夜中に着いたんですが出入口が閉まっていて入れない？って思ったんですが夜間のセキュリティがしっかりしてるだけでした。男性のスタッフがとても（私をバカだと思ってる？ってくらい）丁寧に説明してくれた。自由に飲める飲み物があって良かった。部屋も凄く綺麗でした。ただ１つだけ嫌だったのが風呂場のシャワーカーテン。カビ臭くて息するのしんどかった。それ以外は本当に快適でした。

フロントスタッフへ、荷物を預ける際に、割れ物が入っているため気をつけて欲しい事を伝えたが返事がなかった。また、2名宿泊なのに1人分の枕やタオルだった。フロントへの連絡にも部屋に電話が備え付けられておらず、再度８階の部屋から1階へ降りてフロントへ伝えるなど不便な点がいくつかあった。

荷物の預かりサービスが有難い

ホテルが新しい建物で、綺麗で清潔感があり、コーヒーや紅茶のサービスもよかったです。

チェックアウト後に、出張用の荷物の預かりサービスも無料で、とても助かりました。

The hotel was in a great location, next to Iidabashi station which has great links and is only a short commute from each area of Tokyo, central for such a big city.
It was also spotlessly clean and quiet.
The main positive of this hotel are the staff. Every staff member is very friendly, polite and helpful.
Unfortunately I caught flu A on New Year’s Day, and Raden organised a doctors appointment at an international clinic, and continued to check on my wellbeing every time my husband was in and out of the hotel for food etc. I am so grateful for Raden’s help organising my appointment, he went above and beyond what he needed to do. He also helped us with the luggage forwarding forms which took him some time to organise, calling ahead to our next hotel. I hope Hop Inn know how lucky they are to have Raden and Sabrina.
Sabrina was very friendly and always smiling.

There are many positives about this hotel. In fact, I don’t have any negatives. The location is great, right next to Iidabashi Station which is very well connected with JR and subway lines. I struggled to find a hotel in Tokyo because there are so many areas to choose from, but this was definitely a great choice and we will return.
The rooms are on the larger size for Tokyo standards and are comfortable enough for two people. The rooms were also very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s a small hotel, therefore we did not have any issues with noise. Outside there is traffic noise, but this is minimal and only to be expected in a city.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Sabrina was lovely and always smiling and helpful. Raden organised our luggage transfer, and also organised a doctors appointment for me as I caught flu A. He really went beyond what was necessary and organised everything for us. Over the next few days he continued to check how I was.
It really was a home from home here, and I hope the hotel chain knows how lucky they are to have the staff that they do.

For the price of the room the quality was kinda poor. Rooms walls, shower curtain, TV remote were dirty. Bed was so squeaky. Kinda disappointed. Paid half the price for all other places stayed and were FAR better. Only positive thing was free coffee. Staff were nice. Check in and check out process easy.

Helpful staff and nice sized room. About 5 minute walk from main station entrance which is good or you can use the lift entrance which is a little closer. Nice amount of amenities. Overall happy with stay!

We stay here for around 5 nights, the room was ok, average size (small but it is normal size in Tokyo). The area wasn't too crowded and the staff was nice. The only thing I would complain is that they only clean the rooms every 4 days, so after a week they only clean out room once.

L'établissement est idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la bouche de métro. Il est à proximité de la gare de Tokyo. À proximité de l'hôtel, vous trouverez des konbinis et restaurants. La chambre est assez petite mais convient très bien pour un court séjour. Elle était très propre. Tous les équipements sont à disposition, à l'accueil de l'hôtel, vous pouvez vous servir en thé, café, coton, brosse à dents, bonnet de bain ... une machine à laver et également à disposition au rez de chaussée. Le personnel est très agréable. Je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement.

Bedsheets, pillows, carpet,,, such as well maintenance and in order to use. We are couple from Sydney are making as clean as possible, everything of items are good shape behind well we checked out. Will be staying again it’s provided competitive rate. Thanks to Wotif.
