GWに大人２人、子供１人の家族で宿泊しました
ベッドはシングル２台の部屋でしたが、チェックインしたら、部屋にもう一組布団を敷いてくれていました
気づかいが素晴らしかったです
トイレが完全に別になっているのが嬉しいです

歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、かみそり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、くし、ウォッシュ用タオル、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、ドライヤーなど、ひと通りの物が揃っております

キッチンにはＩＨコンロがひとつ
電気ケトル、食器類、包丁、スポンジ、洗剤もあって自炊可能(まな板あったか忘れました)

洗面所に洗濯機(確か乾燥機能もあったような？)が設置してあり、一階のアメニティコーナーにジェルボールが置いてあります

近くにセブンイレブン、スーパーの「LIFE　ライフ」があるので食事には困りません

家で過ごす時と同じような感覚で滞在できたのが良かったです

受付は外国人スタッフなので、日本が初めての方にもおすすめです

立地は良い、京阪線の天満橋に徒歩5分内、京都や奈良に行くのも便利。周りもとても静かである。フロントのサービスもいい。浴室の掃除はそこまで綺麗ではなっかた以外、満足でした

周辺にスーパーがあって、大阪のお惣菜を楽しむことができました。食器や包丁などの最低限の調理器具はあったのがとても嬉しかったです。
お部屋も綺麗でした。ドラム式洗濯機が置いてあり、エントランスにあるジェルボールも使ってよかったので連泊にはすごく助かりました！
素敵な宿泊をできました、ありがとうございました！

大阪ステイ

天満宮、大阪城に歩いて行けるロケーションが最高。静かだし、お部屋も快適。お風呂は普通ですがきれいに清掃されているし、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープも揃っていて言う事無し。スタッフの方も爽やかでよかったです。ベランダに椅子もあり竿もありました。私たちは調理しなかったけどキッチンに２人分の食器、簡単な調理器具もありよかった。お勧めです。

借りた部屋には洗濯乾燥機もあり、ロビーの近くのアメニティーには洗濯ジェルボールが置いてあったりして良かったです！
あと、トイレとベッドのある部屋は遠くて私には凄く良かったです。

Great size apartment. Well equipped. Washing machine was very useful. Staff are all super nice. Good location.

Some drawbacks. The bed is pretty uncomfortable, pillows are hard and only parts of the building are air conditioned so the rooms don’t cool down that much. We had lots of banging and crashing around from one of the apartments above us that went on until after midnight.

非常推薦!!!

第一次入住公寓式飯店，比一般的商旅好太多了~
我有足夠的空間整理行李，採光也很棒~
如果自己需要加熱些食物或是洗衣都很方便
周遭也很安靜，離地鐵也不遠，非常推薦這裡!!
唯一的缺點是吹風機不夠熱，我短髮要吹乾要花上一點時間!!

Small but comfortable and well-situated. Only frustration was there was only 1 key for 2 people, which complicated logistics. Very nice stay otherwise!

附近有全家和7-11還有LIFE超市
重點是有洗脫烘衣機就是方便
飯店一樓有提供洗衣球
每天回來都可以洗衣服真的超便利😂

這裡沒有設置吸煙室
所以對於要抽煙的人士會辛苦一些😆

有陽台
雖然浴室不大但廁所是獨立出來的
也有流理台、微波爐、IH爐。

房間大小還行
不會像連鎖飯店那麼小
可以同時開兩個大行李箱和一個登機箱
人還可以自由走動👍
還有那個冰箱真的很大👍
隔音方面表現的也相當不錯

我們只有第一天和最後一天有碰到服務人員
雖然語言不通但服務人員都挺親切的
入住也是很迅速就完成入住
個人覺得cp值不錯

剩下的就讓還在猶豫中的你們自己開箱體驗😆

Nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Washer/dryer 2-in-1. Kitchenette with cooking utensils. Refrigerator and separate freezer. Shower area with tub you can soak in. Lots of nice little touches that show how much they care about your stay. Mr Dar, who checked me in, was very helpful and friendly. He is from Kashmir and spoke quite good English.

