8泊9日しましたが、毎日性能の良い洗濯乾燥機を使いました。近くに中型のLIFEスーパーがあり、中型冷蔵庫をフル活用しました。ベッドルームは、ベッドの場所とテーブルの場所が分かれていてとても広く機能的に仕えました。ハンガーも数個用意され、食器類も必要なものがそろっていました。天満橋駅からゆっくり歩いて10分で便利。調度品が結構良いもので備えられていました。スタッフも明るく、問題があっても気持ちよく対応してくださいました。荷物も預かってくれました。次の大阪での長期滞在の際にも、是非利用させてほしいと思いました。頑張って働いてくださっているスタッフの皆さん、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

GWに大人２人、子供１人の家族で宿泊しました
ベッドはシングル２台の部屋でしたが、チェックインしたら、部屋にもう一組布団を敷いてくれていました
気づかいが素晴らしかったです
トイレが完全に別になっているのが嬉しいです

歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、かみそり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、くし、ウォッシュ用タオル、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、ドライヤーなど、ひと通りの物が揃っております

キッチンにはＩＨコンロがひとつ
電気ケトル、食器類、包丁、スポンジ、洗剤もあって自炊可能(まな板あったか忘れました)

洗面所に洗濯機(確か乾燥機能もあったような？)が設置してあり、一階のアメニティコーナーにジェルボールが置いてあります

近くにセブンイレブン、スーパーの「LIFE　ライフ」があるので食事には困りません

家で過ごす時と同じような感覚で滞在できたのが良かったです

受付は外国人スタッフなので、日本が初めての方にもおすすめです

立地は良い、京阪線の天満橋に徒歩5分内、京都や奈良に行くのも便利。周りもとても静かである。フロントのサービスもいい。浴室の掃除はそこまで綺麗ではなっかた以外、満足でした

周辺にスーパーがあって、大阪のお惣菜を楽しむことができました。食器や包丁などの最低限の調理器具はあったのがとても嬉しかったです。
お部屋も綺麗でした。ドラム式洗濯機が置いてあり、エントランスにあるジェルボールも使ってよかったので連泊にはすごく助かりました！

大阪ステイ

天満宮、大阪城に歩いて行けるロケーションが最高。静かだし、お部屋も快適。お風呂は普通ですがきれいに清掃されているし、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープも揃っていて言う事無し。スタッフの方も爽やかでよかったです。ベランダに椅子もあり竿もありました。私たちは調理しなかったけどキッチンに２人分の食器、簡単な調理器具もありよかった。お勧めです。

借りた部屋には洗濯乾燥機もあり、ロビーの近くのアメニティーには洗濯ジェルボールが置いてあったりして良かったです！
あと、トイレとベッドのある部屋は遠くて私には凄く良かったです。

Super convenient with the insuite laundry (washer and dryer in one) and also the kitchenette. There is a supermarket about 3 blocks down the street so it was nice to eat in during our stay instead of eating out all the time. Yksi apartment and stay receives and will store your luggage however they do not offer luggage transfer. There are two 7-11 convenient stores just a block away that will ship your luggage. The front desk was nice to help me fill in the forms for luggage transfer. There are 2 train stations about a 5 minute walk to one and 8 mins walk to the other. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Proche de la station Temmabashi, ce logement a été parfait pour mon séjour de 2 semaines.
C’est confortable, propre, avec un ménage fait tous les 4 jours, une cuisine équipée et de quoi ranger ses valises.

Great place to stay and good value for the money. Friendly staff. Great having laundry and small kitchen. Good location with easy walk to train and grocery store. The only negative is that they only give you one key for the room so it made separate exploration and designated key holder a little tricky

Great room, very nice to have an in room washer/dryer. Plenty comfortable.

Only issue is unlike other hotels the staff isn't as helpful as I'd like it to be. We had to forward some luggage to the airport and our other hotel helped us out tremendously with paper work and setting up the whole process. This hotel basically told us we're on our own and pointed us to the nearest konbini who had no idea what we were talking about. Needless to say it added some unnecessary stress to the trip but maybe it's just not a service they offer. If you plan on forwarding luggage from there make sure you know when and where to send it because these guys will just shrug their shoulders.

By far the best hotel style accommodation I’ve stayed at in Osaka.

The customer service was amazing and it’s incredible value for money. There are so many great local restaurants nearby, and being close to multiple train stations made getting around super easy, especially trips to Dotonbori and USJ. Osaka Castle is also close by and worth a visit.

Having a personal washing machine in the room was such a bonus, along with plenty of luggage storage. The TV also had Netflix, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking around the city.

I highly recommend staying here and will definitely try to book this place again when I come back to Osaka.

In-unit laundry is a wonderful perk and it adds to the convenience factor. Easy walk to two train stations. Helpful staff on-site available to provide assistance. They do speak English so communication is easier for our traveling party. Overall a very pleasant stay without issues and for a good price. We felt safe walking around in the area - It is located in a residential neighborhood with a few konbinis nearby).

The room was perfect for our 3 week stay with our baby. The place was clean, staff very helpful, kind and easy to communicate with. The location was better than we thought- the Keihan City mall has everything you might need, it’s close to trains and parks by the castle, river or lovely neighborhood playground right on the corner. Great spot to be out of the busy city, while still be super accessible with many food options.
Good value for the space, location and self serve amenities.

