研修中のスタッフの方の対応がとても良く
良い気分で滞在する事が出来ました。
ありがとうございました。
他者の口コミで騒音が気になるとありましたが
今回のお部屋は10階でしたので
全く外の騒音は気になりませんでした。
朝焼けが窓からとてもよく見え
眺望も素晴らしかったです。
朝ごはんもおしゃれで美味しかったですね。
もう少し子供が食べるものが有ればありがたいですが、需要と供給のバランスですかね。
ありがとうございました。

客室の清潔さが素晴らしかった。
ホテルのバスルームでゆっくりできたのは久しぶりでした。
ホテル内のベーカリー店がもう少し早くオープンしていたらなぁと思いました。
また滞在したいホテルです。

ホテル自体がまだ新しいので、部屋も共用部もとてもきれいです。
この価格帯のホテルでは珍しいバストイレが別々で、さらに独立洗面台だったのがとても良かったです。
その分だけベットルームが狭いのでホテルでゆっくりしたい人は要注意です。
朝食のコスパはとても良いと思います。
パンにこだわっているようでパンの種類は豊富でどれも美味しかったです。
ご飯とみそ汁は無いので、ご飯派の人は要注意です。
隣のビルの1階にセブンイレブン、徒歩5分以内に、ファミマもローソンもスーパーもありますが、それ以外に飲食店は目に付きませんでした。

新しくて室内外共にとても綺麗なホテルでした。
バス・トイレ・洗面台が別で使い勝手が良かったです。
ただ、バスタブが少し狭かったのが唯一の残念なポイントでした。
フロントロビーのアメニティコーナーが他のホテルに比べて充実していました！
とても快適に過ごせました。

アメニティが充実していて、部屋は清潔。とても良かったです。
ただ外の車が走る音が少し気になりました。
朝食は種類豊富なパンや料理、フルーツが彩りよく並べられ選ぶのが楽しかったし、とても美味しかったです。

豊洲PITでLIVEがあったため、宿泊させていただきました。
館内はとても清潔で、お部屋も綺麗です。スタッフの方々は、早朝から夜間通して親切丁寧な対応をしていただけました！また、アメニティが豊富です。
立地も良く次も利用させていただきたいです。
夜にご飯を食べに行こうと思っていましたが、22時に閉まる店が多く、遅くまで空いているお店も満席でした。居酒屋などが無いと言う点で星4個です。（だから治安がよく 静かなのかな？）少し歩けば、月島もんじゃが食べられます。

場所とバスタブ以外はマイナスな所はありませんでした。

オープン3日目の為、全てピカピカで気分よく宿泊できました。朝食もパンなど種類が多くとても美味しかったです。
フロント前にたくさんの入浴剤があったのでいくつか部屋に持っていき肝心のバスタブですが、通常より短めで足を伸ばしての入浴とはなりませんでした。
しかしシャワーヘッドはリファでした。
ドライヤーもリファでした。
1階にパン屋がありますが、売り切れ次第終了の為、チェックイン後の15時過ぎに行きましたが、すでに閉まっておりました。チェックアウト後の11時に行ってみましたが、種類はそこそこありましたが、数量があまりなかったので、買いたい方は午前中にいかれたほうがいいと思います。
アクセスですが今の所は駅まで多少歩く必要があります。私は運動を兼ねて豊洲千客万来 まで歩いて行きました。

The hotel is a good quiet area for family-oriented travelers. Staff is very accommodating to requests, even with a language barrier. Room is spotless, and well-kept, though room services request must be made each day to get trash picked up. Would recommend, and we look forward to staying here on our next visit to Tokyo.

這是一間整體都不錯的一間飯店,這是我第二次入住了,飯店還是一如既往的乾淨且友善,交通便利,走路約10分鐘內可以到地下鐵,公車站約3分鐘只要過一條馬路就到了,附近除了有3間超商外,還有一間超市,非常的便利,但是我認為check in的時間可以在再加快一些,這次我check in的時間超過10分鐘,除此之外一切都很美好,謝謝。

Spotless and like new interior, great location within very short walk to the mall with many dining options, 7eleven, public transport, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

Cleaners were great. Front counter staff checked us in and did not give any information on amenities including the breakfast. Went for breakfast and was almost turned away. Breakfast sign was until 10 but staff removed it by 930.

No ac In room and small portable unit did not work well.

For a new hotel, bad shower set up and awful gym facility. Do not recommend and won’t be back.

I had store my luggage at the hotel , when I go back to pick up the luggages, I ask the staff at parking entrance that could I park my car at the loading zone just for a few minutes to go pick up my luggage , the staff don’t let park there and the same time is raining heavily! Or be can give us some advice that we could park in the parking garage but he just say no with a bad attitude! And I had tell the front desk what happen but then I I receive a message that asked me to understand them that is a business loading zone whatever ! Who understand me raining heavily and Walk so far to pick up the luggage’s!

The ROOMS are super smaller than pictured. Definitely given cruise ship quality. The staff wasn’t informative or helpful. Research is definitely needed if you’re looking to book. The bed was the worst. SUPER HARD.