The apartment is located away from the main roads but not too far away. There's a children's playground nearby and a grocery store. The train station is also quite close. The whole atmosphere is like that of a quiet neighborhood instead of a hotel along side busy roads. A short walking distance away is Nakanoshima rose garden, which is on a river sandbar. I was so lucky to come up on it at this time of year when the roses are in bloom.

The apartment was super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having access to a balcony was also great, as we could just relax with a beer at the end of each day. The reception staff that we encountered were all excellent. The neighbourhood was like an quiet oasis. It was lovely to come back to a quiet peaceful neighbourhood, after a hectic day of sightseeing and shopping. Plenty of dining options nearby. Temmabashi Station was within 5 minutes walk. Kitahama Station was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. A largish supermarket - Life Tenjinbashi (2nd floor for the comfort food and decent alcohol section) is also within 5 minutes walk (towards Kitahama Station). Overall we had a great time at Yksi Stay and Apartment and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Charming place, the reception staff are super kind and helpful. The location is superb and easy to do day trips around Nara, Kobe, as well as the city centre in Osaka, is literally around 10 minutes by subway. The room is spacious and has multiple functions, very quiet during the night even though the building faces a local residential street.
Will come back again!

Great Value Stay in Osaka – Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at yksi STAY & APARTMENT OSAKA. It’s affordable yet offers so much more than many other places I’ve stayed in Japan. The place is new, clean, safe, and surprisingly spacious.

One of the best parts was having a washing machine, microwave, and a small kitchen – such a plus for travelers! I especially loved the convenience of the washing machine; it’s so nice to have fresh clothes during the trip.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which made everything even smoother. There’s a 7-Eleven and a supermarket nearby, so grabbing essentials was easy.

It’s not right next to a subway station, but it’s still walkable and well worth the extra steps for the comfort and value you get. I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit Osaka!

he apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the luggage storage available for early arrivals, which made the whole experience stress-free. The neighborhood is charming, peaceful, and very safe, with plenty of local character. It's conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation, Osaka Castle, and even a grocery store, which made getting around and stocking up on essentials a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft, zentral und trotzdem ruhig!
Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voller Charme, top gepflegt und sehr komfortabel.Personal super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Alle Items die Mensch so braucht sind vohanden & gratis…sogar Wäschepods. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

세탁기가 있어서 매일 밤 빨래를^^

곧 중학생되는 아이와 여행이었는데 세탁기에 건조기능까지 한번에 되서 넘 편했어요. 리셉션에 세제가 있어서 매일 한개씩 가지고 와서 사용했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 룸컨디션도 좋았지만 조금 추웠어요. 이것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다♡

숨은 오사카 숙박 명소

왠만한 4성급 호텔과 비견해도 나쁘지 않습니다. 일단 보통일본 숙소들이 너무 좁은데 여긴 일단 넓습니다. 그리고 냉장고와 전자레인지, 인덕션 프라이팬 접시 등이 있어 간단한 음식 해먹기도 좋습니다. 일단 방이 넓은게 너무 좋고, 직원은 간단한 영어로 소통할 수 있으면 전혀 문제없습니다.

Very good apartment hotel with necessary amenities in the room. Spacious too. The most convenient for us is that there’s a washing plus dryer (2 in one) machine in the hotel room. We need not to hang clothes after washing so save time and energy after a day’s tour. It’s also close to train stations, two convenient stores and a big supermarket. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we visit Osaka next time.

Unexpectedly nice space. Having the kitchen was a huge plus, as we were looking to have a couple of lower cost (and veggie heavy) meals. Laundry in-suite also - if doing a longer trip, would recommend this place to break up the cycle of eating out and the convenience of cleaning your clothes. Affordable and convenient - close to Osaka palace, close to metro stops and grocery store a couple of blocks away.

Location is excellent just 5 mins walk from tenmabashi (train and metro) station/shopping mall. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and direct train to Koyoto are available right there. Aircon (warm air), hot water bath etc. are all working fine. Washing machine with optional/adjustable drying function is great, too.

The only thing I don't like is the mattress and pillows......especially the pollows are too hard.

Highly recommend.

Our stay at yksi STAY & APARTMENT OSAKA was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and our room was not only spacious and spotless but also fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist us. When we were struggling to get to the airport with all our luggage, they kindly booked a taxi for us at the last minute – a real lifesaver!
