部屋もとても過ごしやすく、シックな雰囲気で非常に快適でした。
朝食もとても美味しく、特に筑前煮とチョコデニッシュがおかわりするほど美味しかったです。
部屋の照明のスイッチがわかりづらく、そこだけ少し狼狽えました。
スタッフさんも男女国関係なく非常に丁寧でした。

立地条件、アクセスの良さからすると抜群！ネット環境も問題なし！ただ、駅からホテルまでの道々、デイユースメイン？と思われるホテルが乱立していて、こういう界隈にあるんだ、とちょっとドン引き。
もしかすると住所から推察すべきだったか⁉その点は私の反省点。
ホテルマンの対応はすばらしく、とても気持ちよく滞在させていただいたものの、排水溝からの香りがちょっと気になり、結局シャワーは使わずにお暇しました。
お部屋に、冷蔵庫はありましたが、ケトルなどの用意はなく、お部屋の作りからしても、朝お部屋でゆっくり、はちょっと厳しい感じです。
昨今ホテルの値段が高騰している中で、このアクセスの良さ！仕方ないのはわかるのですが素泊まり一名、2万円を優に超えていてこれか。。。とちょっと寂しい気持ちになりました。
申し訳ないのですが、このままの状態が続くようでしたら次回は別のホテルを探してみようと思います。

4泊5日で出張の際に利用。
気になる点は今後の宿泊検討者のために挙げたものの、特に気にはならない。

夕食は13階のレストランを21時頃に1回利用。
ご飯は味に対して少し高い気がするがうまい。

朝食は12階にあるが、睡眠を優先した結果、最後まで利用すること無く終わってしまい堪能できずじまい…。朝7時からしかやっていないので、もう少し早くからやっていたらなあと思いました。だからといって利用できたのかどうかは不明。（朝弱すぎ問題）

滞在中は非常に快適で、経由地としての宿泊でも、疲れを癒してくれると思う。ペントハウススイートは高い天井と素晴らしい見晴らし、部屋のデザインもカッコいいと思います。雨天時に吹抜けの天井がガラス窓のため、雨の音が気になる人には、唯一向かないかもしれません。

朝ごはんが充実している。
何気に日中や夜間のレストランの食事（有料）もおいしいので、侮るなかれ。
最上階のスイートルームは、アーバンな非日常を味わいたい方には、非常にオススメしたい。お風呂の設備は周辺の高級ホテルと同等かそれを超える。
部屋の質やアメニティ、備え付けのお茶・コーヒー・エスプレッソが完備されていることを考慮すれば、コスパはいいのではないか。
海外のお客様の利用が多いので、ホテル内はかなりインターナショナル。

部屋のアメニティーの封が切られてた。
清掃時にチェックはしてないのだろうか？

廊下に所々ゴミが落ちている。

バーの定員の応対力の低さ。
案内するまでかなり待たされたし、後から来たお客さんを先に案内した。
もし予約者だとしても、一言声かけがあってもいかとおもいます。
会計も頼んでからかなり待たされた。
帰り際もありがとうございましたひとこともない。
目の前の事しか見えてないのかと思った。
かなり残念な施設だった。

チェックアウトが大行列です。先に支払いを済ませているのに、いろいろな用途のお客と同じ一列に並ぶことになります。
洗濯物を預ける人、タクシーを呼ぶ人、少し早いチェックインで荷物を預ける人、チェックアウトに支払いがある人（稀にルームサービスなどで追加支払い）、チェックイン時に既に支払い済みで、ただカードキーのみ返却する人。
何かボックスにキーを入れて終わりなど工夫をしないと、貴重な時間が奪われます。

The hotel is ok, somewhat beat up, very small, if you plan to shop a lot I wouldn’t stay here, didn’t have enough space for luggage and all the shopping. I felt a little overwhelmed in the room itself. The area is shady at night, lots of nightlife. Probably not the area i would stay in again. The hotel is ok for a quick 2-3 day trip if you don’t plan to do much.

The hotel was really cute, they had a cafe and restaurant and rooftop bar with a beautiful view. Our room was cleaned everyday and the beds were super comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy and they let us leave our suitcases in the lobby even though it was check out time but we had time to kill before our flight. I would stay here again!

Though this hotel is in Kabukicho, it never sounded like it was. The hotel is exactly what you’d imagine for a Tokyo hotel—clean, efficient, with smaller economy rooms. After all, Tokyo is out there, not in the hotel room. We had no problems with our stay whatsoever!

