ホテルはとても綺麗。近くにコンビニもあり申し分無し。ただし、JR迄の駅(新橋駅、有楽町駅)迄は10分以上かかるので荷物が多いとちょっと大変かも。地下鉄の駅からは近い近いと思います。

長く滞在するにあたって洗濯物を乾かせる所が欲しい (部屋の中に) (シャワー室でも良い)

綺麗でスタイリッシュで快適なホテル

新しいホテルで、綺麗。
銀座なのに大浴場もあり、お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。
場所も日比谷線、都営浅草線の東銀座駅まですぐで羽田空港からも直結、銀座までも歩いていけます。
また、銀座に泊まる時は、こちらに泊まりたいと思います。

Travelled with extended family of 3 adults and 10 year old. We got two rooms, 2 adults and a 10yo shared deluxe corner triple room, plenty space by Tokyo standards at 38sqm new and clean and lovely view of Ginza street lights Staff obliged with upper floor request level 12 and both rooms on same floor. Second room was a standard and it was also clean an comfortable and would be fine for a couple.
Staff helpful. Onsen a nice extra tough I enjoyed.
Hotel is well located just off the main Ginza shopping area, easy walk also to Tokyo Outer Fish market and easy access to Higashi- Ginza station which takes you to Asakusa. Ginza station another easy walk.
We didn’t eat at the hotel, we mainly got food from Mitsukoshi Ginza basement, ordered uber eats once and bought food in from Lawsons for my son using downstairs microwave to heat it and take to our room.
Limo bus from Narita stops directly over the road at the Marriott. We came from Haneda and caught an Uber which was less than 20 minutes. You could get a train aswell which i would now do as mote confident with train/monorail system.
Staff helpful with an easy process to send luggage on to hotel in Osaka.

I did not opt for breakfast. They have do your own laundry facilities on every other floor. Staff very professional and efficient. I was a bit peeved in the beginning because extra regular size pillows are not available when you request for them. But on a whole I would book again on our next family trip to Tokyo.

We found "blood stain" on the blanket the next day we woke up. We told the front desk, they apologized and replaced it but did not make any further explanation as if this is super common, business as usual, whereas my wife was freaking out as this would not be acceptable in America hygiene, especially when it was blood stain. I thought the Japanese has high hygiene standard. Further, when I booked the hotel, I recalled that this hotel has a gym but it doesn't.

Hotel location is great without a doubt. I have always enjoyed my stays with the Royal Park group in Tokyo, Kyoto and Fukuoka. Generally most of the staff in the group are friendly and helpful. I would say Ginza Chome -6 had some of such staff but comparing to Ginza Chome 8 the staff at Ginza Chome-6 were not as helpful and we experienced this in our previous stay as well. This stay in December 2025 we had 4 rooms for an 3 nights and the feedback from my other family members at the other rooms were sadly rather disappointing in terms of the staff attitude as they were not helpful. Having said that I think the hotel is still a good place to stay but can definitely improve on some of the staff.

None of the hospitality you’d come to expect from Japan
Cumbersome check-in process (the staff will steer you towards self-checkin via a Japanese only menu and promptly walk away ie not very useful or helpful for international visitors
Would not return as there are plenty of other options in the area within a 25m radius

Hotel was great! Easy check in and checkout. Very clean. Every day we were provided with pajamas, and the bathroom came stocked with every item you might have forgotten while traveling.

Two Lawsons and a family mart around the corner. 8 min walk to the Uniqlo flagship store on the Ginza shopping strip. 7 min walk to the main Ginza station. Staff weren’t particularly attentive nor did they ever go over and beyond what was expected. On the rare occasion where housekeeping items were required after hours, staff refused to deliver to the room and instead requested I collect the items from reception - not something I have previously come across at any hotel be they part of the Royal Park group of hotels or not.

Staff wasn’t prepared to help with restaurant booking and instead wanted us to use their “Booking Concierge” through WhatsApp. This was even after they called and the restaurant confirmed they had availability. The reason given was that restaurant had cancellation and “no show” policy (which we offered to provide credit card details). Through their Booking Concierge ( which charges ¥2,000 per pax), no mention of cancellation nor even credit card details and only the next day after reservation confirmed did they message to ask for payment. And when we were at the restaurant and asked how we could book in future, they said by phone.

The location was very convenient. Just behind Ginza six and 6 minutes walk to Metro Ginza station. Lots of eateries around the area and of course shopping heaven. Any brand you can think off they have the biggest store in Ginza area. However, if you are not into shopping it becomes monotonous. So decide what your purpose of Tokyo holiday is.

My room is considered a good size by Japan standards. I just do not like the windows see directly onto Dormy Inn’s and hence I cannot really open my window and is a shame. I feel like I am in a prison cell.

And I was allocated to the last room on the level which is a hassle to walk to elevator.

Other than location, I don’t really see myself staying here again. Hotel Groove has stunning views and it made my day everyday.

The Royal Park Hotel is located in walking distance of everything what makes Ginza: plenty of shopping opportunities, numerous good restaurants, in walking distance of the former fish market area with its seafood restaurants & the Hamarikyu Gardens, easy to get to or from Haneda Airport etc. Our room was clean and convenient. Staff was very helpful.

We stayed in a double corner room an it was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we were able to check in early, they shipped our bags to Kyoto for us. Everything was very clean, and appreciated the laundry on each floor. Centrally located to transit but not super busy or loud area. Would definitely stay again. The only issue we found was on the last day our hallway smelled like smoke even though I believe you can’t smoke there except for on one of the bottom floors. Either way, it was a great stay, and a reasonable price

Location is good if you are there for high end shopping (I wasn’t) so it was a bit out of the way for me. The area was definitely safe. The staff were so nice. We arrived very early and the staff allowed us to store our luggage until check in. The room was comfortable, the most comfortable bed out of all the locations we stayed at in Japan. The only down fall was I found a sizing sticker from clothing on the wall and a couple clumps of hair that the housekeeper missed.

Clean room and wonderful staff. A very convenient location to get around Ginza and Tokyo in general. However, the noise level facing the street is extremely loud, even in the dead of the night, random revving engines all hours. So prepare earplugs. The public bath is nice, but very small. So don't expect too much, and you'll be okay. Breakfast is adequate, but the coffee is terrible. Luckily, there are good coffee shops nearby.

Rooms are huge for Tokyo, loved having the full wet room with both shower and bath in it. Staff were incredible to deal with every time we needed to talk to them, and everyone we dealt with spoke very good English. Only critique is the thermostat has an absurdly bright green light on it that casts a glow on the whole room, but you can adjust to it pretty quick when trying to sleep.

Excellent property. We stayed in the Corner Deluxe room for three people and it offered ample space. Some street noise was heard but did not bother us as we slept peacefully due to all the walking. I would stay here again without hesitation.
