バスルームに問題あり

子どもの大会で利用しましたが、バスルームのカビが酷かったです。
普段は使用していない部屋なのかな？と思ったり…
それと、ポットもお湯を使おうかと開けたらピンクカビがパッキンにしっかり付いてました。
早割りで安く宿泊できたのはとてもありがたかったのですが健康面に不安がよぎりました。

ホテルのせいでないところもあるが、浴室の壁にカラー剤の飛び散った後が見受けられた。泊まる側のマナーがなっていなかったのかも知らないです。
浴室の換気扇の蓋にホコリがあったのは少し残念でした。

清掃についての説明がなく、ホテルに戻ってきたらリネンの交換もされておらず、問い合わせると扉にマグネットを貼ってないといけないと後から聞かされた。
翌日指示されたようにして部屋を出たが、清掃とリネンの交換がされておらず、部屋にはルームキーが挿さったままだった。
チェックアウトの際も特に謝罪もなく、引き継ぎ等もされていないと思った。
最悪のホテルです。
系列のホテルを含め今後一切使用しません。

丁寧な接客で良いホテルでした。
カードキーが2枚あればより嬉しかったです。エレベーター利用にカードキーが必要なので、1人だけ外出すると部屋は真っ暗になり、不便です。

After check out we asked front desk about airport limousine bus to kansai. She said Tennoji-we taxi there to find out there is no bus service after wasting time looking for the bus terminal. I had an 80 year old uncle with me who was not able to walk very far. We ended paying 20,000 yen twice since there was 5 of us with 8 pieces of luggage (2 taxis). Waste of money-you need to keep up with info to pass on to your guests. Just FYI-a bus ticket to airport is only 1600 yen per person which would have cost us only 8000 yen instead of 40,000 yen. How will we be compensated for your hotels staff incompetence??

Very nice hotel in the shinsekai area. Great room, comfortable bed with nice bedding & excellent daily breakfast. The shinsekai area has great variety of restaurant & activities, beautiful at night when all the neon lights are glowing.

The bathroom was soooo small! the pictures online were somewhat misleading. The staff was kind and i loved the area but i probably would not stay here again. The lack of space made the stay very uncomfortable.

Reception 男服務員態度有點不耐煩。無顧加了服務費也沒有什麼解釋。房間空間很少，令人有窒息的感覺。周邊環境有homeless路宿者，舊式三級片影院和大幅無上裝女優海報….. 整體以為自己去了三不館地帶。下次必定不選此酒店。

Great value for the price! Area is quite busy at night and has multiple restaurants and bars as well as arcade games. Rooms are quite small but have everything you would need and are very clean.

I got this room as a last minute thing but was very pleasantly surprised to find myself with a direct and unimpeded view of Osaka tower! The direct access to takoyaki every 5 feet was a privilege and there was much to do within walking distance. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

후기가 별로 없어서 걱정을 많이 했는데
우려와 달리 깔끔했어요
객실은 작은 편이라 24인치 캐리어 하나만
욕실 앞에 펼쳐서 사용했어요
변기에서 냄새도 좀 나서 방향제 뿌렸어요
담배 냄새 없다는 것 만으로도 만족스러워요

可能是正逢連續假期，房價蠻高的，不過整體住起來非常舒適，家庭4人房空間足夠，廁所和淋浴間分開，比較美中不足的是沙發漬有點明顯加上有頭髮殘留上面，其他整體都很不錯!

The hotel overall (location, cleanliness, near food street) is good. Just that got 1 of the front desk male staff a bit rude during speaking . I just request a garbage bag, he just reject and said NO NO! and he just speak in Japanese language with a angry face, but I can’t understand Japanese and I don’t why Japanese doesn’t want to learn even simple English as Japan a lot tourist now and some more 2025 expo in Osaka. The coffee and free donut is good taste anyway.

The hotel was very nice but a little small. The area was great to stay at. There were many restaurants and shops in our area and was in walking distance to places like Dotonbori. Hotel staff was professional and friendly.

Really great hotel to stay at! We very much enjoyed our time here and it was right in the heart of the best food hub in Shinsekai. Highly recommend this hotel for safety as well, was located close to several metro entrances (5mins) and we felt safe here at night. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful when using luggage forwarding.

The property has two subway stations nearby, both in 3-5 mins walking distance. The location is very central to anywhere you need to get to. The area does get sketchy after 9pm, but it's not to the safety in general and in daytime, it's good.

The room was neat and nice. The staff was kind and the property was clean. The treat in the lobby was really nice, and the amenities were good. My kids loved the pancakes at breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was really nice as well. The view out the window was the Toyoko inn sign haha, but also a city view. The only complaint i have is that when picking up my luggages a large rowdy tourist group came in while i was unlocking my luggages. No one seemed to be properly managing and directing them. They nearly shoved me into the luggage hole while i was unlocking my luggage to get to the amenities... Truly shocked me.

Very cool and quiet part of Osaka and a nice reprieve after experiencing Tokyo. Still walking distance to the city and lots of train stations to wherever. Staff were helpful and let me keep my bags there all day on check out day ahead of my late night flight. Recommended!

The room was fine and there was a large extra space that we ended up using as a walk-in closet but the bathroom was very small with a tiny slippery tub and a big step that made the access very awkward. Regardless, after 3 days we wanted to stay one more week in Osaka and asked to keep the room but our request was denied although we knew a room was still available. So we moved to a better hotel. Since they cater to large groups we figured they couldn’t care less about us.

飯店位於新世界，去通天閣或者天王寺動物園都很方便，不過如果是有帶小朋友來的話，飯店周邊的環境可能就沒那麼適合

飯店位於通天閣旁邊，很方便，餐廳很多，距離動物園前站也很近，房間舒適且隔音好，辦理入住也很快速，唯獨在10/9晚上，大約23：30，一樓一位男性工作人員非常不友善，態度不好，用日文取笑旅客，這位男員工需要被好好的教育訓練，此次入住5晚，就這位男性員工最不友善

The rooms are quite small for two people and the only place to hang out is on your bed. There is a small stool at the desk but that is the only seat besides the bed. There is no lounge in the lobby, either. Besides that, the hotel was very clean and tidy and the breakfast is ok. There was no fruit or fiber but two soups, pastries and bread, yogurt, pancakes, fresh hard boiled eggs and deli meat slices and coffee, tea, and juice.

近新世界通天閤和新今宮駛，附近還有驚安の殿堂&藥妝店&麥當勞….相當便利。而且，每天下午三點到晚上七點飯店大廳還有每人一份的下午茶可和免費咖啡機一起使用，但是，飯店不提供礦泉水，需額外購入或自行攜帶容器。整體而言，經濟和生活非常便利。
