ホテルはとても綺麗。近くにコンビニもあり申し分無し。ただし、JR迄の駅(新橋駅、有楽町駅)迄は10分以上かかるので荷物が多いとちょっと大変かも。地下鉄の駅からは近い近いと思います。

長く滞在するにあたって洗濯物を乾かせる所が欲しい (部屋の中に) (シャワー室でも良い)
大浴場はすごく良かったが、お風呂の温度が暑すぎる。

綺麗でスタイリッシュで快適なホテル

新しいホテルで、綺麗。
銀座なのに大浴場もあり、お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。
場所も日比谷線、都営浅草線の東銀座駅まですぐで羽田空港からも直結、銀座までも歩いていけます。
また、銀座に泊まる時は、こちらに泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel is new, 1 year old.
I personally like the property and location.
Only when checking out early in the morning, around 7.30am.
I was angry and have problem with the girl at the check out counter, regarding hotel invoice for my compsny.

The workers were very curtious and helpful. The location is great for everything, from shopping, eating, and transportation. The facility has several washing machines on different floors and very clean. Easy from the time we checked in to wehn we checked out. They make it so easy.

What a beautiful property. And the staff, the staff is EXCELLENT - when you hear about Japanese customer service, this is the experience you get at the Royal Park Hotel. I love the hotel staff here!!! Also I was worried that the room would be small. We were able to lay out 2 large luggages when we packed all of our purchases in them.

Being unfamiliar with Tokyo and the different areas, I chose The Royal Park Hotel based on reviews and price. I chose an excellent hotel. We weren’t too far from the train station entrances, close to Tsukiji Market, and close to some exceptional shopping. They even have a public bath in the basement, which my niece took advantage of every night. Very Japanese.

My only “complaint”, if I even had one, is the lack of sushi restaurants (even being so close to Tsukiji); most we found were omakase and quite pricey, and trying to figure out how to make reservations was impossible so we didn’t even try. Other than that, there is access to all sorts of Japanese food, and there’s many konbini close by as well.

The Royal Park Hotel in Ginza should be in your list of considerations if you’re coming to visit Tokyo. I can’t more highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at The Royal Park Hotel. It’s at a great location, walkable distance to many metro station to get us to any place in Tokyo. Also close to shopping district where all the high-end shops are as well as GSIX. Also many restaurants near by we never ran out of dinning option. The only complain we have is noise from the street, hotel windows are sound proof and room is quiet most of the time but we could hear loud motorcycle pass by couple times a night.

Loved this hotel and the location. The superior king room was spacious and decorated in a bright and modern style. Loved that every second floor had a laundry and every other floor had an ice machine. The seating area near reception was great to relax in and the self serve snacks and drinks for purchase by card was a great addition. The Ginza area was a great location to access many sights and the trains. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I liked how spacious our room was and appreciated that it was and felt super clean. It was the perfect location for us because the airport bus pick up and drop off is right across the street and it is also close to the subway station and lawson. It is also close to Don Quijote and all the shopping/dining areas of Ginza. Tsukiji market is also walkable from this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Japan.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and good location with proximity to subway. Didn't care for the breakfast. Very noisy and food was so, so. I would stay here again.

During our extensive travels in Japan, we visited three other places. Since it was my wife’s birthday, I wanted to make the last two nights special, so I decided to splurge on a luxurious hotel with excellent service. To my surprise, even in the most expensive place on our trip, the staff was surprisingly friendly. However, the food was the least flavorful we had encountered during our many stops. Considering these factors, I would not recommend this place and believe it is not worth the extra expenditure.

The property is located next to the train station and the fish market. You have endless of shopping across the street. Love they had an onsen for all the walking you do it’s nice to end with relaxing.

Heel fijne locatie in een mooie, aangename buurt en vlak over de stop van de limousine bus naar Narita airport.
Het interieur is prachtig. De kamer was vrij ruim voor Japanse normen. Goede verduistering in de kamer.
Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Het ontbijt viel tegen, niet kwalitatief.
Ik zou zeker terug voor dit hotel kiezen.

Very clean and comfortable stay at the property.
They have no bell boys to help you with your luggage.
Requested for additional pillows but they said they didn't have any.
Stayed for 8 nights in discomfort. Not pleased about that.

Conveniently located close to all the shopping in Ginza.
Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and a decent size.
I think this hotel is perfect for people who visit Tokyo to shop and enjoy a more upbeat area.
The fish market is about a 15 min walk and there are lots of hidden gems all around the hotel.

Superb property just opposite Courtyard Marriott with direct access to Airport Limousine! Trains stations are within 10mins of walk. Tsukiji market and Ginza area are within reach! Definitely a hidden gem that I would gatekeep! Price is high but reasonable as compared to the rest of the properties in the vicinity!

Hotel was very nice! Surrounding very clean and have a clean scent all around. Amenities were all good and working condition. Just stayed a day for transient to going home but definitely recommends and will return once I visit Japan again.

