Hi Mitsui Garden Ginza Tsukiji,

Thank you we had a nide stay. Herewith are some suggestions for improvement:-

1. Bottled Water should be given freely at the Lobby, not upon request at Reception.
2. Please leave some detergent eg. 2 packets in the room - those who will wash their own laundry, will know how to use it; those who don't, won't touch it.
3. I am member of MGH Rewards Club, but because I booked this stay via Hotels.com, I cannot even register my stay as MGH member. Please consider registering my stay as member without points.
4. Your Large Public Bath operating times are not practical - we always use Public Bath first thing in the morning before breakfast. If other hotels can operate swimming pools from 6AM onwards, I'm sure your hotel can manage this operating times.

設備新穎，尤其是冰箱，不是一般飯店使用的迷你尺寸，而是上下雙門冰箱，不論是從築地或百貨地下街採買完全沒有儲藏問題。築地市場轉個彎就到，前往銀座三越走路也只需要六分鐘左右。地下室還有雅緻的大浴池。

Probably one of the better sized rooms for two people, being able to open up two large luggages all at once. More on the newer and modern end for a Mitsui Garden Hotel as well. My only criticism would be that they have a strict housekeeping limitation policy. For example, they only start doing housekeeping for the first time for your room after staying two nights. In other words, if you’re only staying here for 2 nights, your room won’t be cleaned up at all. This was way too much even when cheaper budget hotels in Tokyo offer housekeeping every day.

The staff was a comodating to keep our luggage after check out as our flight was delayed. One of the staff also helped carry our luggages outside. Overall I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel except for the breakfast

Room was clean but small. As I understand its typical size in Japan. All amenities plus razor tooth brush q tips, which in my experience is not common to provide. Very attentive staff that did speak English. Front desk was attended 24/7. Hotel breakfast which we purchased was of surprising good quality. Located walking distance to Tsukiji fish market which is an often recommended place for tourists to visit.

Check in was fine. Room was nice and had both a microwave and washer/dryer in the room. Local restaurants within 1-2 blocks did not want to seat or serve foreigners. Had to walk 20mins to find a restaurant that would allow me to eat there.

Amazing hotel. A wonderful stay. The public bath is fantastic. And while I don’t love doing laundry I did love doing laundry in my room.
The location is amazing. So convenient. There are amazing restaurants all around.

Room was a good size and cleam. Staff were amazing friendly. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. The public bath made the day everyday. And location was perfect to all the various subway lines.

非常滿意房間就有洗衣機和烘衣機，地理位置也非常好走路就能到銀座築地市場，搭地鐵也很方便大概走1.5公里左右，人工非常的專業和親切也很有禮貌前台24小時都有人還提供免費的洗衣液。我一定還會帶來居住的。

El hotel es muy lindo y moderno. La atención es excelente, el personal de front desk es muy amable. Solo estuvimos una noche antes de regresar a casa después de dos semanas en Japón, pero el desayuno fue de lo mejor que hemos comido. Tenían variedad y calidad. Hay un buffet pero también seleccionas un plato fuerte de su menú. El french toast estaba delicioso! También la vista a la ciudad desde el restaurante es increíble. Fue un bonito detalle el que te dieran unas monedas para canjear en el lobby por bebidas de la cafetería. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el onsen privado, tienes que ir desnudo. Yo traía mi traje de baño queriendo conocer un onsen en Japón, pero lamentablemente no lo pude usar porque no me siento cómoda yendo desnuda a un lugar público.

Room was clean and fresh and everything was well laid out. Staying there at the end of a 3 week trip we were especially appreciative of the in-room washer/dryer. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Courtney, in particular, stood out as someone who made our stay as easy and stress less as possible.

Lots of natural light, close to train station, breakfast included buffet as well as an entree choice. All 3 I tried were delicious: French toast, a Chinese plate and a Japanese plate. Walk/ jog to path along river, shops and restaurants nearby. Loves the Ramen oyster and shell restaurant across the street.

I would stay here again.

The location was good, easy access to Haneda, two blocks away from the Metro. There were many restaurants in the area and a 7-11. It is a short walk to Ginza.

The room was nice. Like most Tokyo hotels they are on the small side. They clean the room every second day.

Wifi worked well. We had a big fridge, microwave, and a w/d in the room. All worked well. The room was quiet, new, and clean. There was no internal / external noise at all.

The breakfast was excellent and one of our favorite perks of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for more.

The room was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities I needed, including a full-size fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine. It was surprisingly spacious compared to typical Tokyo rooms, making the stay very comfortable.

Staff were great. Room was fine and very clean BUT the room we had was frosted windows which I did not like as it felt claustrophobic - May not bother others. This should have been noted which it was not.

Washer & dryer in the room were a lifesaver. There’s also a microwave and small fridge. Room is modern and clean. Huge bed took up most of the room. However, they were very efficient with the use of space! We were able to put luggages under the bed and even had a small table and chair area with a small couch.

Nice location and slightly bigger rooms than typical hotels in Tokyo, the shower was also large and clean.The Tv is mounted in a weird and unusable angle while on the bed and for the price we paid the amenities could have been better. However I am mostly upset that we received room cleaning and fresh towels just once in 4 nights.

This was our third time checking in at The Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji.
The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. A choice of western and eastern food.
The hotel was perfect for our agenda. We highly recommend it and would stay again.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, staff was extremely friendly, room was clean, and a plus for the room for travelers was that there was a washer/dryer unit in the room. Would recommend this room and will be back the next time I’m in Tokyo.

My favorite hotel! Such a nice experience. I loved the breakfast, refresh lounge and in-room washer/drier. Plus, all the staff were super nice. And I really love the location. We also stayed in Shinjuku but that meant we always had to go to a super busy subway station. Ginza is so much more manageable. We also stayed at a hotel that was double the price in Shinjuku bit this one was way better.

My wife and I spent four nights at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji. We really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is located super close to the outer fish market, and is close to a metro stop that’ll connect you easily to everything else. We also liked the hotel’s proximity to Ginza. The room was on the smaller side compared to western hotels, but standard for Japan. I personally didn’t feel crammed given that every space was efficiently utilized (with for instance a corner couch and table). We appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer combo greatly. The breakfast buffet was very good. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The hotel was also very clean.

I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Japan in the future.

Clean, new, well located suitable for longer stays

Lock box too small. It needs to be bigger as it cannot even hold an iPad. For summer, Pajamas should be slimmer and cotton to breath. Some front young front desk statf need to more training on helping customers including on how to book restaurants and how to think about hotel guest needs generally. Some front desk were good but others were in over their heads!

Room on small side but hotel utilized space well and managed to include addtional perks like a large makeup mirror, wooden shoe horn. Loved laundry machine in room, large refrigerator/ freezer and microwave. Extra large shower completely enclosed and separate Toto, auto flush.

The staff at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji were friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our hotel room had everything we needed for our stay; we utilized the refrigerator, did a lite load of laundry, and slept well on the comfortable bed. The complimentary WiFi was easy to connect to. Highly recommend this hotel if anyone plans on staying in the Ginza neighborhood.

Very beautiful modern hotel, 15 mins walking from the famous Ginza 6 shopping center. Great breakfast, with gorgeous view of Tokyo Skytree from my breakfast table. We also booked a Tokyo City Tour through Expedia, which had a meeting point that was a 15 min walk from this hotel. My room wasn’t the cheapest available, & it still was very small, but has a washer and dryer, a refrigerator, & a microwave. Oh yeah, hotel had Netflix also!