Daha önce kaldığım hiçbir otelde oksijensiz kalmamıştım. pencereyi sadece görüntü için koymuşlar Sabit açılmaz. Birde 23 m2 diye satılan oda 15 m2 yi geçmiyordu. Temizlik sadece havlu ve çarşaflarda iyiydi fakat oda temizlik istememize rağmen toz içindeydi. Konumu ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. çalışanları samimi ve güleryüzlüydü

The Grandbell Hotel Shinjuku is a good, safe, and modern hotel, but it sits right on the edge of Kabukichō, which is Japan’s largest nightlife entertainment district. It’s a mix of tourists, bars, neon lights, nightclubs, promoters, hostesses, and love hotels. It’s not unsafe, but it definitely has a nighttime atmosphere that feels very different from the rest of Tokyo.

Despite how Kabukichō looks:
•There is no violence
•There is no crime targeting tourists
•No one is going to bother you
•There is no physical danger walking at night
•Police patrol the area constantly

It is not a dangerous neighborhood. The Grandbell is located in a kind of “middle zone”:
•About 3–5 minutes from the quiet Shinjuku Gyoen side
•About 3–5 minutes from the brighter, busier Kabukichō area

You will not see explicit behavior, harassment, danger, or anything aggressive.
Japan is extremely strict about public conduct.

Das Shinjuku Granbell Hotel hat mich insgesamt eher mittelmäßig überzeugt. Man merkt, dass das Hotel inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – sowohl an der Einrichtung als auch an einigen kleineren Abnutzungsspuren. Zudem hätte es stellenweise sauberer sein können, insbesondere in den Zimmern.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage in Shinjuku. Jedoch entspricht das Hotel nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die man bei diesem Preisniveau haben könnte. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es in Ordnung, für längere Reisen würde ich mich jedoch nach einer frischeren und besser gepflegten Alternative umsehen.

Overall, it's an ok room, we didn't pay for anything big or nice, so the room was what we payed for. It was a decent size room, since all hotels in Japan have pretty small rooms, it was decently clean, but it did smell a little weird at first. Other than that, when we first arrived, the front desk staff right away told us if we're checking in or out, to do it in the computer and follow the steps, which was pretty simple, but didn't really have an interaction with the staff (which is nice). They changed the towels daily and provide new items for the shower, unless you have a DND sign, they will go into your room for that, so be mindful of this, especially if you want to sleep in. The hotel is located in a decent area as well, fairly close to most everything, so it's nice.

I have stayed at his hotel several times over the past decade, the last time being about 4 years ago. This will be my last time doing so. The upkeep has diminished significantly and the staff are not what I expect from any hotel in Japan, much less one at this price point. From the mattress needing obvious replacement, the smells, and thing like furniture literally falling apart it’s not what it once was.

Very average for the price. This was the second place we stayed in Tokyo and was the more expensive which made us think it might be nicer or at least on par with where we stayed previously, but it was not.

Smaller, not as polite and not as clean. This is not to say it was dirty, but after paying more for this place it was a surprise.

The last place we stayed which was cheaper for a bigger, cleaner and friendlier place was the Via Inn around the corner. Will go there instead next time for sure.

If you get this place for cheap then yea do it, but don’t make our mistake and think the price reflects the quality.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer im 14ten Stock. Es war geräumig und komfortabel. Schade ist nur, das man den Laptop nicht an den Fernseher anschließen kann. Jeden Tag gab es 2 Fladchen Wein und Wasser gratis.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht so gut. Überraschenderweise, da das Hotel sonst einen super Eindruck macht. Die Gutscheine für das Frühstück kann man aber im kleinen Café unten auch einlösen. Somit gab es trotzdem einen Kaffee und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen am Morgen. Das Hotel überzeugt weiterhin von seiner super Lage. Man hat etliche U-Bahn und Bahnstationen schnell erreicht.

We loved this hotel - perfect for our first stay in Tokyo! The hotel was lovely, staff were super friendly and our room was perfect, with a great view over the city. I've heard that the rooms can be a little small in this hotel, so we opted for an Executive Double, and it was fantastic. We even had a sofa, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The hotel even has vending machines and free umbrella rental, which really helped us acclimatise to a new city!

This was my fourth hotel I’ve stayed at in Shinjuku over the years, and it’s hands down the best one so far. Check-in was immediate (four hours early!), rooftop bar was cool, and the room itself was cozy.

Loved this place. Small and compact room but was so comfortable for 1 person. Bathroom was small but well specced out. Loved this hotel and the location was 10 minutes to Shinjuku main station and other subway stations around. Bus was also 5 minutes away to go to Shibuya/Harajuku

Bath not even big enough to fully sit in, and no separate shower. Bathroom tiny.
Service poor, I asked for clean cups (because they left our cups dirty when partially cleaning our room) and they made me go downstairs to reception to get them myself
We actually had another 2 days booked here for later in the week but we cancelled them and booked another hotel, I've never done this before
This does not remotely seem like a 4* hotel, even 3* is a push
