Probably this is the best location hotel in Osaka. If you are convinced to pay money for save your time, this is the one you’re looking for.

9月のオープンで、綺麗でした。スタッフも感じがよかったです。
出歩かなかったのでわからないですが、近くで食事できるところありました。
入ってエントランス反対側にローソンがあるのが見えたので、寄りました。
閉店になるので、早めの買い物を
空港行きのバスに乗るのにも便利だと思います。徒歩10分以内です

色々改善余地あり

16時に到着したらチェックインが込んでいて30分待ってくれとの事、30分後に呼びに来てくれるとの話でロビー隣接のバーのような所でドリンクを頂き待機。60分待っても呼ばれないので、こちらから連絡。忙しいのは分かるがこれで第一印象がかなり悪くなった。あとホテル周辺の宿泊者をフロントに到着させるまでの案内表示も分かりづらい。メンバー登録すればWi-Fiは無料になるとの事だったが、今時登録しなくてもWi-Fiなんか無料でしょ。チェックアウトでWi-Fi利用代1100円とられた。代金が欲しいならこんな1100円は宿泊費に上乗せしとけば良くない?チェックアウト時の支払いやりとり自体が無駄な時間に思える。

Very cool style and design but the rooms were not the most functional. It was too minimalist with design prioritized over use. Location was good, connected to a ton of shops and eateries but the lobby was very inconvenient to get to especially at night when coming through the connected buildings from the train station.

La habitación estuvo impecable, realmente me encantó de ajedrez de México, no sabía dónde quedarme y este hotel es muy estratégico ya que conecta un puente directo al hotel hacia los centros comerciales. Estuve hasta tarde realizando compras y puede regresar a mi hotel caminando, la zona es excelente muy limpia espectacular realmente recomiendo mucho este hotel cuando llegué me propusieron una habitación con un buen precio, así que lo tomé todo son muy amables.

Please be advised for this day we had booked a Junior suit corner room. The room is poorly designed and the bed has an elevated surround which in my opinion is dangerous especially if you have to get up during the night. We had further stay booked in this hotel for which we ask through hotels.com to be cancelled without penalty we never received a response from hotels.com regarding this. On arrival first second stay in the hotel in the same style room we requested it be changed and the two options that were provided were unacceptable being downgraded to a smaller room without any refund or pay around AUD 200 to upgrade to a 90 m² room but these options were unacceptable to us. The staff are not particularly helpful and that made us aware that they had received our earlier request to cancel the booking and did nothing about it. In the past we have stayed in the same area in Osaka at the Intercontinental which clearly is a better hotel and has way better customer service people. We will never stay at this hotel again and we will be writing about our unfortunate experience with this hotel on social media in great detail.

Staff were incredible and upgraded us to a corner suite after we had some issues with the first room.

It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful.

Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka! Thank you to the team, made our stay very special.

We were only in Osaka for one night, before starting a week of hiking the Kumano Kodo, and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is conveniently situated near a major train/metro station, and a lot of upscale shops.

Hotel is very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. One downside is restaurants don’t open until 10am. So if you are a breakfast person I would suggest eating at the hotel.

I bit pricey but at least you feel like you are getting what you paid for. Breakfast buffet i'd skip if I went back. Al-a-cart choices were NOT good. French toast? is that what that was? Pancakes - get you three little silver dollar sized pieces. Omelette's were a lot undercooked and no option for just a simple sunny side up egg. Toaster did not toast the bread. A large variety to be sure, but I found myself sturuggling to make a decent breakfast out of it.

While it is perfectly fine, it is not a “5 star” experience. The lines for breakfast were crazy, with the coffee machines not working many times. Tons of luggage always at reception with many waiting to check in. This space is not big enough for the amount of people checking in and out. High marks for location and train convenience, but that’s about it.

Second stay here. Amazing again. Staff are friendly. Quick check in. Good quality amenities. Pet friendly rooms with great dog amenities too. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Lots of shopping nearby. Will visit again!!

Room had a slight odour when we arrived. Staff attended to it immediately with an air purifier but that didn’t work. Discovered it was a drain issue which was dealt with.
Staff was excellent, surprised there was no compensation provided, not even a fruit plate or or follow up from someone at the hotel

Beautiful Modern design hotel. The room is new very clean and comfortable. Very nice City view from the window. Great breakfast and professional services. Excellent location and transport. Walk to many shopping malls and many good restaurants. Highly recommend.

飯店的設計活潑時尚且有質感，設計師給了一個像家的感覺，充分利用空間提供良好的收納功能，在更好的星級飯店都未必會考慮到這部分，這樣不會讓東西凌亂堆放，這點真的很難得。
另外，早餐的部分也讓人驚艷，住了3晚，每天的菜單都不一樣，buffet也很豐富多樣話，很少有飯店可以讓人連吃3天還不覺得膩，Canopy做到了，交通也非常便利，空橋連接可以逛很多地方..
需要taxi時，Looby 11樓的飯店人員會幫忙確認，到B1就能直接上車，非常方便。
