ホテルはとても綺麗。近くにコンビニもあり申し分無し。ただし、JR迄の駅(新橋駅、有楽町駅)迄は10分以上かかるので荷物が多いとちょっと大変かも。地下鉄の駅からは近い近いと思います。

長く滞在するにあたって洗濯物を乾かせる所が欲しい (部屋の中に) (シャワー室でも良い)
大浴場はすごく良かったが、お風呂の温度が暑すぎる。

綺麗でスタイリッシュで快適なホテル

新しいホテルで、綺麗。
銀座なのに大浴場もあり、お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。
場所も日比谷線、都営浅草線の東銀座駅まですぐで羽田空港からも直結、銀座までも歩いていけます。
また、銀座に泊まる時は、こちらに泊まりたいと思います。

Clean room and super friendly staff. They helped us navigate and came to our rescue every time we were in a jam. The hotel is centrally located which was also nice to be able to walk to shops and restaurants.

The location was very convenient. Just behind Ginza six and 6 minutes walk to Metro Ginza station. Lots of eateries around the area and of course shopping heaven. Any brand you can think off they have the biggest store in Ginza area. However, if you are not into shopping it becomes monotonous. So decide what your purpose of Tokyo holiday is.

My room is considered a good size by Japan standards. I just do not like the windows see directly onto Dormy Inn’s and hence I cannot really open my window and is a shame. I feel like I am in a prison cell.

And I was allocated to the last room on the level which is a hassle to walk to elevator.

Other than location, I don’t really see myself staying here again. Hotel Groove has stunning views and it made my day everyday.

L’hôtel ne vaut pas son prix . L’hôtel est propre mais très mal insonorisé , on entend toute la nuit le passage des motos et voitures très fort comme si la fenêtre était ouverte . J’ai connue des hôtels plus luxueux avec des prix bien plus raisonnable .

The Royal Park Hotel is located in walking distance of everything what makes Ginza: plenty of shopping opportunities, numerous good restaurants, in walking distance of the former fish market area with its seafood restaurants & the Hamarikyu Gardens, easy to get to or from Haneda Airport etc. Our room was clean and convenient. Staff was very helpful.

房间布置挺好居住舒适，窗帘遮光效果特别好促进睡眠质量。客房整洁每天都有打扫，洗衣机泡浴场的设备都很齐全。有一次忘记带房卡出门也很快帮我开了新的等退房一起归还。酒店位置近市中心和地铁非常方便。

We stayed in a double corner room an it was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we were able to check in early, they shipped our bags to Kyoto for us. Everything was very clean, and appreciated the laundry on each floor. Centrally located to transit but not super busy or loud area. Would definitely stay again. The only issue we found was on the last day our hallway smelled like smoke even though I believe you can’t smoke there except for on one of the bottom floors. Either way, it was a great stay, and a reasonable price

Location is good if you are there for high end shopping (I wasn’t) so it was a bit out of the way for me. The area was definitely safe. The staff were so nice. We arrived very early and the staff allowed us to store our luggage until check in. The room was comfortable, the most comfortable bed out of all the locations we stayed at in Japan. The only down fall was I found a sizing sticker from clothing on the wall and a couple clumps of hair that the housekeeper missed.

Clean room and wonderful staff. A very convenient location to get around Ginza and Tokyo in general. However, the noise level facing the street is extremely loud, even in the dead of the night, random revving engines all hours. So prepare earplugs. The public bath is nice, but very small. So don't expect too much, and you'll be okay. Breakfast is adequate, but the coffee is terrible. Luckily, there are good coffee shops nearby.

Rooms are huge for Tokyo, loved having the full wet room with both shower and bath in it. Staff were incredible to deal with every time we needed to talk to them, and everyone we dealt with spoke very good English. Only critique is the thermostat has an absurdly bright green light on it that casts a glow on the whole room, but you can adjust to it pretty quick when trying to sleep.

Excellent property. We stayed in the Corner Deluxe room for three people and it offered ample space. Some street noise was heard but did not bother us as we slept peacefully due to all the walking. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very new, clean and spacious. Free upgrade to 275sqm room and such large room is rare in Ginza. Only downside is noisy for larger rooms since they face main road. Will definitely come back again.

The location is very convenient, only 5-10 min walk to all the shopping in Ginza.
Room is very tiny, bathroom is in a decent size and very clean. We booked a room with 3 single beds for 3 people, there is a small round table and a big chair in the hallway which made it impossible to lay down our 3 medium-sized suitcases. It took like 30 min and we finally had to put the chair in the bathroom in order to put down and open the 3 suitcases.

A nice The Royal Park hotel but not close enough to the Ginza shopping area. The Royal Park Shiodome is nicer but not more expensive.

Breakfast is nice and on the simple side, the onigiri is really good. Probably necessary since there are not that many, if any, options nearby. Of course, there’s always Lawson, Family Mart and/or 7-Eleven nearby.

Dismissive Manner

I was very disappointed with my experience during check-in. The staff spoke in a dismissive manner and insisted on upselling room upgrades, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had reserved the room because it stated that up to four guests were allowed, but I was asked to provide proof and felt that I was not being trusted. Additionally, the staff continued to speak in Japanese in front of me, which I found quite disrespectful. Overall, I felt ignored and mistreated as a customer.

We stayed here at the end of our trip, and out of all the hotels we stayed in, this was the worst service, and the most expensive. There is very little customer service, no complimentary tea or snacks, and you are not allowed to eat or drink at any of the tables in the lobby. The onsen is very small for such a hotel and gets crowded. There are much better hotels for better value in Tokyo, whether in Ginza, or Shinjuku, or Shibuya.

However, the hotel is very clean and new, the rooms are bright, and the bathroom is nice. I just wish the service were better for the price point,

I personally like the property and location.
Only when checking out early in the morning, around 7.30am.
