ホテルはとても綺麗。近くにコンビニもあり申し分無し。ただし、JR迄の駅(新橋駅、有楽町駅)迄は10分以上かかるので荷物が多いとちょっと大変かも。地下鉄の駅からは近い近いと思います。

綺麗でスタイリッシュで快適なホテル

新しいホテルで、綺麗。
銀座なのに大浴場もあり、お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。
場所も日比谷線、都営浅草線の東銀座駅まですぐで羽田空港からも直結、銀座までも歩いていけます。
また、銀座に泊まる時は、こちらに泊まりたいと思います。

新開幕不久的飯店，各方面硬體設備都很新穎乾淨，shower room空間很棒、水力很棒，也有各式備品，對於長頭髮女生要洗頭非常讚！
房務打掃只有換毛巾、整理床單，沒有清理垃圾桶，沒有補給礦泉水。
I will definitely come back to this facility again!

Overall, I found this hotel to be above average in terms of value for money. I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5. I stayed for a total of 6 nights.

The hotel and room were generally clean but they cut corners when it is not obvious to the eye. The side loading washing machines could use a daily clean on the insides of the rubber gasket. The sink in the room had some pink mould.

Not the hotel's fault but if you want a room that is less noisy from the random sports car or delivery trucks, request for a room away from the main road.

I found that the hotel staff are generally trying their best and if you communicate politely and be patient, you get a better outcome.

Good location in Ginza. Very clean, friendly staff and trendy design.

After a week in Japan, I found the breakfast buffet to be stark and lackluster. The property was also filled with families and children. If you’re looking for an adults-only property, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Stayed at this hotel for only one night, but would probably not stay again. Check in process is long and slow and room had a certain musty smell to it. Other hotel areas were fine, not sure why our room had this old hotel smell.

We left feeling like we had found a great hotel in a great location that was affordable for American travelers. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a minor problem at check-in, and we really had no issues. They held our bags for us after check-out so that we could enjoy our last day in Japan hands-free. In terms of location, it was a great spot in Ginza, with both the fish market and shopping district within walking distance. The standard room was a bit small, but came as advertised. I would recommend this place to other American travelers.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - very central and convenient for getting around. The only minor downside during our stay (5 nights) was the room cleanliness; we noticed the vacuuming seemed to have been missed or rushed, as there was visible debris on the floor.

This place is clean and spacious. I also like that they have coin laundry option. I enjoyed staying here very much, there are Lawson and family mart within a 2 min walk. It is a bit of a walk from Ginza station but with the amount of food we eat everyday, it’s a good exercise. I would come back to this hotel when staying in Ginza.

Room was very clean and staff were polite and helpful. Room was small, cosy and had all the necessary amenities including a smart TV which allowed you to sign in to your own netflix or prime accounts (plus a few others). Hotel is located near to a subway station so it was easy to get around, and there are around 4 convenience stores in the immediate area.

지은 지 얼마 되지 않은 호텔이라서 상당히 깔끔하고 정돈된 느낌이었습니다.
침대가 3개 있는 room이어서 편하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다.
물론 공간은 협소해서 캐리어를 풀고 하기에는 조금 힘들었습니다. 근처 히가시 긴자역이 있어서 교통 편리합니다.
긴자를 관광하기 너무 좋았습니다.
지하에 목욕탕이 있는데 아주 좋지는 않지만 피로를 풀기에는 부족하지 않습니다.

Room is considered large in Japan standard. Staff are polite and helpful. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower water pressure is strong. The only thing I can feedback is the A/C is not strong enough. Oh…… something that is really important for me when I travel. Soundproofed door and wall…… completely once the door is closed.

Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel appears to be quite new. Great location. Very close to the subway, a few minutes walk to the main street of Ginza and about 10 minutes to the fish market. Only thing to fault was that tea and coffee at reception was not free. A bit steep to charge hotel guests 500Y!

Stayed 5 nights and was pleased with the hotel's location and proximity to the Ginza area. Room was a little smaller than US hotels, but the accomodations were neat; and the room clean. Front desk staff was very helpful with transporting luggage in advance to Osaka. Would definitely consider booking again.

Didn’t enough my stay. Finding a cockroach in my room was not pleasant and neither was the attitude from staff once I let them know. They offered to switch rooms but I had already been given a different room due to an unpleasant smell in the first one. Overall not an enjoyable experience. Definitely will not be returning.

Location is very convenient. Walking distance to train stations that has direct access to major places like Shibuya, etc. on the red line. Hotel is clean. Bedsheet and towel smells fresh. Water pressure in the bath is good.

Check in was fast and staff was helpful and spoke English. Rooms were clean with a big soaking tub ( especially after a long day of walking!) and had great amenities, including a public bath and self service laundry in the basement. Fantastic location in the middle of Ginza, close to 3 metro lines, walkable to shopping and food. Narita limousine bus drop on/off is across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean, and quiet. Close to a lot of shops and dining. The view from the room was decent and the size of the room was good too. But be aware of the extra person charge when you have a child over the age of six. I was surprised by this extra fee. Expedia considers a child up to the age of 17 years. The hotel does not. If you want an extra bed for your older child, that will be another additional cost. So just put your child as an adult when booking to see TRUE price. Also the breakfast is not worth the price. Very simple food, most items were cold.
