全体的には、快適

朝食ビュッフェが種類が豊富、ルーフトップバーが素晴らしかった。
部屋は設備含め快適だったが、宿泊した部屋が、窓がなく（飾り庭と光は差し込むが）外の景色が見れなかったため開放感が少し欠けた。

フロント、コンシェルジュの対応も良かった。
ホテルも新しく、各階にウォーターサーバーがあるのがありがたい。

Happy at Hilton

The buffet was amazing. Something for everyone of all tastes, Chinese Japanese European in North American cuisine. The design of the hotel was simply an extraordinary experience. The suites or spacious clean with all the amenities, including a pool out of James Bond with pajamas, provided each night for a great sleep..

Lovely, new hotel

New, beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Kyoto. Close to bars, restaurants and the lovely Pontocho Alley. We had a club premium room which was a good size, great amenities, a super comfy bed and the most quiet air con and great black out blinds.
The club lounge was good, a nice breakfast and cocktail time. Good, friendly service.

We really enjoyed the hotel, only let down for us was the roof top bar. No menus on the table, and had to order and pick up from the bar yourself, no huge issue normally, but drink and food prices were high and setting could and should have enabled table service. Such a shame was one of the reasons we booked the hotel…. But a minor issue overall. A lovely, well located hotel which would recommend if staying in Kyoto.

It's a very modern hotel, spacious room located at prime sopt near restaurants, transport and shopping. Tge only flip side was our room was near the lifts a gets a bit noisy.

The hotel opened in September 2024. It's a great hotel in a very good location with amazing staff, and the rooftop is a vibe! The breakfast buffet was delicious and very fresh. It's very close to a huge market, many attractions, and most importantly, to several subway stations for those who like to use public transportation.
There is also a river close to the hotel. Don't miss it, especially at night!
Thank you, Hilton. We will see you again in April.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and new. Nice bathroom and nice amenities. Close to Nishiki Market and many shrines. Only issue was ordered food at executive lounge took awhile to be prepared. However, a small issue. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Fantastic hotel - best we stayed in Japan

Fantastic hotel - the best we stayed at in Japan. I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was great and very very high end for a Hilton. We paid to access an executive room/the executive lounge and it was good value for money as the lounge offering both for breakfast and evening was excellent.

The lobby is amazing but the rooms were not as clean, the headboards had built up dirt and the cleaning was super late. They don’t speak a great deal of English so just be aware and use your translator. Location is great I would find a different hotel in the future if I returned to Japan. For the price there are other options

Super nice hotel. You can just walked to great areas. Easy to get in anyway the motor lobby is not in front to the Main Street. Is on a said, I think is better, the room was great, the restaurant great. The club area was great and has nice amenities.

Wish I could keep the Hilton Kyoto a secret but it was just too amazing to not share. The rooms are huge, beautifully styled and decorated. The absolute best service of any hotel in Kyoto (I stayed at a few), Hilton was the best. I can’t wait to go back & wont stay anywhere else

LOVED everything about this beautiful property! The room was stunning and an amazing rooftop bar. It is in a great location accessible to many food and shopping options. And accessible to the metro. And the breakfast buffet is robust and delish! I highly recommend the Hilton Kyoto.

Amazing hotel and a great base to stay in Kyoto. Staff is extra ordinarily helpful, amazing Japanese culture, a lot to learn from their humility and helpfulness. There are trains and cabs near by, lots of dining and shopping options and most tourist attractions are 15-20 mins away. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is newly built and everything is top notch. Rooms are spacious and everything is well thought out. Location is perfect and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast options are plenty with both American and Japanese’s options. The staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. One of the best.

Muy buen hotel pero muy mal servicio

El hotel y sus instalaciones son maravillosas, el gran problema es el servicio. Gente muy lenta que tardan muchísimo en hacer todo. Yo tenía entendido que la cultura japonesa destacaba por la eficiencia y la rapidez en los procesos, pero en este hotel es todo lo contrario. Me había dejado la mochila en la habitación y pregunté si podían mirar si estaba ahí o si podía subir yo a mirarlo. No me dejaron subir y esperé 45 minutos hasta que me dieron respuesta.

The hotel itself was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. Shopping, food and train available within walking distance. The immediate area outside of the hotel was not pleasant. I had a view of a vacant dirt lot outside of my hotel suite, so I just kept my shades closed the entire trip. Hopefully that gets resolved over time.