Best place we ever stayed. Great communication, laundry machine includes drying, drys cloth really well. We got Amazon delivered there too, the staffs are super friendly. Hair dryer dries slow, other than that it’s perfect!!!

The apartment was large and spacious with a separate toilet room which makes getting ready in the morning a lot quicker for couples. Very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Only a few minutes away from multiple train stations. Highly recommended for short and long stays in Osaka.

Fantastic Location, Comfortable room

We just finished an amazing 4 night stay and were very impressed. The location is fantastic and there is a supermarket, multiple 7-Elevens, a mall and train station within a 3-5minute walk. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the check in/check out process was great. We are a family of 3 and would recommend this to anyone travelling with a small family. We would stay again next time we’re in Osaka

Nice area close to metro and railway station. The room was comfortable and clean. Has a washer and dryer great if you have small kids. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. Reception are great very helpful. We hope stay again in the future.

Appartement pratique avec four micro-ondes/grill, laveuse/sécheuse pour les vêtements, lit et oreiller confortables. Secteur agréable, près d’une station de métro, une épicerie et des dépanneurs juste à côté, le château d’Osaka et la promenade du canal (spectacle son et lumière en soirée) accessibles facilement à pied. Il manque quelques ustensiles pour la cuisinette (ça prendrait au moins un couteau et une paire de ciseaux idéalement). Une seule clé pour l’appartement, il pourrait être utile d’en avoir deux.

The kitchen was well equiped, and the location is near many stations and Osaka Castle. This was a great base for our 4 days in Osaka as part of our larger Japan trip. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

We looooved this place. Absolutely fantastic for the money! The man running the place is very polite welcoming and helpful! The rooms are really big! And the AC cold! Especially helpful in July! We also loved the location! Easy transportation options as well! Also included washing machine which helped us for our long trip! Highly recommend!

Great size apartment. Well equipped. Washing machine was very useful. Staff are all super nice. Good location.

Some drawbacks. The bed is pretty uncomfortable, pillows are hard and only parts of the building are air conditioned so the rooms don’t cool down that much. We had lots of banging and crashing around from one of the apartments above us that went on until after midnight.

非常推薦!!!

第一次入住公寓式飯店，比一般的商旅好太多了~
我有足夠的空間整理行李，採光也很棒~
如果自己需要加熱些食物或是洗衣都很方便
周遭也很安靜，離地鐵也不遠，非常推薦這裡!!
唯一的缺點是吹風機不夠熱，我短髮要吹乾要花上一點時間!!

所以對於要抽煙的人士會辛苦一些😆

雖然浴室不大但廁所是獨立出來的
也有流理台、微波爐、IH爐。

房間大小還行
不會像連鎖飯店那麼小
可以同時開兩個大行李箱和一個登機箱
人還可以自由走動👍
還有那個冰箱真的很大👍
隔音方面表現的也相當不錯

我們只有第一天和最後一天有碰到服務人員
雖然語言不通但服務人員都挺親切的
入住也是很迅速就完成入住
個人覺得cp值不錯

剩下的就讓還在猶豫中的你們自己開箱體驗😆

Nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Washer/dryer 2-in-1. Kitchenette with cooking utensils. Refrigerator and separate freezer. Shower area with tub you can soak in. Lots of nice little touches that show how much they care about your stay. Mr Dar, who checked me in, was very helpful and friendly. He is from Kashmir and spoke quite good English.

The apartment is located away from the main roads but not too far away. There's a children's playground nearby and a grocery store. The train station is also quite close. The whole atmosphere is like that of a quiet neighborhood instead of a hotel along side busy roads. A short walking distance away is Nakanoshima rose garden, which is on a river sandbar. I was so lucky to come up on it at this time of year when the roses are in bloom.

The apartment was super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having access to a balcony was also great, as we could just relax with a beer at the end of each day. The reception staff that we encountered were all excellent. The neighbourhood was like an quiet oasis. It was lovely to come back to a quiet peaceful neighbourhood, after a hectic day of sightseeing and shopping. Plenty of dining options nearby. Temmabashi Station was within 5 minutes walk. Kitahama Station was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. A largish supermarket - Life Tenjinbashi (2nd floor for the comfort food and decent alcohol section) is also within 5 minutes walk (towards Kitahama Station). Overall we had a great time at Yksi Stay and Apartment and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Charming place, the reception staff are super kind and helpful. The location is superb and easy to do day trips around Nara, Kobe, as well as the city centre in Osaka, is literally around 10 minutes by subway. The room is spacious and has multiple functions, very quiet during the night even though the building faces a local residential street.
Will come back again!

Great Value Stay in Osaka – Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at yksi STAY & APARTMENT OSAKA. It’s affordable yet offers so much more than many other places I’ve stayed in Japan. The place is new, clean, safe, and surprisingly spacious.

One of the best parts was having a washing machine, microwave, and a small kitchen – such a plus for travelers! I especially loved the convenience of the washing machine; it’s so nice to have fresh clothes during the trip.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which made everything even smoother. There’s a 7-Eleven and a supermarket nearby, so grabbing essentials was easy.

It’s not right next to a subway station, but it’s still walkable and well worth the extra steps for the comfort and value you get. I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit Osaka!

The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the luggage storage available for early arrivals, which made the whole experience stress-free. The neighborhood is charming, peaceful, and very safe, with plenty of local character. It's conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation, Osaka Castle, and even a grocery store, which made getting around and stocking up on essentials a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a great location. Would definitely stay here again!