Side-note: The hotel is absolutely beautiful designed & the decor is gorgeous. Warm blues & gold flowing throughout. Great for pictures ONLY. Will not recommend

Loved my stay here! Everything was super clean, staff were really nice — there was housekeeping at 1pm everyday! It was so nice and we were pretty close to the city by drive!

The hotel is very pretty and clean. I particularly enjoy the digital view of the laundry room to determine when a load is done. Convenience 7-11 near the hotel. Very beautiful interior.

Tons of space (easy to open 2 suitcases), great layout, and nice design. The separate bath and toilet made a huge difference and felt like an apartment/home.

前天住豪華雙床房覺得很滿意，但這次入住轉角房，原本是覺得付較高的房價可以享受更舒適的空間。結果轉角房隔音很差，也許是因為有四片玻璃，外面是非常大的馬路也許是通往豐洲的幹道，大卡車非常多幾乎整晚吵到無法休息。隔日由8樓換到12樓依然有交通的噪音，但比8樓好多了。因此不建議加價住轉角房，很可惜房間本身很不錯，但隔音太差。。，

房間乾淨整潔，備品充足可在櫃檯拿取。雪肌精的洗卸保養非常好用，屬於比較進階的保養組。房間大小在東京是十分難得的寬敞豪華雙床房住起來很滿意。附近不靠近任何地鐵站，但飯店門口有公車可快速到達築地、，銀座及東京站。

Room clean, love the coffee machine. Location great as the subway is about 10 min away but even better is the bus stop right outside the hotel with a bus to Tokyo station Yaesu entrance which is the Shinkansen side! 7/11 next door. Lovely helpful staff

Room is great but check-in was a struggle. The gentleman was lovely but struggled to understand a request we had multiple times due to language barrier (we’d paid for breakfast but couldn’t have it due to an early flight, and we asked if they could supply a breakfast box. This is not the fault of the individual but this is a hotel with international guests. There were three staff members and none could assist - in fact one almost seemed grumpy. Again this is not the fault of the kind staff member that checked us in, but the hotel should have a mix of staff that can assist with speaking English in such a hotel. In the end we were left without any breakfast but it was more the barrier of trying to explain our request.

It's a newer hotel with very clean rooms. The location is fairly good with a short walk to the subway station. Not too far from HND by taxi, either. The 24-hr coin laundry is also very clean and well maintained. We are only a bit disappointed not seeing Japanese breakfast in the morning.

Das Hotel ist fast neu und die Ausstattung in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist stets präsent und erfüllte auch Sonderwünsche. Das Parken ist die preiswerteste Variante in der Umgebung. Einfahrt an der Rückseite des Hotels. Im Hotel ist es trotz der belebten Straßen ruhig. Münzwaschmaschinen und zentrale Mikrowelle sind sauber. Gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein Businesskomplex mit vielen Restaurants. 3 Supermärkte innerhalb von 100m. Mit dem Bus vor dem Hotel ist die City einfach zu erreichen. Zum Entspannen empfehle ich einen Spaziergang am Ufer 300m nördlich des Hotels. Meinen Dank an die Angestellten in Küche, Rezeption und Service.

Best Hotel Ever for our Family!

We stayed 5 nights here with our 2 young children and we could not be happier. All the staff knew us and they were always so friendly and gave our children so much attention.

Their breakfast buffet is to die for. Best hotel breakfast buffet we’ve ever experienced. They have so many drink options with variety of coffees and teas, juices, smoothies, Japanese drinks, and more. They have dried fruits and nuts, fresh honey straight off a honeycomb, fresh hot pancakes, different syrups and jams, bakery items, etc. I can go on.

We stayed in a larger corner room with 2 twins that we could squish together to make a king, which was perfect for us. The bedding was so thick and fluffy. They also provided a crib for our baby. The bathroom had 2 sinks and tons of counter space and shelves.

We have been spoiled at this hotel and we miss it so much! We are now in a different hotel in Kyoto that we paid more per night for and it is nowhere near as good. Even with their luxury room, there is no counter space in the bathroom, the bedding is extremely thin, the breakfast is so much worse , and they charge you for every little thing. At this Premier Hotel in Tokyo, we were not charged extra for a crib or breakfasts for our children (5 &1), and our room fridge was restocked daily.

World class service and hotel! We will be back for sure!!

I booked the wide double twin bed room and it looked little on the smaller side. But I think that is the case with other hotels in the area as well. But overall stay was great. Their breakfast spread was great as well with lot of options however would really appreciate if they can have few more vegetarian options in warm breakfast section. Other feedback would be to rotate the breakfast menu as it remains same through out the week. I stayed for about a week and was bored of the breakfast by 3rd day.

The breakfast is great, a lot of choices, but, for the first time in visiting 80 countries, the staff made us wait and the buffet hour was finish some little time after... We felt rushed and that was annoying considering the cost of the breakfast. The rooms are standard for Japan, a bit overpriced. It is well located, near the bay.

The room is comfortable (bigger than I expected). Staff are friendly. Outside of the center downtown, but with easy access to all places (a bus stop is just outside the hotel).