Good location worth for 3-4 days trip

It is a nice experience staying. Location is prefect for shoppers within Ginza and it is near metro station. A few staffs were too busy may need extra time for waiting. The lifts in peak hours needs patience from residents

새로지은 호텔이라 깔끔하기는하나 새로지었는데 얼마 되지 않았는데로 생각하면 곧 더러워질것 같습니다 청소가 요즘 어디도 그렇지만 아주 깔끔하지는 않습니다
욕탕이 있는것이 아주 좋으나 많이 작아서 사람이 몰리면 좀 복잡합니다.
보통 비지니스 호텔들도 조금 일찍 체크인을 해주기도 하는데 여기는 정확하게 한시간에 2천엔 더내라고 말하더라구요 조금의 일찍도 없습니다 정확하게 3시 체크인 입니다

Overall great stay- Convenient in many ways, very clean and everything nicely put together.
However breakfast was over booked, had to wait for a table without clear instructions.
Most food ran out, no coffee, no milk no cups, no cuttlery around 9:30am on Sat. 29th Mar. The staff at the restaurant were friendly but honestly looked overwhelmed with the crowd and shortage of basic items.

Overall, the property is clean, location is great, staffs are friendly and helpful.
One thing that turned me off about the property is they do not allow outside food/drinks at the lobby. They have a snack area but the selection was so limited there really isn’t anything good to enjoy. The room is too small so sometimes I just wanted to sit at the lobby and enjoy the view and space but I couldn’t bec I wanted to have a non-alcoholic drink with me.
Also, I booked through Expedia and had an issue about the # of party I selected. I don’t know who is at fault but in Expedia a child age showed 0-17yo, and it was my 17yo and my 20yo daughters myself so I selected 1 child and 2 adults. When I checked in the staff said I only booked for 2 people instead of 3 people. Luckily, there was a room that can accommodate us but I had to pay the price difference. I was not happy about that- it was an unexpected/unplanned expense on a vacation trip.

Lovely, comfortable modern hotel within walking distance of multiple train stations. Breakfast has a good selection to keep fans of both Japanese and western cuisine happy. The public bath was very relaxing- thank you for allowing those of us with tattoos to bathe.

Great Stay

Loved this hotel! Comfortable bed, stylish room and great service. Check in and out was quick and easy and they were very helpful with luggage transfer. We enjoyed being in a quieter area of the city as well while still having excellent transport links. Would stay again!

We Loved This Hotel

This was my husband and I's first time in Japan & we loved staring at The Royal Park Ginza!

The room was very uniquely decorated with pink patterned carpet and accents. The room was large with two beds (pushed together), a table and two chairs & a great view. The room also has slippers, pajamas, a mini-fridge, and supplies to make hot tea. The bathroom was a dream with heated bidet and a rainfall shower.

The public bath is beautiful & relaxing, but closed in the middle of the day so make sure to check the hours. This public bath also allowed people with tattoos.

The staff was very helpful in assisting us in sending our luggage to the next hotel we were staying at in Kyoto. Keep in mind the bags will arrive one day later than you send them.

The hotel was centrally located and very close to a couple subway lines making very easy to get anywhere in Tokyo.

Over all we really enjoyed our stay at The Royal Park Ginza & will definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

I would stay here again.

Great location. Walkable to original fish market plus lots of shopping in the area. Amazing breakfast buffet that included japanese choices, of course, plus eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, panckakes, etc, etc.
Plus they had a public bath in the basement that one could access with their room key.

New modern hotel that’s conveniently located - about 2-3 short blocks away from all the high end shops. Nice clean neighbourhood and very safe. Stayed in standard sized room that was small but decent for Japan and sufficient for our short stay. Very comfy bed and TV apps included Netflix/prime/hulu/etc. Nice walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. Very quiet hotel with highly considerate guests. Our evening cab fare from Haneda was ¥9370 (9PM). Pleasant service and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

They helped us set up for a group of three and then quickly helped us revert back to two when the third person couldn’t make it. They were very accommodating and friendly throughout the visit. They helped us make reservations at restaurants and held our bags after checkout since we had later flights. Really nice, professional people in a nice space and great location.

Amazing…just like last time.

Second time stay, still a wonderful experience. Feel like this may be my go-to Tokyo hotel.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bath, shower and tub. Great restaurant in the hotel: buffet at breakfast and normal restaurant at dinner.

Close to great shops and restaurants in Ginza. Easy access to the Metro via the Hibiya line.

房務員說溫度最低只能調到20，把手貼在出風口處只能感受到微弱的風，只能靠房中的空氣清新機幫助換風，但晚上會感到很焗促

熱水及水力足夠，可惜浴室欠缺化妝鏡

街角有lawson及7-11還算便利，走到銀座線需時15分鐘，此價錢性價比不高，建議住在涉谷或新宿會更好（不論交通/購物或餐廳選擇）

The room was just so small, there wasn’t even one drawer nor wardrobe, all our clothes had to stay in the suitcase but leave the suitcase open all day, we didn’t have room to walk around. Never stayed in a hotel without drawers nor wardrobe.
