客室は広くて清潔でした。一点だけ、備え付けのシャンプーで髪がギシギシになったので、ボディソープと入れ間違えたかと思うほどでしたが、他の部屋の方もそう言っていたのであまり質の良いものではなかったのではと思います。
しかし、閑散期だったようで安く泊まれて満足です。シャンプー持参でまた滞在したいです。

場所は便利な所にあります。クラブラウンジの口コミが良かったですが、内容はそれ程でもなく種類も少なかったですね。
新しいホテルでお部屋も広く綺麗ですがタオルも少なく石鹸が無かったのも残念でした。

全体的には、快適

朝食ビュッフェが種類が豊富、ルーフトップバーが素晴らしかった。
部屋は設備含め快適だったが、宿泊した部屋が、窓がなく（飾り庭と光は差し込むが）外の景色が見れなかったため開放感が少し欠けた。

A superb property that punches well above its price point. The hotel has a beautiful and high quality interior and exterior design. The rooms in particular are fantastic, combining highly aesthetic Japanese design influences with comfort and usability.

The general quality of the materials used through is high.

The staff are another highlight, clearly well trained, helpful and friendly. A delight to deal with.

We very much enjoyed the breakfast offering each day, as well as the access to the executive lounge.

The availability of parking on site was also very helpful during our stay.

Two small suggestions for improvements would be:
1. An alternative solution for the temporary storage of guest luggage awaiting onward transfer. This is held in the lobby and diminished the stylish space somewhat.
2. The main breakfast area is very busy at peak times. Perhaps the layout of food items could be updated to reduce bottlenecks. For example, the coffee, juice and bakery stations, which tend to be the most heavily used, are all located next to one another. We were fortunate to have access to breakfast at the executive lounge. This was a much quieter and relaxing experience. The quality of the executive / suite level amenities is high and well worth considering.

Overall a 10/10 property though. This was our second stay and we will definitely return.

Staff was great. Breakfast in the main restaurant was expansive but a little crowded at times. Breakfast in the lounge was less expansive but more than sufficient and far calmer than the restaurant. Rooms were satisfactory. Lounge was a nice place to relax but I expected more drink and smack options during quiet times.

It's a pity that a good location and good facilities were ruined by poor management, bad staff attitude and poor service, which made the whole hotel lose the quality that a five-star hotel should have. I stayed for several days and then changed hotels mainly because it was noisy and the staff were not professional! There are too many tourists in Kyoto, and five-star hotels have the mentality of doing business with tourists once and for all, which has ruined the reputation of service that the Japanese are most proud of!

The hotel was located in an alleyway but was noisy; the staff were unprofessional; housekeeping staff didn't even come to clean, using the excuse that they had left a note – didn't they need to double-check? This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in! The front desk staff were incompetent in handling problems! The hotel has absolutely no management.

Reservé dos habitaciones para 3 personas cada una, (dos adultos y un menor) me dieron una con cama King y otra con dos camas individuales, pedí que pusieran una cama adicional para la otra persona y me hicieron un cargo adicional por noche lo cual no debieron hacer por qué la reservación por habitación eran tres personas.

Huge room with very nice finishes. Location is fantastic: close to shopping, restaurants, and the subway. The breakfast buffet had a large variety and was all tasty. Service was superb.

This is a very nice Hilton. When we visited it was extremely busy and some of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The room was city side so it was a bit noisy at times. It’s convenient to many shops and not far from the train, which we appreciate. The room was comfortable, and clean.

Exceptional hotel room with spotless bathroom. Extra room to relax and enjoy Kyoto. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options for everyone. The bar was beautiful and well stocked.

I had my luggage sent forward to my next stay at a Hilton In Tokyo and it was worth every penny.

This was probably the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The room was great, clean, modern, total black-out, well appointed. The restaurant options were great. We tried the rooftop, it was fine but the views weren't great. Definitely recommend it.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and in such a great location.

I love how this hotel design felt modern, but also included many traditional Japanese elements. The service was fantastic, everything was so clean, and we could not have been more comfortable. Wish we would’ve stayed here the whole trip because 4 nights just wasn’t enough.

Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Hilton was great, its location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. The rooftop terrace had incredible views although it was strange that we had to go pick up our own order at the counter.

This hotel is beautifully designed, has a really nice restaurant and bar, and in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, mall, and Nishiki market. Our room was clean and updated. Not the best view however.

The pool was amazing!! And the gym really nice.

This hotel is an excellent stay in Kyoto! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and elegant. The restroom consisted of rainfall shower as well as a bathtub. They cleaned our room everyday and provided as with new pajamas. The rooftop bar and lounge bar in the lobby both offered delicious cocktails. We only tried the breakfast buffet once as we wanted to explore more of Kyoto the other days but it offered a very well spread variety of dishes with Asian and American cuisine. We also took advantage of the pool during a very hot day and the pool and gym were very clean and well maintained. Overall, my stay here was excellent and I can not complain about a single thing. I greatly recommend.

É um hotel espetacular. O quarto é extremamente confortável, amplo e limpo. A decoração é refinada. O café da manhã é irrepreensível. O hotel está localizado ao lado de uma estação de metrô e em uma das avenidas principais, com comércios e restaurantes. Não há sequer um único apontamento negativo a fazer. Recomendo sem receio de errar.
