ホテルに入ってすぐのロビーとラウンジの雰囲気がとても良く、居心地の良い空間でした。受験生の子供と一緒だったので、子供は部屋で勉強、私はラウンジで仕事や読書が出来ました。お互い気を使うことなく過ごせたのが良かったです。また、部屋も清潔で綺麗でした。バスルームが珍しく独立していて、広さまありよかったです。また泊まりたいホテルでした。ススタッフの方も穏やか感じ良かったです。

居心地がいい

地下鉄の駅からすぐのところにあるため、移動するのにとても便利です。近くにコンビニがあります。1階にはいつでもいただけるパンや飲み物がありありがたかったです。お部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良いのですが、枕の匂いがとても気になりました。それだけがとても残念に思いました。

大好きなホテル…また利用させていただきます。

駅近でコンビニも近くにありすごくよかったです。
ラウンジのパンは無料で食べれますが、種類は売り切れているのが多くあまりなかった印象ですが無料なので仕方ないかと思います。

烏丸御池（北西）にありますので、京都駅からも、各方面へのアクセスも抜群です。スタッフの対応が丁寧で素晴らしいホテルです。また、部屋もウッド調の落ち着きます。フロント横にドリンクバー、パンの食べ放題があり、そこも良かったです。また宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。

今回もとても快適に過ごすことができました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただこうとホテルに行きました。その時にホテルの方が声をかけてくださり、パンとコーヒーをいただきました。滞在中いつでもいただけるのはありがたいです。冷蔵庫があまり冷えないものなのかそれだけが残念に思いました。
地下鉄烏丸御池駅近くでとても便利でした。また行きます。

便利でリラックス出来るホテル

今の時期(12月中旬)にしては外国人が多い、と感じました。多分 ロビーでの無料コーヒーやジュース、焼きたてパン(オリーブオイルや塩も有り) が人気なのでしょう。とても美味しかったです。
開業したての新しい施設や立地の便利さ、スタッフの自然で親切な対応も高評価です。
ただ、家に居るように寛いで欲しいから と、ロビーラウンジに部屋のパジャマとスリッパでＯＫ、と言われたのには驚きました。やはりそこはホテルとしての最低限のルールを崩してはいけないのでは？　
部屋のクリーニングには残念な点がありましたが、外国からの宿泊客なら気にならないレベルなのかも。　今後、年数が経った時にも気持ち良い滞在が出来るかどうかは、毎日のクリーニングにかかってると思いますから頑張って頂きたいです。
とは言え、京都のお気に入りホテルの一つです。

入住第一晚半夜才突然發棉被內面靠頭方向有洗過的血漬，隔天一早向櫃檯人員反應，櫃檯態度親切致歉並告知下午三點前房門人員清潔時會一併更換=.=。退房前一天下午請櫃檯幫忙預約隔日早上4人及4大行李箱計程車到車站，並要提醒司機有4件大行李箱，但當天還是來了一般車型，只好拜託司機幫忙載行李箱及兩個人，另外兩個趕快衝去搭地鐵，再到車站一起會合。客房乾淨、櫃檯人員親切、麵包飲料吧無限供應，總體還是給5顆星。

非常完美。房間空間很足夠，帶了2個28寸和一個登機箱，都能攤開整理。雖然沒有大浴池，但房間內的淋浴空間很足夠，浴缸也很大，重點是淋浴設施超級棒，全部打開就能解放雙手根本不需拿水龍頭沖水。1樓有24hr自助吧，麵包飲料咖啡自取。床的軟硬很剛好，但是枕頭太硬而且只給一顆，睡得有點落枕。我很容易過敏，但房間非常乾淨，而且馬桶和浴室分開，使用上非常便民。離車站出口不遠，從3-1出來才有電梯，樓下左轉走沒幾步就有7-11，住起來非常舒適。

Only negative was the room was too small, however, the shower was amazing! Separate toilet worked out well and the bidet was the best of our trip. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 7-11 around the corner. A few restaurants close by as well. Subway was very close by. A Room and facilities were clean. Beverages and baked good came in handy, although they were the same everyday. If the rooms weren’t so small, we’d stay there again.

AC was broken and staff wouldn’t try to find a solution. They kept lying about fixing it, but every time we came back, it was still not working. No other solution was offered to us (such as changing rooms). Very disappointed.

