場所とバスタブ以外はマイナスな所はありませんでした。

オープン3日目の為、全てピカピカで気分よく宿泊できました。朝食もパンなど種類が多くとても美味しかったです。
フロント前にたくさんの入浴剤があったのでいくつか部屋に持っていき肝心のバスタブですが、通常より短めで足を伸ばしての入浴とはなりませんでした。
しかしシャワーヘッドはリファでした。
ドライヤーもリファでした。
1階にパン屋がありますが、売り切れ次第終了の為、チェックイン後の15時過ぎに行きましたが、すでに閉まっておりました。チェックアウト後の11時に行ってみましたが、種類はそこそこありましたが、数量があまりなかったので、買いたい方は午前中にいかれたほうがいいと思います。
アクセスですが今の所は駅まで多少歩く必要があります。私は運動を兼ねて豊洲千客万来 まで歩いて行きました。

Lovely hotel great for multi-generational family

The hotel was excellent. We were a family of three (grandma, mom and teen son) so we got the adjoining twin rooms. Beautiful facility with an excellent breakfast. Great location as it wasn’t in the thick of things but easy to get to Ginza and other parts of Tokyo by bus or taxi.

Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación. Prácticamente nuevo. Mi única observación es que no tiene espacio suficiente (cajones o closets) para guardar la ropa. El buffet de desayuno es excelente!

We had excellent experience overall. The rooms and property is in excellent condition. Th location is very convenient, in between Ginza and Toyoso, we could move around very easily. The breakfast was super good!!! We had wonderful time staying at this facility..

Extend your breakfast hours

Recently stayed at the hotel after a 16 hour flight. My only concern was the breakfast. Advertised throughout hotel that breakfast is open till 10. Family was turned away at 9:35. Reason was that the breakfast was closed due to last service at 9:30. When we replied that’s ok we will just have toast and cereal, the girl on the front desk said no we are closed and the family had to find other food options. The check in process also lacked information that is important for stay for tousits. Things like here is a map. This is where the hotel is. This is where you catch the bus. This is where you catch the train. This is your closest food options or restaurants. Just a very high level check in was provided such as here is your key what is your credit card etc.

Excelente alojamiento. Viajamos con 2 niños y buscaba un hotel donde hubiera camas para todos porque los sofás cama suelen ser muy incómodos y con 11 y 14 años ya no duermen bien. La idea de las habitaciones comunicadas es genial y teníamos espacio para todos. Con 2 baños y 4 camas. Además súper cómodas. Excelente servicio de habitaciones. Zona agradable. Un poco lejos de la zona turística pero compensaba la comodidad del espacio. Las dos pegas que le puedo poner... las cortinas no aislan nada y en cuanto amanece la luz te despierta si eres de esos. A las 5.15 de la mañana ya estaba entrando sol y ha sido muy molesto.
El check in es a partir de las 15. Cuándo llegamos, reventados después de 24 horas de viaje, nuestra habitación ya estaba lista pero para acceder a las 13.45 nos hicieron pagar 4400 yenes (unos 26€). No sé si será común aquí pero para nuestras costumbres no es adecuado que te cobren si la habitación ya está lista a la llegada.
Recomendaría sin duda el hotel pero yo misma no podría repetir por la falta de aislamiento de la luz.

This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in so far. I have been to Japan many times and stayed at many different hotels and hands down to premier hotel-cabin president tokyo. The hotel is located near Tsukiji market and about 40 mins from downtown Tokyo but still conveniently located near public transportations. The hotel is really nice and the bed is very comfortable. The vicinity itself is super clean and talking about room size, it’s pretty big and roomy. The bathroom is very spacious and the amenities are high quality. The breakfast was amazing. It’s consist of mostly western style, lots of bread pastries options, drink option, cereal bar with jam and preserve bar and salad bar. It’s like eating at a fine dining restaurant. The front desk associates are very helpful and English friendly. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending for sure

This property is fairly new, very clean, great service overall. Rooms were also fairly spacious - I’d say the only thing was that there were limited options for dining quite close by. And although our family doesn’t mind long treks, after a day on the subway and 6+ miles of walking, we ended up many times just grabbing food at 7 11.

