la alberca es un poco obscura pero de buen tamaño. Solo en el bar son muy lentos para servir y en el desayuno no hay mesas suficientes y siempre hubo que esperar.

Best Hilton I’ve stayed in

This is the best Hilton I’ve stayed in. And I am a frequent traveller spending 150-200 nights per year in hotels.
Service was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. From check in, to managing luggage and taxis, to restaurant reservations. All perfect.
Rooms spacious and very well appointed.

Almost perfect

This place was very nearly a perfect hotel room - incredibly spacious, exceedingly comfortable bed and pillows, toilet sink actually had soap (not often the case in Japan), a fantastic shower and tub, and so much space for storage of your items. The only 2 things more I could have asked for would have been natural light in the bathroom and a view from the window, but those are both pretty minor asks.

The hotel itself is also in a super convenient area right near transit and easy to get taxis, and walking distance to a ton of food, shops, Gion, and more.

The room was big we could spread out, it is new and clean and light and airy. Transport around made it easy to get to all the different sites to visit. Pool was great to have a break after a long hot day. Walking around the back street and shopping was fun, as well as having shopping malls in close proximity. Good eating options in walking distance.

Var bare 1 natt men anbefaler hvertfall 2! Hyggelig personale. Buffeten med bra utvalg. Sengene kunne vært noe bedre med tanke på det er 5-stjerners, men virker som at alle senger i Japan er over middels harde.

El hotel es nuevo, muy lindo. Las habitaciones muy comodas y modernas. El buffet de desayuno muy incompleto y desorganizado. La carta de room services y el bar con pocas opciones para cenar y falta de opciones internacionales. Parte del personal no hablaba bien ingles.

This property was sublime. Everyone was accomodating and helpful. Was it worth the price? Probobaly not. There might have been places with better amenitites and views for a similar price but this was good.

Just an Ok stay but pretty hotel

Hotel is gorgeous, lovely details, very comfortable. Fab location walkable to lots of shops and Gion District. The staff however wasn’t very helpful- twice we asked for restaurant recommendations from two different people at the concierge desk and both times they just googled restaurants on an iPad and pointed. Also lots of the staff doesn’t speak any English so communicating food orders had to be done with a translator app. Food is ok, nothing special.

Best hotel experience we've ever had. No doubt. Staff is extremely helpfull and kind, and also speak excellent english. Rooms are very big and new. Amenities are top notch. Breakfast is 10/10. Can't go wrong here!

Happy at Hilton

The buffet was amazing. Something for everyone of all tastes, Chinese Japanese European in North American cuisine. The design of the hotel was simply an extraordinary experience. The suites or spacious clean with all the amenities, including a pool out of James Bond with pajamas, provided each night for a great sleep..

Lovely, new hotel

New, beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Kyoto. Close to bars, restaurants and the lovely Pontocho Alley. We had a club premium room which was a good size, great amenities, a super comfy bed and the most quiet air con and great black out blinds.
The club lounge was good, a nice breakfast and cocktail time. Good, friendly service.

We really enjoyed the hotel, only let down for us was the roof top bar. No menus on the table, and had to order and pick up from the bar yourself, no huge issue normally, but drink and food prices were high and setting could and should have enabled table service. Such a shame was one of the reasons we booked the hotel…. But a minor issue overall. A lovely, well located hotel which would recommend if staying in Kyoto.

It's a very modern hotel, spacious room located at prime sopt near restaurants, transport and shopping. Tge only flip side was our room was near the lifts a gets a bit noisy.