My wife and I stayed at Insomnia for our honeymoon! The staff were so lovely to deal with. They were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The hotel was as absolutely fantastic, it had a great atmosphere and vibe and the hotel room was so spacious and comfortable.

Thank you so much Insomnia for maki g our stay so memorable! We will definitely be staying here next we are in Kyoto. 🇦🇺🇯🇵

Room was spacious, had the superior twin. They have a washer/dryer on property however is only one machine. The 24-hour lobby service is excellent! Hotel is close to metro station.

Very clean and modern with a vibe throughout. Great lobby area, original with comfy sofas, seats for board games, record player, fresh bread all day and drinks too. Great selection of board games to sit and play too.
Very helpful staff and great amenities.
The room was beautiful, clean and modern, cosy and luxurious. Amazing shower. One of the best hotels and completely underrated!!

Such a cool vibe and aesthetics. Love love the coffee machine that makes the perfect latte and pastries throughout the day. Love the orange juice and the communal area. Great design of the rooms as well, as well as the best shower/tub combo. Such good value for all that you get.

Excellent modern clean hotel

Excellent super modern hotel with reasonable size rooms within 5 minutes walking distance of metro.

Good base for Kyoto with regular buses to Gion.

Reception staff are super helpful.

Great little hotel. Very quiet and calm. Great showers. Lots of pastries and drinks, which solved the problem of breakfast, especially for us, as we woke up at 5 am most days. (We noticed that some guests filled up bags of croissants after checking out, which was really sad to see, as they just emptied out the box of pastries into a plastic bag and left other guests nothing.) there is a 7/11 and a metro line right next to it. And some nice restaurants around too.

I loved this small hotel! It was clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pastries and drinks were certainly appreciated after getting back to the hotel from a long day of exploring. The room was small but had enough room to lay out our 2 carry-on suitcases. The bath area was fabulous. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic venue with a great vibe and well furnished/kitted social space. The free tea, coffee and pastries (and breads) were above our expectations and helped to set us up well for our days out in the city. The range of board games and books was also a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and polite from our arrival and were always willing to help. The room had a good range of amenities and very enjoyable shower. We did find the space in the room a little limited and the pillows were too hard for our personal liking. These are minor niggles and overall had a great time at this hotel.

This hotel is GREAT. It was by far the best hotel of our entire Japan trip, and we stayed at other very good hotels. The room is spacious, clean, and has a fantastic shower. All amenities you could need are available. The lobby area was so nice to hang out in during times that we needed to rest our feet from the 30,000 step days.

The rooms were fairly large (for Kyoto) with the subway close to hand. Hotel was clean and looked good and the staff were very polite and helpful. The free breads and pastries was a good idea, but with a 7/11 literally on the corner we didn't make much use of them. Subway is about five minutes walk away and while there weren't a large number of restaurants (that we found) nearby, what we did find were good. A good hotel well situated. I'd definitely go there again.

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. It was very comfortable :) The room had more than enough space for luggage and to sit in addition to very comfortable beds and nice touches like pajamas to wear at night. The shower/bath area was delightful. The common area was a nice place to relax and enjoy games and music. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nice place to stay.

Easy access to station. Very modern facilities and the pastries were wonderful. Staff were very friendly. Only downside was that it only had one washing machine but Clean Hands laundromat was close by and for 1000 yen our washing was done and dried in 50 minutes.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay in Kyoto (close to the subway). We walked home from the center (Nishi Market) and there are great roasters with delicious coffee around. I would definitely book this accommodation again :)

I was so impressed with this hotel. Best shower I’ve had in my life. The room was small but had absolutely everything you need, excellent amenities, separate toilet room with additional sink, plus tub and shower were a separate room that you could lock the door and get super steamy while someone else used the sink and counter space. Having that type of space to get ready was refreshing!

It was my second time at this hotel and it was once again awesome. I really appreciated the new laundry setup where we could state which room we were in - a bit less stressful. I missed the pin set up this time round but it was still more organized this way.

Bread I only got to enjoy once - still fluffy and delicious. Get the milk bread when you see it! They rotate options out!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo albergo ben collegato con i mezzi di trasporto dalla stazione di Kyoto.
Servizio di pulizia ottimale e area ristoro 24h aperta davvero inestimabile.
Unica pecca (probabilmente del giappone) stanze un po' piccole, ed abbiamo scelta una deluxe.