The property is on the outskirts of the main shop and city attractions. However right outside the door of the hotel is the city bus and bus 501 takes you to Tokyo station within 7 minutes. And from there you can go to anywhere in Tokyo. We had a connecting room that was great for our group of two adults and 2 teenagers. We each had our own room and more importantly our own bathroom. The breakfast was OKAY nothing to brag about but it did the job. I coming back to Tokyo I would definitely stay here again.

我來東京三次都住這間酒店，前兩次我覺得房客與客服人員素質都不錯，今年這次住房讓我覺得不知道是不是有接團體客人，讓我覺得房客素養都變的很差，飯店大廳接待人員沒什麼笑容，如果飯店少接團客我還會來拜訪

Very good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The room service was great, and even when opting out of room service for a day, you still get clean towels and bottled water. Good connection to public transport: there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, nearest metro station is around 10 minutes away by foot. The only downside is that the hotel is on a quite large intersection, and you can get disturbed by loud cars (emergency vehicles, cars with loud exhaust) if you are a light sleeper.

Nice and clean hotel in the good location

Good location if doesn’t want to stay in the too busy and noisy area, quite but very convenient, steps away from the bus stop or 8 minutes walk to the subway station. The hotel offers free coffee and tea pods at the reception area so can make you own coffee at any time. It also offers facial and bath soaking kits. The room is in a decent size and we have a connecting room for 4 people, that has two bathrooms, worked perfectly for the “busy” hours without fighting :)

Me encantó este hotel, es nuevo y muy lindo y limpio todo es bonito. Las camas muy cómodas. Las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y muy acogedoras. Excelente ubicación, una zona muy moderna y tranquila. Lo mejor el
Desayuno un buffet buenísimo!! Las amenidades que te regalan increíbles también, desde mascarillas faciales, hasta parches para dolor muscular!!

I had a great experience during my stay in Tokyo. The rooms were surprisingly large for Japan, very clean, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a bit pricey at $23 USD per day, especially since the selection didn’t change much, but the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. While there’s no designated taxi pickup area, the hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the nearest train station, and there’s a bus stop right outside. I’d definitely stay here again!

Just outside city center

A very pleasant stay with helpful staff and a high degree of cleaning. It's located in an office area so if you want to stay in the town center, this is not for you. For us though, it was nice with an 8 min stroll to the subway, 15-18 min walk to Ginza or 15 min bus ride close to Tokyo Station. All in all a very pleasant 4 star hotel just outside the city center.

This was a great hotel option for staying in Tokyo. Upon arrival, the staff was english speaking which made check in and check out super easy. It appeared many of the staff was multilingual and other languages could be spoken as well.

The room itself was also very spacious, we were a party of 3 and chose a connected twin room. There was plenty of space to put our luggages down. The only downside was the pillows provided were not the most comfortable.

The area is quiet and is a nice walk to a water view. Though a little far from areas like Shibuya/Shinjuku/Asakusa. But in terms of transportation, there is subway access which is a 5-8 min walk and there is also access to buses right upfront of the hotel.

Additionally the bottom of the hotel has a 24hr 7/11 which was great for whenever we needed a quick snack either early in the morning or late at night.

We stayed for 6 nights and this hotel included a shared laundry facility. I felt very safe using it and leaving it unattended as you can set a security pin to prevent anyone else from opening it. Additionally you can check the status of it from your hotel room tv. The downside is the dryer wasn't very effective despite drying my clothes twice. We ended up having to hang the clothes within our hotel room.

As we were staying multiple nights, we were provided with daily room cleaning services, the staff was amazing and it was lovely to come back after a long day to a clean room with new towels and a made bed.

It was a lovely hotel and the hotel staff were very helpful. The location was convenient with a bus stop close by and a short walk from the station. The only minor issue was a constant draft sound coming through the door which was annoying. Also, despite being on the 12th floor, the ventilation system would bring in the smell from the restaurant in the mornings.
